Secondly the Russian President said that ," Russia would "be ready to act in the most decisive and serious way" if there was clear proof of what weapons were used and who used them.In this statement the Russian leader does not want to be drawn into a new cold war era nor war of confrontation but stoic enough to indicate that they are ready to back UN resolution if it is proved that President Assad used chemical weapons.

Meanwhile the British parliament has rejected any plan to  attacking Syria while the French will decide next week. the US Draft bill to attack Syria is for consideration and result will soon be out.
