THE TESTAMENTS OF PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA
I Frank Onaivi Ukonga, Senatorial candidate of the 7th Republic of the Nigerian Federation and currently a Governorship Aspirant of Edo State 2012 polls offers the following TESTAMENTS:
1]TENURE ELONGATION BILL OF H. E. PRESIDENT JONATHAN GOODLUCK!!
That the bill on tenure elongation proposed by H.E. President Jonathan is rather belated and its relevance to the affairs of the Nigerian state has been overtaken by other events and if ratified by the Senate of the 7th Republic will send the progress already attained in the context of nation building in fusing the 250 Tribes and Nations of Nigeria into one a forlorn hope and would begin to threaten our corporate unity in not too distance period of human history.
2]THE FEBRUARY 13, 2010 REVOLUTION IN NIGERIA:
In the year 2010 when the late president Yar Adua did not follow the constitution as regards making Dr Goodluck Jonathan the Acting president based on sentiments that could be describe as the product of quota system, federalism, nepotism etal the whole people of Nigeria went into the street in a revolution that overthrew that order as irridentist and moribund elements of our histography... and since then the recommendations of the Uwais COMMITTEE has become irrelevant as symbols of a bygone realm and should be consigned to the refuse bin.
3]THE ROLE OF PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA, PROF. WOLE SHOYINKA, DR TUNDE BAKARE IN THE REVOLUTION OF FEBRUARY 13,2010:
After the judgment of Justice Abutu in February 4 ,2010 saying that the vice president may only act on the behalf of the president and did not categorically handed over power to the vice president it became obvious that the Nigerian state was heading for collapse... I Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga... Author of the celebrated deans list\librarian list book THE SEETHING WORLD, REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE, A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH immediately traveled to Abuja and mobilized support for President Goodluck Jonathan and i was the person that gave the famous interview to AIT TELEVISION that was being shown every hour from the 9th of February to the 13th of February threatening that Nigeria will disintegrate , divide into fragments if the leadership is not immediately handed to Dr Goodluck Jonathan [ I did this as a patriotic Nigerian spending my time and money to advance and determine the entropy of the Nigeria history and development and i did not receive any kobo till now from anybody nor did i solicited for it]
and with contributions from the Prof. Wole Shoyinka's group, Dr Tunde Bakare and the Actors and Actresses of Nigeria and other pressure groups the peaceful revolution of moving Nigeria to a new order of avangardism was successful when the Senate finally bowed to pressure and made Dr Jonathan the Acting President and Commander in Chief of the Nigerian Federation...It was a Revolution that toppled all the vestiges of irridentist feudal oligarchy and its values of quota systems ushering into being a new order of qualitative transformation of the quantitative in the order of the 3th laws of Karl Max and Social Democratic international.
So in summary, it will be anti thesis to bring back that order , its like turning the clock of Nigerian progress backwards. This will be unscientific , retrogressive and anti -Nigerian. We have to move forward.
4]THE DESTINY OF PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN & THE 7TH REPUBLIC:
Except for president Yar Adua there has never being in the History of Nigeria a civilian govt that got the kind of good will enjoyed by President Goodluck Jonathan in our entire 50 years history... he met all the debt of Nigeria already paid, good petroleum and commodity prices in the world market and a substantial reserve in our foreign account... so the destiny of the 7th republic is to INDUSTRIALIZE NIGERIA, GENERATE ELECTRICITY, ATTRACT FACTORIES FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD AND HERALD THE BIRTH OF A NEW NIGERIA, CREATE JOBS, INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND RETURN BACK THE MIDDLE CLASS THAT HAS VANISHED FROM NIGERIAN SOCIAL CLASSIFICATIONS.As we only have the super rich class of less than 200,000 Nigerians and the poor masses of 200 million plus Nigerians living in squalor, darkness, poverty, penury want and many begging and scavenging, homelessness, malnutrition, hunger, poor health delivery, and depreciating standard of education, rising cost of living, etal All these problems can be cured with one blow and the blow is ; generate electricity, let the real sector work and all our problems would disappear!!!
5]THE POLITICS OF POVERTY:
The poverty of the Nigerian Masses is the main reason why the elections are very prohibitive to conduct in Nigeria in terms of cost , logistic, anxiety and all the reason adduced by the promoters for tenure elongation as being costly to repeat every 4 years... but if the 7th Republic lives up to its destiny in taking Nigeria to the promised land of industrial prosperity then the middle class will return and poverty will reduce and many people will not demand money from politicians to vote for then, but as it is the masses want a pay back by demanding financial gratification from politicians as their shear of government before they come to register as voters or before they cooperate in elections... but if they become empowered with jobs and we can cure voluntary and involuntary redundancies , poverty, want, penury, etal the cost of holding elections will become portable in the future, So the Reason- de -entre of the tenure elongation bill based on the premises of expensive cost of conducting elections in Nigeria will have no basis in the future of the Nigerian State as tenable and acceptable as adequately substantiating an elongated one term agenda.
6] THE DILEMMA OF THE OPPRESSOR \ SOPHIST:
In political Philosophy there manifest a dilemma of the oppressor when the oppressor or sophist begins to suffer from the pains he inflicts on the masses he is oppressing and that is the simple case with the situation we are facing in Nigeria and the 21st century mankind in generality.
Economists are thought the Adams Smith's Laws of Scarcity which invigorates and generate demand... but are oblivious of the laws of surplus and the aspects of Joseph Shumpeteriam polit- economy \ Maltusian theories of the laws of diminishing returns which manifest in virtually all spheres of this life... and it was that oppressive philosophy of looting the Nation dry by its leaders that has led to this problem of today but if the 7th Republic deliver on the great destiny before her, most of the reasons of violence , restive youth etc will dissipate from our politics as our democracy matures up and there should be no need to truncate its crawling stage and jump it into a full walking concept overnight.. we have to allow for the democratic dispensation to pass through all stages.
7]MILITARIZED OPPRESSIVE DEMOCRACY :
When Governor of Lagos State H.E. Fashola began an alien phenomenon in our political history of establishing a brutal, impervious Militarized Democracy in the South West ,where he began to demolish peoples houses ,COLLECT TAXES WITH TAX FORCE,SLAM PROHIBITIVE LEVIES ON ROADS /MINOR AUTO OFFENSES...destroy markets, properties without compensation, began to arrest market women , traders, children for sundry offenses and militarized all the demolish areas with fierce looking security armed operative, I Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga warned him of the danger of Militarized Democracy and its cost of sustaining a Militarized Democracy is far much expensive that establishing a Peoples Democracy [ According to the laws of Franz Fanon And Antonio Gramschi] where you compensate people and re settle them... with hindsight after 5 years in office the cost of keeping people from hawking ..etal will begin to rear its head as to whether it would have been better to follow the fundamental creed enshrined in the constitution of Lagos State which respect the protection and provisions of shelter, work and living for all Lagocians as its primacy...And to all Governors who want to emulate Governor Fashola, try the new option which i advised him to follow , do not Militarize Democracy in your state... follow the dictates of a truly peoples democracy, it has a long lasting effect of progress, peace and eudemonia...
7] FAITH OF POLITICAL PARTIES RIGGED OUT OF THE 2011 APRIL POLLS BY COMMISSIONS AND OMISSIONS AND THE MATTER OF DE REGISTRATIONS OF POLITICAL PARTIES VS JUSTICE UWAIS RECOMMENDATIONS:
A 29 member panel was constituted by the late President YarAdua to look into the electioneering process in Nigeria in the year 2007 and they came up with several recommendations among which includes the de registration of political parties that cannot secure 2,5% of the National assembly. The composition of that committee where the ruling Party PDP IN COALITION WITH ANPP, PPA AND APGA ,ALL OTHER PROGRESSIVE PARTIES IN NIGERIA DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TALK....
So the communique of such a committee would be seen as not adequately inclusive in terms of embracing all facets of the Nigerian community including professionals, students, opposition political parties, labour unions, leaders of pressure groups of Afenifere, Arewa consultative forum, Ohanaeze... Ijaw Peoples forum, the Patriot..etc... obviously any communique that comes out from a meeting excluding the most important groups of the Nigerian federation cannot be viewed as reflecting the views of a majority of people and perhaps because of the lopsidedness of the recommendations and its patronizing nature of the ruling political party cannot be adduced as a document that should be given maximum interpretations both in the necessity and sufficiency premises of intellectualizing and philosophical ruminations....Perhaps that was why the Erudite prof. Atahiru Jaga said he leaves the faith of all political parties in the hands of Nigerians... knowing fully well that the difference between parties was money.,.. those who had money to buy votes and rigged others out ,so it cannot be the true voice of the majority of Nigerians... but if the 7 th Assembly delivers the dividends of democracy within the next 8 years and people are empowered by jobs creation, small and medium scale companies and enterprises, adequate electricity ans infrastructural development; the voting perter n will change as people will no more do cash and carry politic , it will become politics of ideas, motivations, intellectualism and not the contemporary mediocrity that is with us now which will eventually give way to qualitative changes in future and more progressive parties will begin to perform better.. proscribing them now as recommended by Justice Uwais is to make the riggers benefit from his rigging and foist him\her upon us as the future of the entire leader Nation of the African continent and the Black Race in generality... pushing the truly progressive parties who may not have the2,5% win for now due to lack of financial sponsorship to die.. and this is injustice and unfair...and this will be the final Cancer that will destroy the very fabrics of the unity of the Nigerian federation as when you do not allow peaceful change to continue to manifest slowly and gradually and you are intolerant of then in your midst then you make violent revolution inevitable... let us give all parties chances to live and encourage then to grow... that is the only way we can build a virile democratic dispensation south of the Sahel...
9] I WISH H.E PRESIDENT JONATHAN AND THE 7 TH REPUBLIC THE BEST OF LUCK
10] LONG LIVE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA. AMEN,
PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA

EDO SDMP SECRETARY OMO OGBEMUDIA LOUDS EGOUR COUNCIL CHIEF TO FRANK UKONGA GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE 2012 ELECTIONS EDO STATE OF NIGERIA
Egor Council Chief Pursues Vigorously the Challenges of Office
By Henry Omo-Ogbemudia
Egor Council Transition committee Chairman, a retained Assistant
Superintendent of Police (ASP), George Aimienoho earlier made it
crystal clear that his vision is to pursue vigorously the challenges
of office before him for the benefit of his constituents.
The soft spoken chairman, Aimienoho while speaking on his
achievements and challenges in office in an exclusive interview with
newsmen recently, asserted, in line with the state government
directive that 70% of resources should be ploughed into the education
sector, and remaining 30% to be use on other areas of need, his regime
has always tried not to disappoint.
This now informed his reason for the holistic renovation of some
schools in the local government area. Oromiyan primary school where
all modern facilities have been installed with a perimeter fence,
which is almost ready for commissioning while Ugbowo primary school,
is undergoing massive work to be complete with modern facilities also,
he disclosed.
Due to scarcity of fund, the council resolved to carryout this
development in batch, he said but definitely, all primary schools in
the area would benefit, he assured.
Aside dwellings on renovation of schools as priority, in the face of
scarce resources, 30 roads were graded during the dry season, across
the wards in the area just as consistent disposal of refuse especially
in the markets, has been pursued, the chairman stated.
He added, streets that were hitherto blocked with refuse, has been
cleared, and opened caanan streets is on example, the chairman stated.
Withing his short stay in office, the council had strived to provide
five 500KVA transformers at different locations in Egor, and rural
communities connected to the national grid, Aimienoho asserted.
Trying to keep pace with the state government drive in the
provision of infrastructure, he said four boreholes had been sink at
different strategic locations in the area, by the council and more
would soon be added, he assured.
Also a good number of computer sets have been procured to beef – up
existing skill acquisition centres and establish new ones in the
council area.
He assured, “soon, employment would be given to the people. The
process is on, to strengthen the existing work-force in the area”.
Continuing, he said, the health sector is also getting attention as
the health centre at Okhokhugbo handed over to the council by the MDG
managers, has been activated and already functioning.
Further, he said, “a magistrate court at Uwelu which was just at
foundation level when I came on board, is almost 90% completed”. He
promised to complete it before leaving office just as a police station
would be built at Egor Community. It has been approved by the council
parliament, he stated.
The chairman who said he enjoys cordial relationship with members of
the council staff and his constituents asserted, as a matter of
policy, staff welfare is a top priority of his regime hence inspite of
lean purse of the council, salaries are paid as at when due and no
backlog.
The very reserved looking council boss stated further, that to boost
the revenue drive of the council, a committee has been constituted to
source fund, so that it can carry-out projects for the people but
assured, this will not lead to double taxation of the people.
However, it mostly targeted at blocking leakages in the system, though
there are challenged, but the major one, is having to affect the
people positively with very little finance available.
“Hence, my vision is to pursue vigorously the challenges of office
before me so that when we leave, good stories would be told about the
council, we see the Government as a tonic, a workaholic, an
indefatigable man. You don’t need to be told to work like him to fit
into the system.
We just have to do what he wants and not what we want. My background
as a disciplinarian, a retired senior police officer (ASP), made it
easy to work with the Governor with seriousness.
Though, I am not a stereotype. The most difficult place I have ever
worked, is the council because of bureaucracy”.
The good looking retired senior police officer, who was donned in
clean native attire during this press chat said, the correlation
between his past job as police officer, and the present job as local
council boss, is discipline.
“My past experience as a police officer, is responsible for my success
coupled with the cooperation from council staff, political leaders,
and the fear of God.
George Aimienoho appealed; traditional rulers and members of
communities where projects are sited should collaborate with
Government, in providing security to avoid vandalization.
“We just pray, traditional rulers, members of the communities where
projects are sited, should try provide security as it is for their own
good”, he stated.
Aimienoho, Egor council chief, used this medium to commend the comrade
Governor, Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole for turning the ancient Benin into a
modern city, harps him for his developmental stride in the state.
