The Edo governorship polls tribunal has formally rounded up today the 23ed January 2013 giving the final victory of the keenly contested Edo July polls adjudged  the best election in Nigerian History and one of the best in the entire world in 2012 elections. Where contenders of Adams Oshiomhlole of ACN,General Charles Aikhiavere of PDP, Prince Frank Ukonga OF SDMP, Chief Solomon Edebiri of ANPP and other gladiators locked hornes in the battle fields of Edo.

We at SDMP , Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga, Chief Olu Falae the Chairman of SDMP hereby thank the International Republican Institute of the United States of America who assisted to train all our party agents and campaign managers in the Edo polls, we also thank the Russian government, the Ukrainian Government, the British Government, the UNESCO, the UNO, the Canadian Government and all other governments of the world for their interest in the success of the Edo polls and the countries of Sub Saharan Africa in generality.

We thank the observers, both local and international, we thank the INEC staff whose great leadership of Prof. Atahiru Jaga was invaluable, we thank the IGP under the leadership of Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar and the entire police Force in Nigeria, we thank President Goodluck Jonathan for standing by the Edo People and making this great history to manifest in the Edo soils and above wall we thank the great Edo people who stood by democracy, truth and justice..We thank all Nigerians and the entire world for their support.... We shall continue to be indebted to all of you till the end of time...we are deeply appreciative and we thank you all.
