Breaking News: H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga Re elected as IPAC [ Inter Party Advisory Council} Chairman Edo State of Nigeria for a Second Term . Election was conducted by INEC @ INEC office Benin among all the Chairmen of political parties in Edo State on Monday the 21st of September 2015.

History was again made in Edo state of Nigeria as IPAC -  Inter Party Advisory Council of Nigeria Edo state chapter held its election to elect officers into the 7 member Executive of the council which is the Apex governing body of the political institution in Nigeria.

The election was conducted at 12 o'clock at INEC office, Benin by top INEC officials led by the Edo state INEC Director of Operations Hon Oghogho Oviasu, and Hon Eyike - The Abuja representative of IPAC that officiated on the behalf of the National Chairman of IPAC was the  National  chairman of Citizens Popular  Party CPP- who was a presidential candidate of the CPP in the just concluded 2015 General polls , H.E. Eke.

H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga was elected the Edo state chairman for a second term 

Other elected officers includes:Hon Tracy Agol- Deputy Chairperson, Hon Dav Esokpowu- Secretary, Hon Chris Aire Deputy Secretary, Elder Godfrey Ehimen Financial Secretary,, Chief Stephen Egwavoin Treasurer, Comrade Victor Ogba Publicity Secretary.

The INEC Swore the new IPAC executives into office immediately by an oat of office.

His Excellency Prince frank ukonga advised president Obama through the CBC to opt for negotiation . which was held in Geneva. and a heart warming truce was arrived at by the United Nation and the Super Powers over Syria, based on the constructive approach advice of Prince frank ukonga. Prince frank Ukonga is the second black African to be privileged to advice the CBC which is the most exclusive Black congressional association and the most powerful caucus of the Black Race...the only other African so privilege was Basorun MKO Abiola... The Syrian crisis has a solution which i was part of d global pressure group dat brought d UN,Russia and d USA to d Middle East summit in Geneva last year to negotiate for a truce.Now it seem d truce has broken down and there is an urgent need for another meeting of d UN ,Russia,USA,Israel Iran,France,China, UK, Germany to work out modalities of peaceful conflict resolution of d Syrian impasse in particular and dat of d middle East in generality.
