Today the 8th of October 2015:IPAC Edo state holds its second joint plenary session of all political parties chairmen in Edo state @ INEC Office headquarters Benin City..to appoint the strategic committee and the Standing Technical committees and others... 

In the Technical committee the APC, PDP PDP, ACPN, PDM and UPP were elected as members of the six member committee to pilot the affairs of IPAC and perform the functions spelt in the IPAC code...

The Strategic committee had , Labour Party, Accord Party,DPN, CPN,Kowa Party, etc as members.

The two committees were immediately swone into office by the Assistant Director of INEC Hon. Pulinus Eyike on the behalf of the chairman of IPAC Edo state His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga- All the party chairman took an oat of office to discharge their duties in a patriotic manner and to join hands with other party chairmen to achieve the mandates of IPAC.

Secondly IPAC went into session and a total of four bills were discussed, among which the issue of the cold shoulders and neglect of IPAC by the Adams Oshiomhole led government was a very vexing issue to all the chairmen of political parties that gov Adams Oshiomhole abandoned for the past 7 years of his regime in Edo state... IPAC and all other political parties has virtually died in the state by deliberate systemic neglect and commissioned lack of patronage like a baby or concept simply dies away , and the over 22 political parties of Edo state were all at concord at this opinion and a resolution was taken to appeal to governor Adams Oshiomhole to copy a leave from other state governors like Delta, Niger, Kaduna, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Lagos, Taraba, etc that are carrying the other political parties along through subsidies and monthly welfare packages.. this is the noble aspects of governance that usually immortalize great leaders..Being torched by God to stretch the olive branch to others and not the winner takes it all meliu which multiplier effect will alway cause strives and underdeveloped the polity...

The issue of the Edo 2016 governorship election and the workshop to educate the Edo peoples was discussed and the date for the workshop postponed till next month..

In his keynote address to all chairmen of political parties His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga the Chairman of IPAC- Inter Party Advisory Council Edo state/South South thanked the entire chairmen of Political Parties in Edo state and the South South Oil producing Region of Nigerian Federation for reposing their trust and confidence in him to chairman, the state and the Region for a second term in the context of being the leader of the political institution in the state and the South South as IPAC in the new dispensation in partnership with the federal Government, UNO,UNDP, International Republican Institute, UKAIDS, Canada, etc is  the apex of the political vessel and institution addressed to monitor, discipline and anchor sustainable democratic dispensation in Nigeria, African and the global village...so IPAC is an international , multinational global concept...His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga solicits the support of the comrade governor Adam Oshiomhole and all stakeholders in the Edo state and south south political turfs to be able to make a difference in this second term.
