We posit the following observations:
1] Though much as usual would have been desired we advice that your excellencies gathered at this extraordinary summit ibn Adis Ababa to discuss on contemporary challenges of the African continent and seek ways of how to navigate the continent from the competitive challenges of declining access to development finance and foreign direct investments, how to create employment, the issues of AIDS pandemic, epileptic electricity generation and distribution, endemic poverty, illiteracy, penury, hunger, homelessness, drought, flood, environmental degradation,brain drain etc.
2] we shall like you to discuss on the issues of capital flight from Africa which is over 60 billion dollars annually and seek ways of how to redress the trade unbalance through the application of the novae enlightenment of Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga's theories of trade and diplomatic reciprocities, dialogue, consultations and detente.
3]the issue of Reparations payment by the colonialist and imperialist that destroyed and underdevelopment Africa to this vulnerable pitiable and miserable conditions could also be a great aspects of vexation of focus if we can muster the courage and will as the countries of the CARICOM- Caribbean Islands and Jamaica has already sued Britain, United States, Netherlands, France , Germany and Belgium in the law court and it would be proper and rightly gauided for the African Union of Nations to join them and back them in the lawsuit to demand Reparation for the tripartite anti bellun triangular trade that dehumanized , debased the African man as the most Wretched of the Human Race to This day...
4]The issue of the looming world economic recession and the debacle of the United states congress shut down of the Obama government should also be a thing of immediate perusal so that African countries would not be caught in the web of another debt burden, hunger, and unbearable misery as warned by the IMF and World bank chief Yesterday Otherwise:
5] Obama,Condolezza Rice,General Collin Powell, etc rise to power phenomenon and causality as a symbol of Apology for the tripartite anti bellum triangular trade proposed by Basorum MKO Abiola and contained in the book Reparations :-As President Barack Obama is the Africa quota of the coligating nations and Races that made up the United States, His emergence as the President of the United states was due mainly to the collective agitation of Basorun MKO Abiola and Prince Frank Onaivi ukonga, Proff Ali Mazuri, Prof, Wole Shoyinka,prof Ade Ajayi, Prof Moumadu Baa,Ambassador Walter Carrington, Mrs Margarette Vorgt etc who all insisted in the decade of 1990-1999 for an African America president of the United States, and Blacks to be given high profile appointments into the US and UNO as an adequate apology to the Black Race for slavery, colonization and imperialism and a time frame for that symbol of apology in conflict resolution for which a Black man must rule the United states was given by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga in his book "Reparations for the Back Race a functional approach" as published in 1992 and suggested a time frame of 10- 15 years from the date of publication of the book in 1992. And we thank the United State of America and the powers that rule that great nation for honoring that time frame suggested by prince frank onaivi ukonga in his celebrated book and making the rule of a black African American as president of the United states possible. we are indeed highly elated and gratified... but then we also beg that President Obama representing the African quota of the coligation and African stake holding in the American legacies as demanded by the intelligentsia of the all Nations and peoples of the Black race to be assisted to also achieve some level of greatness in the histography of the American Nation and the world , as we solicit for cooperation of the congress and senate with the president in the context of assisting him to re open the shut down of Congress and raising the spending capacity portfolio of the American state of the United states. These are some of the pressing issues that we suggest could be of interest to you the leaders of the African continent and the Black Race gathered in Adiss Ababa for this extra ordinary session..
6]African Americans & Caricom state becoming members of the AU: In this context it could interest the great leaders of the African countries gathered in Adiss Ababa as an offer to invite the American Blacks as a permanent member of the African Union. Countries of the Caricom should also be offered representation as we have almost 500 million blacks living in diaspora outside Africa and only 500 million living in Africa. Bringing the half of our strength and progressive rich brethren in diaspora into our fold in th African Union would enrich and progress the Union to desired heights of unity and universal brotherhood of all the Black race and mankind of all times...
7} cross border infrastructural development in Africa a to strengthen the AU:Lastly we shall advice that it is time the African union strengthen the African economic commission by the projects and infrastructures of trans African railway, trans African oil and gas pipeline, trans Africa highway, communication, and invigorate inter regional cooperation among the various sub regional groupings
