His Excellency Proffer solution to the Syrian crisis: Last year His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga was consulted by the Congressional Black Caucus of the United state to advice president Obama of the United state congress on what action is ideal as panacea to the Syrian crisis; alternative of American unilateral decision to strike. His Excellency Prince frank ukonga advised president Obama through the CBC to opt for negotiation . which was held in Geneva. and a heart warming truce was arrived at by the United Nation and the Super Powers over Syria, based on the constructive approach advice of Prince frank ukonga. Prince frank Ukonga is the second black African to be privileged to advice the CBC which is the most exclusive Black congressional association and the most powerful caucus of the Black Race...the only other African so privilege was Basorun MKO Abiola... The Syrian crisis has a solution which i was part of d global pressure group dat brought d UN,Russia and d USA to d Middle East summit in Geneva last year to negotiate for a truce.Now it seem d truce has broken down and there is an urgent need for another meeting of d UN ,Russia,USA,Israel Iran,France,China, UK, Germany to work out modalities of peaceful conflict resolution of d Syrian impasse in particular and dat of d middle East in generality. This mass exodus and refugee movement on a global scale is a shame to human civilization.
