In her keynote address the States Director of National
Orientation Agency Mrs. Magdalene Umunnah emphasized the necessity and sufficiency

The commissioner of Police of Edo state of Nigeria speaking
through Assistant Commissioner of Police Mr. Mike Okoli emphasized the need for
the community to assist the police with relevant information which would guide
the police and other security agencies to be more proactive during and after elections
periods. He assured the public that such information would be treated with
secrecy and that the public should not fear of being reported as the source of
such information given to the police.
His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga, the Edo state chairman
of IPAC (Inter Party Advisory council) and the states chairman of SDP
introduced the mission of IPAC to the entire peoples of Edo state of Nigeria as an Inter Party, Inter INEC Organization
formed to put the various parties in order in the context of ethics, behavior and
practices during and after elections addressed to guarantee internal party
democracy, good behavior of parties and candidates, settle inter party
disputes, monitor political parties addressed to have credible polls to the
international standard practice…the Prince promised the electorates that IPAC
would work with all security agencies and all other agencies and political parties
in the 2015 elections to repeat the record set by Edo state of Nigeria in 2012
as having the best election so far in the history of Nigerian polls.
