I Prince Frank Ukonga on this day the 11th of September 2011 hereby greet and thank the President of the United States of America H.E. President Barack Obama for heeding my clarion call for a fast and urgent attention in helping the Black Race through empowerment of Job Creation, support for the small scale industries, schools, infrastructural development addressed to solve rural and urban poverty among the Blacks and lowly of America which the Black Race is a majority.... I made the call last week Monday 2ed of September to him and exactly on Thursday the September 8th he sent an urgent bill to the  Congress for the purpose of supporting the Poor and Blacks in America...He plans to immediately spend $ 447 Billion in the first stage of the REPARATIONS which we demanded that the question of Reparations is not addressed to pay any body Dollars but addressed to seek for greater opportunities, assistance of empowerment for the Black Race and others on a global basis and today I have become vindicated and happy  that President Barack Obama and the Congress of the United States have finally agreed to begin the implementations of the recommendations of the REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE, THE POOR AND THE REDUNDANT IN AMERICA and later to extend the benefits to Africa. This is indeed the greatest happening of our millennium and it needs to be celebrated by all Blacks the world over.President Obama was emphatic on the urgency of it as i was also emphatic on the urgent need to do something fast for the Black Race, the poor and needy in my remarks on the 2ed of September 2011. So Reparations has begun in earnest. BASORUNMKO ABIOLA IS VINDICATED AT LAST!!President Obama has repaired President Elect of Nigeria BASORUN MKO ABIOLA  in History at last, by directly beginning the world wide implementations of our Reparations recommendations stating with the Blacks and poor of the United States and we are hopeful that soon the African poor living in Africa will also be included in the plan to Re humanize, Rehabilitate and Reconstruct the entire Africans-The program of the RRR /3Rs has started....This is a giant step in the right direction as it is the third recommendation in my book (THE SEETHING WORLD ,REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE , A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH.
The USA has already met the first recommendation of REPARATIONS for the black race , the Acknowledgement stage, which is by making a Black man the President of America as a sign of apology and acknowledgement of Blacks as equal Race. The second stage was the APOLOGY STAGE , which President Barack Obama apologized for Slavery in 2009 in February on the behalf of the Western World. and it was also well accepted... he has commenced the last step of our recommendations today!!!
WE HAVE WON!! BASORUN MKO ABIOLA HAS DEFEATED ALL HIS ENEMIES AND DETRACTORS TODAY!!!May his great soul rest in peace. Amen.
THE WORDS OF  H.E. PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2011 WHILE SENDING THE GREAT BILL OF REPARATIONS TO THE CONGRESS ., TO SPEND  $ 447 BILLIONS IMMEDIATELY.
"I am sending this Congress a plan that you should pass right away," he said. "There should be nothing controversial about this piece of legislation. Everything in here is the kind of proposal that's been supported by both Democrats and Republicans -- including many who sit here tonight. And everything in this bill will be paid for. Everything."
A White House official said Obama phoned House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) earlier in the day to discuss the need for rapid passage of his jobs plan. During his speech, which was peppered with a defiant sometimes combative tone, he pledged to sell his plan outside of the D.C. Beltway as well.
"I intend to take that message to every corner of this country," Obama said. "I also ask every American who agrees to lift your voice and tell the people who are gathered here tonight that you want action now. Tell Washington that doing nothing is not an option." In all, the phrase "pass this jobs bill" was uttered eight times in the president's speech, with several variations of the phrase appearing elsewhere.
"This isn’t political grandstanding," he said. "This isn’t class warfare. This is simple math. These are real choices that we have to make."On the spending side, the president is calling for $50 billion in infrastructure repairs; $10 billion for an infrastructure bank to help leverage private capital; $30 billion for school modernization and repairs; and $35 billion in aid to states and municipalities for the purposes of rehiring and retaining teachers and first responders. The proposal would also re-authorize federal unemployment benefits for another year, with additional incentives for employers to retain their workers and train new ones without any cost. A national wireless Internet initiative and changes to federal refinancing programs are also part of the American Jobs Act.

2) THE SECOND STAGE OF REPARATIONS, THE CASE OF AFRICA,
Our proposal in the Book as also agreed by Basorun MKOABIOLA, we did not recommend any direct money to be paid to any African country in view of the peculiar situation of corruption and larceny of public Treasuries, what we recommended as adequate Reparations for the African Countries are as follows
a* Debt forgiveness
b* Direct foreign investment from the Western world
c* Technological transfer through re locations of industries to Africa and man power development assistance
d* support in Agriculture and cultural development
e* support in education, health, infrastructural development, urban and rural poverty, redundancy, electricity generation, housing and environmental degradations, afforestation, AIDS and HIV scourge etc
f* revaluation of the unequal product pricing and curency, balance of payment positions in the context of Africa being a net exporter of capital, more access of African products and good be given to access the American and world markets
g* A general acceptance and corporations with the Africans as a contempory Peoples that want to be accepted as equals and not to be scorned and discriminated among men!!
***important note!! On no account must any dollar be given to any body in the aspect of direct payment for Black REPARATIONS...that is the position of the leader and founder of the REPARATIONS MOVEMENT WORLDWIDE BASORUN MKO ABIOLA AND I PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA SUPPORTS THE POINTS OF OUR LEADER 100%..... May the God almighty guide and protect President Barck Obama and the great people of the United states of America... May your times be the greatest times for Americans, Africans and the human Race in Generality. LONG LIVE THE UNITED STATES , LONG LIVE THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.
