It is with great regret and solitary we the member of staff and readers of National Peoples News world wide condole with the President of the Nigerian Federation H,E. Goodluck Jonathan and the entire good loving people of Nigeria over the death of our former Vice President of the Nigerian Federation!!General Aihumu from Edo State, was called to serve at the hour of great need when he became the vice president of the Nigerian Federation after the exit of General Ukiwe, the strong man of Abriba from the Babangida led Military Democracy , a novelty in the annals and history of Government!! General Aihomu would be remembered as the Deputy that greatly enhance the decolonization of all the structures of the Nigerian Federation  from the civil service reforms, to Banking, Privatization, Insurance, Military ,Police and all the structures of the Nigerian State were overhaul in his days to reflect the new independent Nigeria with a true sovereignty. This gave room to accelerated intellectual and social economic liberation of the Nigeria polity that impacted on the freedom of all the South African State to gain freedom from apartheid and imperialism of the western powers!!May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace!!
