Breaking News: IPAC Slam the Social Media Bill; Says “It’s an attempt to Kill Freedom of Speech, Create Dictatorship, Repression, Oppression that would endanger Democracy"; Call on all Nigerians to Stop The Bill.

IPAC-Inter-Party Advisory Council condemn the Proposed Social Media bill

Breaking News: IPAC Slam the Social Media Bill; Says “It’s an attempt to Kill Freedom of Speech, Create Dictatorship, Repression, Oppression that would endanger Democracy"; Call on all Nigerians to Stop The Bill.
HE Prince Frank Ukonga briefing the Press yesterday as the IPAC National Director of Policy and Planning  said the Association of National Chairmen of Political Parties rejects the-  dreaded, obnoxious , Satanic Social Media bill being proposed by the Senate and warned them to desist from endangering Nigerian’s gregarious, nescient democracy…The amiable Prince Offered the following observations:
The Obnoxious Social Media Bill that is been proposed by the Senate is the most draconian, inhuman and repressive bill in the entire history of legislation in Nigeria and the entire world and the IPAC-Inter-Party Advisory Council, strongly condemn the bill and caution the Senate and all involved from passing this satanic bill design to gag and silence all and sundry in the polity from being passed into law.
As the bill provides for a 3 years jail term for people who express their personal opinions on the walls of their Face book, or twitter or website on the internet or even make comments on other people's walls on Social Media. The freedom of speech is universal and it is a fundamental grand norm of the Nigerian constitution and Nigeria is a signatory to the UN and the AU and ECOWAS charters of freedom of speech and association. Why then should the Senate and Legislatures be contemplating to deprive Nigerians their fundamental human rights and turn themselves into thin gods, dictators, and vampires…
Any attempt or amendment or alternations to gag Nigerians is unconstitutional and counter productive
IPAC  Say no to this satanic, draconian, devilish Social Media bill and call on all Nigerians and the entire international community to help Nigerians from this looming catastrophe and anarchy.

Breaking News: Equity Group Demands Regional Balance in the $22.7 Billion Infrastructural Development Loan; Says South East Region of Nigeria Marginalized.

Sir Engr Okey Chikwendu -National Chairman Equity Group demands inclusivity in the $22.7
Billion Dollars infrastructural Development Loan.

Breaking News: Equity Group Demands Regional Balance in the $22.7 Billion Infrastructural Development Loan; Says South East Region of Nigeria Marginalized.
The Equity Group, which is an association of Chairmen, Secretaries and leaders of Some Political Parties and Associations in Nigeria demands the equitable distribution of infrastructural development by the Federal Government. Observing that the new policy thrust of the government for accelerated infrastructural development of Nigeria for which $22.7 Billion Dollars was recently approved by the Senate there is little or no inclusion of the South Eastern Region in the overall infrastructural developmental plans.
Speaking with Press on the issue the National Chairman of the Equity Group Sir Engnr Okey Chikwendu said that the Equity Group condemns in strong terms the exclusion of the South East Region from the current infrastructural development plans of Nigeria for which $22.7Billion Dollars loan had been procured.
He observed that while the South Eastern Region had no specific infrastructural investments tagged in the developmental plans, the entire layout is also lopsided tilting more to the Northern divide and marginalizing the Southern aspects of the country.
He called on the Senate and the FG to go back to the drawing board to correct these anomalies and balance the spread of infrastructural development in accordance with constitutional Federal Character.

DA Blast Senate on the $22.7 billion [N6.97 trillion] Loan approved for Buhari-H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga, the National Chairman of DA Explodes-“DA take Exceptions to this looming Debt Trap of Sleaze, Hunger, Poverty, and underdevelopment of Nigerians”

DA Blast the senate over 22.7 billion Loan granted to the APC govt- HE Prince Frank Ukonga -National Chairman of da-DA-Democratic Alternative Party says that it would lead to an excruciating debt burden

Breaking News:DA Blast Senate on the $22.7 billion [N6.97 trillion] Loan approved for Buhari-H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga, the National Chairman of DA Explodes-“DA take Exceptions to this looming Debt Trap of Sleaze, Hunger, Poverty, and underdevelopment of Nigerians”
HE Prince Frank Ukonga speaking to newsmen after the Emergency Meeting of NWC –National Working Committee of DA-Democratic Alternative Party in Abuja today explodes, saying
“Nigeria's current debt Portfolio at N33.85 Trillion Naira [$110.29 billion] of an increase of 22.58% of our 2019 debt portfolio of $85.39 billion is above the critical level in the context of DEBT/GNP ratio; Making Nigerian economy vulnerable to external debtors of ADB, World Bank, Islamic Development Bank, Chinese, Japanese, French and German creditors; almost at per our domestic debt portfolio at N17.94 trillion [$58.4 billion] and it is a debt burden.”
“ The $22.7 Billion loans would lead to Sleaze, waste, mismanagement, insolvency, illiquidity, debt repudiation, Currency and economic devaluations, poverty, hunger, death, shame, and grieves…DA Takes Exceptions to this looming debt trap that would lead to excruciating pains and underdevelopment of Nigerians as the continuous downwards slide of Oil prices would endanger Nigeria’s ability to service nor insolvent the debt”.
Today the Friday the 6th of February 2020, the National Working Committee [NWC] of the Democratic Alternative Party DA held an urgent meeting on crucial matters arising that bothers on the State of the Nation and the NWC arrived at the following decisions.
1] The DA-Democratic Alternative Party condemn in totality the Senate approval of $ 22.7 billion dollar Loan to the APC government of President Mohammadu Buhari, observing that the said loan is most likely to be mismanaged, sleazed and wasted which would lead to illiquidity, insolvency, the debt burden, poverty, Currency Devaluation, IMF Conditionality, unemployment, hunger, scavenging, insecurity, death, shame, and grieves…Whence DA Take exceptions to the loan approved by the Senate for the APC  government and called for the reversal of the approval with immediate effect.
2]DA-Democratic Alternative Party also call on all well meaning Nigerians and all stakeholders in the Nigerian project to examine the Senate  Loan approval objectively and they would realize it would lead to a debt trap, shame, and underdevelopment of Nigeria. Whence they should put pressure on the Senate for reversal.
3] The Democratic Alternative Party-DA, also knocks the APC government on the issue of acute unemployment, comatose industrial and real sectors of the economy, epileptic electricity generation,
and distributions, decaying infrastructures of bad roads, bridges, rails, poor health delivery programs, abject poverty, Hunger, scavenging, insecurity of lives and properties, senseless killings, ethnic cleansing, terrorism, Kidnapping, high crime, collapsing Stock Exchange market and stagnant economy of arrested animation. And called on the failed government of APC to either resign or get back to work.
4. Furthermore: Our nutty-gritty study of the Projects  President Buhari wants to back upon with the $22.7 billion Dollars are lofty and desirable as it is spread across
a] Capital Projects of Roads and Rail $13 Billion-58%
b] Electricity-$5.61 Billion- 34%
c]Others: Health, Education, Agriculture, Water, Governance, Communications, Mining, Environment, Telecoms, social spendings, etc about $3.4 Billion -8%
The major fear and anxiety of the DA -Democratic Alternative Party is the possibility of implementing these lofty programs. They are good and great programs but the President is surrounded by non-performance peoples who would collect the money and waste it away. When President Buhari Ruled Nigeria at 33 years old as a Military leader he had the action, zeal, tenacity, focus, determination, etc to accomplish more than these, but today he is old and surrounded by peoples who may not necessarily share his levels of commitments and that is why DA is skeptical.

Breaking News: Nigeria in Crisis. INEC & Prof. Mahmood Yakubu’s Dirty Cans of Worms Exposed, as INEC Barred from Delisting Political Parties.

INEC and Prof. Mahmood Yakubu barred from Delisting Political Parties

Breaking News: Nigeria in Crisis. INEC & Prof. Mahmood Yakubu’s Dirty Cans of Worms Exposed, as INEC Barred from Delisting Political Parties.

 By Akinrinade Amotekun.

INEC under the leadership of Professor Mahmood Yakubu allegedly, has become the most inept and corrupt institution in Nigeria and the worst electoral cadre of officers Nigeria Ever Had.
Since the inception of Professor Mahmood Yakubu, he allegedly conducted heavily compromised and inconclusive elections in Nigerian History most of these elections cannot be said to be credible, nor transparent, nor free or fair; nor does the peoples’ votes ever counted.
His first election in 2016 was the Edo governorship election which was postponed and highly controversial, same happened to Ondo 2016, same to Anambra 2017, same to Osun, Ekiti 2019 same to the 2019 general election, and Kogi as well as Bayelsa 2019 elections that are the worst elections in Nigeria history.
These have created voter’s apathy and the loose of confidence of the peoples of Nigeria on the electoral process as all elections conducted by Professor Mahmood Yakubu are characterized by widespread rigging, violence, ballot boxes snatching and stuffing, underage voters, vote-buying and selling, blatant falsification of results and all the ills of elections that you can think of, including inconclusive elections and election postponements.
Currently, INEC stinks of corrupt practices and many INEC staffs are alleged to have been compromising aiding and abetting with unscrupulous politicians to derail the electoral process.
The Nigerian Democracy is in Danger and to compound it all the INEC Boss now used the results of the sham of 2019 general elections as the yardstick to measure the strengths and weaknesses of Political Parties and deregistered illegally 74 political parties in Nigeria. The Federal High Court has put him in his right shoes and asked him to reinstate back the delisted political parties. But he has disobeyed the court Order and Rulings.
Reason would prevail that since INEC and the professor are cognizance that the 2019 general elections are the worst general election in Nigerian History and that Nigerians only tacitly accepted the results so as to move the country from war, anarchy and constitutional vacuum and crisis, reason should prevail that he should set aside the discredited results of the 2019 sham of elections and wait till the next general election of 2023 which hopefully if well conducted can be used as the yardstick to measure the strengths and weaknesses of Political Parties for deregistration.
And besides, he goofed in the applications of the section 225A of the 4th Alternation of the Nigerian Constitution in deregistering the Political Parties as such he excluded the Local Govt Elections and 36 State Electoral Commissions, in his anxiety and frustrations.
But the Federal High Court has dealt a big blow to his sophistry by barring INEC and Professor Mahmood Yakubu from delisting any political party in Nigeria and the National Chairmen and members of the affected 74 political parties are calling on President Mohammadu Buhari and all lovers of Democracy and the Rule of Law to impact it on INEC and Professor Mahmood Yakubu to obey court Order and reinstate all the Political Parties Back.
