1* On Wednesday the 17th of February was a hot day for all political party chairmen in Edo state of Nigeria as the IPAC meeting of 17th February 2016 centered on the breach of INEC and IPAC code of conducts by some political parties and their governorship aspirants who began to campaign doing and placing posters, banners, bill boards, holding rallies, road tours, stickers etal which was supposed to be a "Mosquito Campaign" but most of the aspirants and parties have turned Mosquito campaign into full Lion and Elephant campaign thereby contravening section 99-1- of the Nigerian constitution... even all Radio stations, Television stations are as guilty in the way thay present campaign like adverts in the guise of Mosquito campaign but indeed they are doing Tiger , Lion and Elephant campaigns.
2* IPAC Blast Comrade Oshiomhole , the governor of Edo state for exacerbating the campaign by most of his visits and activities which recently centered on how to win the 2016 governorship polls and appeal to the comrade governor to do more business of the budget of Finishing Well rather than engage in partisan politics of the Post Oshiomhole Era of searching for a successor..
3* The following aspirants has been advised to tone down their Lion and Elephant campaigns into Mosquito campaigns by IPAC or face fine and sanctions...they include: Pastor Ize Iyamu, Hon Kenneth Imasuagbon, General Charles Ekhiavbere, Hon Pedro Obaseki, Hon Godwin Obaseki, Hon Osarodion Ogie, Hon Solomon Edebiri, Hon Ogiewonyi, Hon. Osaro Onaiwu, Hon Blessing Agbenemere, Hon Nowamagbe, Hon Pius Odubu, Prince Frank Ukonga, Hon Prof Amadasun, etc...IPAC has the mandate of INEC and that of the government to protect all INEC code of conduct and the Nigerian constitution and the Chairman of IPAC Edo state His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga and all other IPAC Exco would not hesitate to weld the big stick of fine and sanctions and even recommend banning of Aspirant that violate IPAC/INEC Code of conduct...
4* That each aspirant that want to present his or her programs to IPAC can do so through their political party chairmen.
