xcerpts of the lecture delivered by Basorun MKO Abiola to the Black Congressional Caucus/ Americans at the Bethune-Dubois Award, Held at the Capital Hilton Hotel, Washington DC. USA. On MAY 21, 1991.

t It gives me great pleasure as well as honor, to be present with you today, to receive an award which associates me with such outstanding African -Americans as Brother Dubois and Sister Mary McLeod Bethune.

These two geniuses sacrificed themselves on behalf of the down trodden masses of African-America, the rest of Africans in Diaspora, and the great long sufferings and mutilated continent. But neither Sister Bethune nor Brother Dubois was content to remain in the dark, nor allow us, their children, to think that darkness and despair were our lots in perpetuity. Their heroic struggles against injustice and discrimination taught us to reach out and turn on the light, to give birth to hope and keep that hope alive.

BEYOND RACIAL STRIFE:

If for brother Dubois the main problem of the twentieth century was the color, we can suitably honor him by the extent to which we have solve this problem, so that the 21 st. century will not continue to be stained with the vile of colors of man’s inhumanity to man and woman, packaged in the obnoxious doctrines of racism.

As great statesmen and women speaks with visionary certitudes about the new world order, they must be told that there can be no order without justice, equality and right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, for which men and women has fought throughout the ages, and continue to fight today.

You cannot have a new world order in an affluent United States of America where African American teenagers are forced to kill each other over drugs because they are denied equal opportunities for education and employment. And you cannot have order in the world old or new where hundreds of millions are condemned to poverty , famine, civil wars and premature death because they are denied equal economic opportunities in the global market place.

If a few hundred of millions of people delude themselves that their wealth protects them from the inhuman poverty and wrath of billions of fellow human being, they are very much like   the beautiful flowers which blooms in ignorance on the edge of a volcano.

INTERNATIONALIZATION OF BLACK POVERTY.

In Africa the wise man rushes to pour water on his neighbor’s thatched roof so that the conflagration will not spread to consume his own. Similarly a man who hunts alone runs the risk of being hunted by wild animals who wisely hunts in pack. And who ever heard of one hand clapping?

The world we wish to see in the 21st century must be the hand work of all men and women of all races, continents, and regions regardless of sex, race, religion and economic circumstances. My plea tonight is directed at you, brothers and sisters in African American, but it is also meant for the great rainbow of people who make up this land of fantastic opportunities, truly the first modern nation in the world.

REPARATIONS AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER

The issue of Reparations is at the very heart of the social solidarity and justice necessary for mankind to survive into the next century because it demands compensations for wrongs done against individuals and for the evils perpetuated against Nations. To realize our vision of a new world order, however, we must now right the wrongs of previous centuries, redress the imbalance, and remove the blinkers of bias, prejudice, and discrimination which prevents us from seeing our common humanity and act in solidarity to solve the problems which threatens us all of mankind.

Today Africa is a wounded continent, many of our people, where ever they find themselves are destitute, discriminated and desperate. And it is our duty as African Americans who are in position of some privileges to help put things right if the wounds are to be healed and if the illness not to prove terminal. Let us assist our unfortunate brothers and sisters to march, with heads held high and wrongs righted into the next century.

My lecture is addressed to acquaint you with the historical and dialectical significance of our demands for reparations for the damages inflicted on the Black Race by the white Race and the colonial imperialist lasting a period of more than 500 years in human History.

The white Race, starting from the Portuguese, Dutch, British, United States, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden and the entire European Union as well as many Arab Nations forcibly removed able men and women from the soils of Africa [Peace loving people, who never offended them] to slave in America and Europe under chains and most denigrating conditions ever conceived by mankind, as the beast of burden to build the western civilization.

The present glories of the western civilization were built by the blood and sweat of the black slave of fortune. On the enslavements and dastadious violation of the Black Race on a global basis.

More than 500 million able men and women were plucked in their prime from mother Africa to slave in plantations and factories, used as the scourge of the earth, denigrated and humiliated and in many cases killed by their oppressors all for a singular economic reason of building wealth and prosperity for their own Nations using unpaid slave labor. The situation is despicable and a bad case in Race Relations.

They did not stop at that, they followed with the bestiality of colonization, looting the wealth of the entire Africa and killing and destroying the great glories of the empires of the entire African people. Looting all the gold bullions, and bars, all the diamonds, minerals as well as human resources. Destroying all the features of our formidable African institutions and primordial legacies and loyalties. Looting all the works of Art, Artifacts, and all valuable conceptions, being and essence of our superlative and qualitative African civilization and supplanting it with decadence.

They Raped mother Africa in a larceny that will terrify Chiron -de Centurion!!  - they continued another neo-colonialist  slavery of economic, cultural and technological imperialism that is with us today and perhaps will be our faith till the end of the 21st century unless we do something drastic to stop them.

And that is why Africa is poor and they Europe and America are rich]. This lecture is out to prove the scientific instances for the justification of our demands for Reparations costs to be paid to Africans at home and in Diaspora. The laws of production relations have proved beyond doubts that this impudence was purely economical as it conforms to all the Laws of Karl Marx as developed by Franz Fanon and Antonio Gramsci. Marcus Garvey, Martin Luther King Jnr and Malcolm X also noted this economic undertone.

Basorun MKOAbiola [Chairman of EPG [Eminent Persons Group on Reparations] offers the following observations:

“Today many of the problems afflicting Africans and Blacks in Diaspora are the direct results of the damages done by slavery, colonization and imperialism without reparations these problems cannot be solved. Just like a man whose leg has been broken cannot walk much less run until the damage has been put right and his wound healed”

This simplistic but highly intellectual and dialectical simile drawn by Basorun Abiola summarizes the plight of all black people on a global basis and proffers its solution.

In the United States of America Black children are likely to end up in jail than go to college. Blacks are relegated to live in ghettos and slums with all the doors of opportunity slammed.

In Latin America of Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina Blacks are hounded and killed in all the streets of Bones Ares, Bogotá and Bahamas. And yet it is our gold, blood and sweats that built these great cites of western civilization.

Our Game Plan is to position Basorun MKO Abiola the leader of Reparations movement as the Executive President of the Nigerian Federation. He is determined to lead the entire black race out of the wood and lead the Black Race into the 21st century with Nigeria in front pulling the rest of Africa and the entire population of Blacks in America and Diaspora behind and along. The Game Plan is to make Nigeria into a Super power Nation [economically and militarily] with modern powerful defense initiative that can face any other Nation on land air and sea!

 Basorun Abiola will begin a MARSHAL PLAN for rapid development of Africa and assist Blacks in Diaspora. There will be mass exodus of Black people from the western world back to Africa; engineers, Doctors, bankers, experts, funds and investments for rapid development of Africa.

Basorun MKO Abiola is a great son of Africa that the entire world respects immensely. The United States classified his intelligent Quotient as one of the 1% of the world population. And that he is the product of the finest mould in human creation. A person in this cartegory determines their own salary in any corporation he works and must be the leader as well as have a sizable percent of stocks of the company. His name open doors in the most exclusive circles of the world and this is one of the greatest gift of God to Africa at this juncture to lead Africa out of the wood into the world of Economic and social prosperity.

This book we are launching here today is one of the greatest books ever written on earth in the context of Research and Development, scientifically into Race Relations and many other vexing topics of our contemporary time addressed to guide, shield and direct our journey to the Promised Land. We bequeath this book to the movement of Basorun MKO Abiola as a reference book of instructions, as a book to motivate and as a sword to fight on, to deliver the Black Race from exploitation of the imperialists on a global basis.

 It is given as a simile of the Prof. Wole Shoyinka’s Translation of the great improvisations of T.S Fagunwa of the “Forest of a Thousand Demons’; where the seven hunters were armed and given the mission to go into the evil forest of millions of demons to conquer and solve all the problems that bedevil the Human Race and in that same order we banquet this book to you to do the same for the Black Race on a global basis…To liberate the Black Race from the shackles of slavery, colonization and imperialism and remove the shame from all our faces that we are not cowards…

Africa has been violated for the past 700 years and this denigration continues from one generation to another. It is time to put our foot down and say enough is enough….

….And we are all waiting for that glorious day when you will present our demands for apology, restitution and reparations on the floors of the United Nations General Assembly……

….. We are patiently waiting for the day you will announce our membership of the United Nations Security Council as a permanent member with equality of veto in the status of other 8 super powers of today…..

… we are waiting for that day that you will announce to the whole world on the floors of the UN General Assembly the arrival of a Black Supper Nation that can face any other super power militarily and economically on land, air and sea…and stand its grounds…..just like H.E. Nikita Krushov, the great Soviet Leader announced in the 60’s on the floors of the UN General assembly of the arrival of the Soviet Union to face any other power on land , air and sea, were he pulled his shoe and banged it on the table , to sound a note of warning that the Soviet Union is second to none….

……..Just like H.E. Josef Dugashvilli Stalin  met on equal terms other powers in Yalta to shape the present world order… so shall we meet other powers very soon , to shape a new world order on the terms of equality, diplomatic reciprocity, détente…mutual respect…and deterrence…

…..all the ideas, logistic and stratagems to achieve this great goals are well spelt out in the book…The Seething World- Reparations for Africa – A functional approach that we are launching today and presenting to you as a gift of solemn bequest to march on and conquer the world. You are our own Napoleon Bonaparte; you are our own Alexandra the great…you are our Vladimir Lenin…you are our own George Washington….you are our chairman Mao…

May God almighty help us in our resolute journey to achieve this greatness for Nigeria, Africa and the Black Race in generality….

PETITION TO INEC NO. 2
REF: EDO NORTH SENATORIAL POLLS: EDO SDMP REJECTS INEC RESULTS OF SENATORIAL POLLS OF 9TH APRIL 2011.
We of Edo SDMP are rejecting the Senatorial election in Edo North for the reason that includes the followings:
a) Voters were bought by both ACN and PDP as they turned the polling booth into a cash and carry vote buying bazaar. We have many witnesses that are ready to testify in court / Tribunal and this act of ACN and PDP is contrary to the new code of conduct act of election of the Nigerian Federation signed by all parties.
b) The Highest Bidder Domingo Obende of ACN bought the election victory from PDP and others, while new parties like SDMP was short changed and rigged out because we obeyed the premises of the code of conduct act of the election.
c) Collaboration with INEC Staff: Many INEC Staff entered into conspiracy with some agents of ACN and PDP to tell the voters that the election is between only two parties PDP and ACN thereby stealing and luring and deceiving SDMP voters to vote for ACN or PDP. This is unfair, and unacceptable to SDMP.
d) Many SDMP voters were not allowed to vote in some wards that were the stronghold of SDMP voters even though some where accredited to vote by INEC officials.
e) Destroying all SDMP posters: A few days to the election all the posters of SDMP Candidate OJO FRANK UKONGA were removed from the entire Edo North Senatorial District by thugs suspected to be loyal to ACN party. This is contrary to the code of conduct act signed by parties.
f) Treat to life: On the 1st of April, the eve of the aborted election of 2nd April, some thugs led by one Mr. Apologun attached MR. OJO FRANK UKONGA in Ufa and it was only God that saved the life of OJO FRANK UKONGA over the fact that Mr. Apologun felt that MR. OJO FRANK UKONGA should not be contesting against their mentor and sponsor Domingo Obende in the Senatorial polls this is contrary to the electoral act.
g) Act of provocation: On April 10th after the election winner was announced as MR. DOMINGO OBENDE around 1p.m that day DOMINGO OBENDE and the Chief Executive of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomole rode on convey of Jeeps with top security and accompany by a mammoth crowd and a Masquerade came to the House of OJO FRANK UKONGA along Momodu Ajayi street dancing and carrying brooms and singing provocation songs and throughout Igarra the provocation songs continued for the whole week but SDMP told her fans to remain calm and seek redress in the proper quarters.
h) Harassment of SDMP voters: We have witness of how SDMP voters were harassed by agents of ACN and PDP and threatened by landlords that they should swap their loyalty otherwise get evicted from their houses.
i) Vote counting: Being that SDMP were unable to employ party agents round the enter senatorial district, most of our votes were either voided or swapped to other parties by INEC officials, this is contrary to the code of conduct act of election.
j) Under age voters: ACN and PDP agents sponsored lots of under ages voters to came and vote in the election for their candidates and the security operatives and INEC Staff looked the other way. This is contrary to the election code of conduct act.
k) Bribery of the Obas and Leaders of Edo North: It is alleged that ACN and PDP were at bribery war to outbid each other as they allegedly presented gift of cars and cash to Obas, Chiefs, kings, youth, Elders leaders, unions and club to buy their support. We have Proof of this.
l) Disinformation: In many publications by INEC and other press community the name of SDMP Candidates has been unduly misspelled and presented as a pretender candidate than a contender in the Senatorial polls. In the National Mirror OJO FRANK UKONWA was the SDMP candidate that was published as contesting election for Edo South senatorial seat and this was not the true picture.

The Sovereign Wealth Fund was my idea which was published in 1992 in the book the SEETHING WORLD- Written by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga to support the Government of Basorun MKO Abiola but then OBJ emerged and began to implement most of the ideas in the book that was meant for the govt of MKO Abiola..so it is praiseworthy that President Jonathan has initiated the SWF with $1billion and i advice the Governor Forum to embrace the giant stride..its the only path of honor... 

I also thank the Govt of Norway who have implemented the idea for the past 17 years by consolidating their oil money into a sovereign wealth and holdings...But the modus oparandi of the SWF and the necessity & sufficiency reason de entre is complex and will need further consultation with the inventor of the idea -Prince Frank Ukonga so that it will not derail .

It is not just putting aside sums of money in a Trust to be invested on international level by fund managers like KPM,Morgan..etc..It is more complex than that, but because of the attitude of the Govt of President Jonathan that does not practice the philosophy of embracing other people to come and implement their ideas i will quickly contribute part of the modus oprandi of the idea i invented so that the people in charge can use the idea for the progress of Nigeria and the future of Africa.......

The SWF is a fund carrier for the Nation both , for present and future needs of the Nation...It is like a collateral security for the present bilateral relations with other Nations as well as guarantee the future   generations...

.It will act as a debenture capital for the bulk of our foreign policy thrust in investment and direct foreign investment portfolio and .....here i mean the internationalization of all our assets and liabilities in the Schumpeterian order....nothing wrong in having Nigerian refineries in Indonesia, New york..and all over the world...nothing wrong in having gas stations of NNPC Mega stations all over the world...Nothing wrong in floating an international bond of $ 2 trillion dollars to be marketed in all stock exchanges of the world in the context of Nigeria PLC...to raise colossal investment capital and trough cartelizatrion the coupon vouchers are discounted for reimbursements to subscribers at as when due in specific dates of human history...its a little technical but can be achieved to take Nigeria to the supper power level...

......as a catalyst for our private capital foreign policy thrust in the context of emerging Nigerian multinationals like Dangote group, Oando, Globacom, Energy /fleet group.......

.......also their is the urgent need to reinvent the OBJ TRANSCORP- It was one of the best ideas that ever came out of the OBJ -BUT, WAS MESSED UP BY Ms Okereke Ndidi and Mr Esigielli..the idea was also lifted from my book... they never understood the game plan of multinational ism as a new policy thrust of Nations projected into the open arena of business and investments on a global basis to compete as our own shear input in WTO , laiser faire and globalism...this is really complex and all the esoteric theories of wealth of nations and the secrets of "the game without  rules "are imperative for the success of the idea which is the rational kernel of sovereign wealth fund...for the purpose of clarity and the superficiality and mundanes of the people of present generation who have problems in deep comprehension and cognition i will have to simplify what i have written above in another article as well as for security reasons, many intrigues that leads to success of Nations in the global investment warfare cannot really be discussed on the pages of Facebook.... Two years after i invented the VISION 2000 [ VISION 2020] I wrote the book THE SEETHING WORLD; REPARATIONS FOR BLACK RACE; A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH ,the book was a hot cake and a super hit in the Nigerian Market and the entire world. It so began to Rake in awards from all over the world....

THE UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN IN NIGERIA: The University of Ibadan was the first to order many copies of the book after the Launching that was chaired by the Chief Of Naval Staff in the IBB era Rear Admiral Oduoye, and Basorun MKO Abiola was the Chief Launcher... And the book was highly controversial and

reviewed in all Magazines like TELL, CONCORD ,TRIBUNE, NEWSWATCH and all papers in Nigeria and abroad...soon it began to rake in awards..

NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY: DEAN LIST AWARD: The book of Frank Onaivi Ukonga made the Deans List award of Northwestern University of the United State of America in the state of Illinois.. The Deans List was a short list of less than 15 books and Prince frank onaivi ukonga made the list... Other authors on the list ware Prof Wole Shoyinka, Basorun MKO Abiola ,Prof Ade Ajayi... Note that Northwestern University has the largest university library in the world that stores books from all over the world ... And to be able to make the dean list of the librarian of the largest and biggest library in the world ..a list of just 15 authors you must comprehend that you must be a genius to make that list along with great sages as Prof. Wole Shoyinka, Prof Ade Ajayi... Great Nobel Laureates Winners and the best that we have in the human race since the beginning of time and I am grateful that the Northwestern university equally yoked me-Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga among the sages and the bests of bests of the human race... And I pray God to continued to yoke the university among the few best of best as well  till the end of time...Amen.

OPEN LIBRARY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: The open Library of the United states of America made a citation of the book and also put the book of Prince frank Onaivi Ukonga in a very short list of most valuable books of the world and equally yoked prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga along the BOOKS of Dr Kwame Unkrumah former president of the Republic of Ghana, President Leopold Sengor of the Republic of SENEGAL and President Secou Toure of GUINEA, the list of most valuable books of all times of the open Library was very short as well and i Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga is very grateful to the Open Library which is one of the largest collector of books in the world to have equally yoked me with such great sages and legends of the world . May God continue to appreciate the Open Library institution among the best of best in the world . Amen.

THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: The library of Congress has also done a citation of the book and gave it a classification among the most valuable books in the library being used by the legislators and Senators and top shakers and movers of the American great Nation and inadvertently the entire world...And the America State has been using the major points of the book as it concerns Reparation  and Race Relations , which I insisted that a Black man be assisted by what ever means possible to become the President of the United States of America within 10 years of the publication of the book in 1992 as a mandatory necessary symbol of apology and acknowledgment of the Black Race as an equal human being; and it was made possible by the United States;

SECONDLY: ACKNOWLEDGMENT & APOLOGY FOR SLAVERY AND IMPERIALISM:

I insisted that an official apology be tendered to the Black Race by the United State of America and President Obama apologized on behalf of the American state in the year 2009 and moves were done to absolve Marcus Gavey the great leader of the Black Race from all trumped up charges against him and a befitting burial finally given to him .

THIRDLY: PRESIDENT OBAMA SPENDS $ 447 BILLION DOLLARS  ON REPARATIONS OF THE AMERICAN BLACKS & WHITES AS WELL :I recommended that the Black Race be rehabilitated  and empowered to become more useful to their various host countries in diaspora... And this year based on my advice two weeks ago President Barack Obama has  approved a bill that will invest $ 447 Billion dollars to rehabilitate the Black Race in America which as a rightly guided person he extended the generosity to the poor white Americans as well...creating jobs, link roads to the rural areas, building and helping the ghettos of USA of which the Black are the major beneficiary of the package... I immediately thanked him for this great help extended to the Black Race and i wrote to the Chairman of Black Congressional Caucus H.E. CLEAVER JN to tell the American Blacks to make a good use of this golden opportunity to emerge as those that will occupy the middle class of the United States ..and if they succeeded in grabbing that class as majority they will control the entire America and

 inadvertently the entire human Race.. Which is my desire and the desire of our leader, Nigerian president elect Basorun MKO Abiola.

President Obama came to Equity with clean hands and may God make his days the best for the entire world in human history. Amen. I thank H.E. President Barack Obama and the entire America citizenry for honoring me to that status quo of following the recommendations of my book .May  God also honor them to the greatest status of the Human Race as pace setters and leader of the entire human Race..Amen.

THE UNIVERSITY OF INDIANA & THE INDIANA STATE GOVERNMENT:The University of Indiana also classified the book as one of the most valuable books in the topics of Race RELATIONS, Black History, Intellectual Development and Philosophy of the Black Race and most valuable in the study of African History, sociology culture and in the study of world history and African American History and recommended it to all their students. But n we at Kukuruku Holdings publishers of the book printed only small limited copies , so the Indiana University gave the copy of the book  to the biggest e book company in the world- GOOGLE E- BOOKS to assist them to digitize the book and make it available to all students of the world as well as to all policy makers and shakers and movers of the entire human Race.

THE GOOGLE ,E- BOOKS: Google Books made a spectacular E-BOOK out of the book of PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA - as a special digitized rear books on earth, and a bibliography and a dictionary of the e - book , so that what ever topic or section you want to visit in the book you only need to write out a few worlds and everything i said about that section will be available to you . You need not read the entire book before you get what you are looking for.. And this have assisted researchers and practitioners to access rear genius opinion and analysis of RACE RELATIONS and the Government of the State of Indiana has also identified with the book in some internet sites. All this were done behind my back. I have never given any body outside Nigeria my book. It was later that google got in torch with me offering to market the book to the whole world at a very favorable terms if I agree to their proposal as the demand for the book is really high...THAN YOU GOOGLE BOOKS.. I WILL BE FOREVER INDEBTED TO YOU FOR DISCOVERING ME AND INVESTING IN MY CONCEPT.

AMAZON BOOKS: The Amazon books does not have many copies of te book, so what they did was to place the book in their own AMAZON SITE in the internet for prospective buyers and when you demand for that particular book of Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga they will tell you that it is not available but will immediately offer you similar books from other authors as equally good... Their by using the book and its name , cover and logo to attract buyers to their site and then sell then alternative books that are equally good from other authors..that is using the book to market their site.. Later they will ask you ,if you have used copies of the book for sale that they are ready to buy it from you...I am grateful to them for promoting the book on their site despite all odds..THANK YOU AMAZON BOOKS.

GET CITED: GEO CITY, E-BAY, AND ALL INTERNET SEARCH ENGINES OF THE WORLD: GET CITED is a book marketing company in the internet and many other book marketing companies are advertizing the book on their site presumably to use it to market their site and when buyer come to ask for the book they will offer the buyer another good book as well on the topic. That is using it to market their sites and promoting the book and PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA.

PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA’S PICTURES: CELEBRITY SITES DEMANDS ON THE INTERNET: Most celebrity sites on the internet are busy asking the prince to take many pictures so that they can put it on their site and being that the amiable handsome prince is a shy person he has not been able to take many pictures for fear of being over publicized all over the world, which will begin to cause another problem on crowd recognition, autographs signing etc

THE NATIONAL LIBRARY OF SINGAPORE: The National library of Singapore belonging to the Singapore Government has openly identified with the book perhaps also to use it to position their Library among the IVY league libraries of the world and I am grateful to them and to the Government of Singapore for honoring e as to identifying with my book as to yoking one of their highest and most prestigious institution in Asia with my concepts and streams of consciousness and i thank them for this and perhaps their students are also using the book in researches and problem solving.

SOUTH AFRICA: It was only in South Africa the book caused trouble as I was told that some people got access to the book and began to print and circulate it , so later some of the buyers began to read the book upside down, reading wrong interpretations to what i wrote and began a riot  in Johannesburg and in other cities of South Africa in 2009. I was informed by relevant authorities and i stated my own side of the said book and that i did not write any book specifically for South Africa nor did i circulate my books to that part of the world nor did i ever gave anybody outside Nigeria any copy, nor did i even printed more than 500 copies of the  book-

THE PURPOSE OF THE BOOK :THE SEETHING WORLD: The book was published for a specific purpose of bringing and ushering Basorun MKO Abiola to power addressed for him to take Nigerian Nation to the SUPER POWER CLASS THAT CAN FACE ANY OTHER NATION ON LAND , AIR AND SEA... So it was given to only a select few people in Nigeria after the launching. How the book now spread to the whole world is still the greatest surprise to me till today. The book was supposed to be a reference book of policy formation for those in the Basorun. Mko Abiola’s camp and a modus operand i spelt out one by one for a particular purpose like a manifesto for individuals and institutions around the Reparations movement to operate with... It was not for general public..

And this level of problems will need another round of applications of the theories to resolve them. Also all the aspect of Race Relations has also been applied by the American Govt to evolve into a better society today as i have already explained..And the theories is like an almighty formula that as soon as you can parametize a social or economic or engineering or scientific problem all you do is fix them into the variables of the formula and the result will automatically come out...

THE UFO THEORY: This is the last MATHEMATICAL  theory IN DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS invented by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga and its framework was not included in that book of the SEETHING WORLD... IT was in the Book 2 of  which i promised to Publish after the Black Race have become more relevant to the world by being assisted by the world to participate in an inclusive assimilated togetherness which has come to being...you can use this formula to predict and also solve any problems of  any situation and what will happen to the world in any particular year  that you are interested... ..year 2200, year 2450...etc.......The Ufo theories can be used to solve medical and health problems of AIDS, HIV, TURMOIL CANCERS,ETC. IT CAN ALSO BE USED TO SOLVE COMPLEX ENGINEERING PROBLEM IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES, AGRICULTURE , WEAPONRY, NUCLEAR BOMBS AND WARS….

HOW GOVERNOR FASHOLA DESTROYED THE UNPUBLISHED VALUABLE BOOKS OF PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA: And now that it has become somewhat of a reality that the black Race are being assimilated and more accepted , i will endeavor to publish the part 2 of the book; though GOVERNOR RAJI FASHOLA HAS DESTROYED ALL MY BOOKS WHERE I HAD WRITTEN THEN and such valuable theories that will contribute immensely to the development and advancement of the Human Race was destroyed by the Governor of Lagos State because i criticized his Lilly livered policy thrust in the governance of Lagos state...But i am happy that the theories are inside me and that i  can always reproduce them... But then the damages where great as more than 10 new books i have been writing all my life were destroyed by the bulldozers of  Governor Fashola ,depriving the entire world of such great legacies...It is equivalent to destroying the manuscript of a future Nobel Laureate ...without compensation....it is really sad...if my first book can be so acclaimed round the world ....what would my other books be like...they would be really hot....but then GOV Raji Fashola has destroyed all the manuscripts of more than 10 books that i have written for the development and advancement of the Human Race and for the benefit of advancing the creation of God.....For it is written that those who make mothers childless will be barren among  men &  women.....

.May the almighty God, the God of truth AND JUSTICE BLESS GOV RAJI FASHOLA IN THE SAME WAY THAT GOV RAJI FASHOLA HAS BLESSED ME. AMEN.
