EDO POLLS: FRANK UKONGA CALLS FOR TRUCE BETWEEN OSHIOMHOLE AND GENERAL CHARLES AIRKHIAVERE....
It is imperative to cognitize that
in every election winner must emerge, and becomes magnanimous and
democratic for contenders to accept
defeat and join hands as peace loving democrats to move the polity to
the desired level of social , economic and industrial glories which are
values that are lofty and eudimonistic among men of subsequent creation;
and it becomes mandatory to acknowledge that the July 14 ,2012 polls of
Edo State adjudged by historians and poll observers as the best
election in Nigeria and in Africa in its conduct , planning,
decorum,logistics,peaceful, devoid of rigging etc; for us in Edo State
to be able to access and retain that great record of jointly with INEC
and the government of H.E.President Goodluck Jonathan, the PDP and all
other stakeholders must accept without rancor the results of the polls
and pull out of the tribunal for other loftier higher reasons of being
able to lay claims to being part of the best election in Nigeria. Whence
all stakeholders in the Nigerian Project owe it a duty to appeal to
General Charles Airkhiavere the PDP candidate in the Edo polls to please
bury the hatchet and pull out of the tribunal ,join hands with Governor
Oshiomole to move Edo State to higher standards of summun bomnum
