 It was in our very presence that the KGB- Komitate Gasudarvinovo Besapasnosti- meaning the committee of state/ sovereign security of the Soviet Union that comrade Deryinski the first Director General of CHEKA that became the KGB used CHEKA having secured through the constitution legally to bug homes, telephone conversations, hotels and the lives of all soviet citizens ;they the citizens lost their freedom for ever to the soviet state... and any body was picked up of trump up charges and sent to concentration camps in Siberia after being convicted by a sham , kangaroo court loyal to the govt in power...it was in our very eyes.......

STALINISM- It was in our very eyes that the Soviet Leader form Georgia, his excellency Plenipotentiary extraordinary- his eminence Josef Stalin Dugashvilli the great used this same law to destroy all his opposition on trump up charges and purported telephone conversations and bugged comments in hotel rooms as well as films of sexual relationships of high ranking Communist opponents and great diplomats, president of other Nations and he used this to blackmail them to do his bidding or get destroyed... this law you have before you the Senate and House Of REPRESENTATIVE is the most trying text of the entire Democratic exercise of Nigeria and Africa . If you sign it into law you would have killed the growth of democracy , freedom, liberty of yourself , your family, children and generation till the end of time... you would have sold the entire nation to whoho would use this obnoxious law to haunt and exterminate his opponents with legal backing, de facto de jure...the best thing is to throw the bill out of the house immediately...

HOW TO SOLVE THE SITUATION-

The Nigeria situation is a simile of a China shop with unstable persons.. a simile of the proverbial tale of the Witch/ Sorcerers apprentice.... And you have to be very cautious of what you do under such eco system.

THE CASE OF INSECURITY CALLED BOKO HARAM-

Lets be realistic for once in this country and tell each other the truth..... war experts knows by the study of Boko Haram Issue , the type of Munitions of improvised explosives, stolen AK 47 etc that they are but restive youth just like the Niger Delta case trying assiduously to make a point to the Nation ... to attract attention and perhaps negotiation with the powers their be  for economic gratification and some of the cases are mere skirmishes among rival political groups as investigations have  revealed.. though it is embarrassing in their exploits but it is not enough to use this rag tap army to strip all Nigerians and our future generations of our freedom to privacy, conversation,liberty, freedom of expression and association

 THE BILL IS A DECLARATION OF NATIONAL STATE OF EMERGENCY- OVER AN EMBELLISHED RAG TAG MISGUIDED YOUTH--

Hotel accommodations can be legally filmed, bugged, your entire apartment can be filmed,and bugged- all your movement and those of your associates, all your life can be on camera..legally... that is the full implications of that law... and you want to sign that into a bill because of a make believe rag tag army  using improvise can explosives... to declare a National State of Emergency unwitting inadvertently by passing that obnoxious bill... willy and signing away the entire freedom of the more than 300 million peoples of sub Saharan Africa..

.lets take it softly softly otherwise this may lead to the collapse of this democracy and our cherished fatherland...You would not be able to criticize a bad government for fear of being bugged and filmed and later charge with trump up charges and sent to jail...it has been done before by all the aforementioned governments of the world and we all saw it...we are living witnesses... Even Journalists will be framed up, senators would be framed up, big political opponent will be framed up, foreign ambassadors could be framed up and kick out...if you are deep in knowledge you will be able to comprehend the gravity of that power and how it can be mis used..it can be used to violate the entire birthright of the entire citizenry de jure , de facto..i am afraid for the peoples of Nigeria..

OTHER COUNTRIES WITH MILITANT ATTACKS DID NOT PASS THAT BILL INTO LAW- USA, BRITAIN, AFGHANISTAN, RUSSIA, ETC ALL WERE ATTACKED BUT DID NOT PASS SUCH A BILL- WHY THEN NIGERIA

their is not modern state in the world that has signed that kind of bill...even in Libya, Egypt, Afghanistan,Israel Pakistan etc that has big terrorist problems that bill does not exist..even in America that witness 9/11 bombing, Britain that witness train bombing and all other nations that terrorism has affected has not passed that bill into law because they know the full implication of such a bill ...then why should our own Representatives, Senators be considering such a bill...it is despicable..

THOSE BEHIND THE BILL-TELEPHONE COMPANIES- NCC: SECOND SLAVERY, COLONIZATION AND IMPERIALISM-

These telephone companies are only looking for ways to make more money and dupe the entire country. for now they provide bad services Nationwide- rather than concentrate on quality service delivery as Nigeria is the fastest growing telecommunications country in the world , they want to legitimately use telephone conversations through their networks as a tool of blakmail and control of Nigerians becoming the fift columnist of the Etat and this is satanic and dangerous  as it will lead to anachy, increase in crime rate, kidnapping and all kind of vices as the recorded messages of peoples conversation are with them and they can sell it to anybody as these telephone companies are not really Nigerian companies and are not patriotic.. they can sell classified information to anybody including kidnappers, armed rubbers,,foreign secret agents and services . As big multinationals, all they are interested in is in ripping Nigeria off..and you all know this as truth self evident by their behavior-. The charges of Telephone is highest in Nigeria per second in the world yet the services are so bad.They do not engage in helping Nigeria solve unemployment problems- Up till now Airtell workers in Nigeria are contract worker- most of them refuse to enlist in the Nigerian stock exchange in order for them to control 100% ownership. Is this the kind of companies the Senate and the House of Representatives are gong to mortgate the entire lives and security of 300 million Nigerians... NOO...NOOO...NOOOO
 What of if the recording falls into the wrong hands..These peoples want to toy with the very basis of our fundamental reason of existence..they want to toy with God who gave human being freedom of speech, movement and liberty...
QUESTIONABLE STATUS OF OWNERS OF TELEPHONE COMPANIES AND WHO ARE THEIR MASTERS-& the NCC playing the fifth columnist of Etat-
Who are the owners of these telecommunication companies...from which country of origin are their head quaters...if you pass the bill you will be for ever indebted to the countries of origin of these telecommunication giants...AIRTELL belong to INDIA and they just recently bought it from Zain of Lebanon who bought t from Vodacom of south Africa , who bought it from Econet of Zimbabwe etc...this cannot be said to be a patriotic enough behavior of daily changes of ownership, loyalties that will warrant Nigeria Nation to give them through the NCC to record and intercept conversations of 300 million Nigerians de facto ,de jure...it will be an outright mistake that we shall all regret till the end of time... they can sell the recorded messages to any body ready to pay their fees..they can sell it to the CIA, MUSSAD, MI6, INDIA, ALQUADA, KGB or anybody else because they are businessmen.Same goes to Globacom, MTN, ETISALAT and other telephone operators in the country.  remenber the case of ITT-international telephonre and Telegraph, Graham Bell etal.. they are multinational hat are mere extensions of the America government... most telecommunication giants are agents of their country of origins/ government... we must be careful before we sell our birthrights...

THE BILL WAITING TO BE PASSED THAT WILL STRIP ALL NIGERIANS OF THEIR FREEDOM FOR EVER

 "VERY soon, Nigerians will be stripped of their right to uncensored telephone communications as the Federal Government is working on a law that would empower some of its agencies to listen in on citizens’ telephone conversations as well as read their text messages without their consent

The legislation, known as the Lawful Interception of Communications Regulation, is being championed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the regulatory agency for telecommunication operations in the country. When passed by the National Assembly, it will empower some government agencies such as the office of the National Security Adviser, the police and the State Security Service (SSS) to intercept communications without necessarily securing a warrant.

Telecommunication interception is otherwise known as electronic surveillance (e-surveillance), wiretapping or bugging."-
