The entire world will enter
recession, more unemployment, suffering and frustrations as developmental
finance would dry up and interest rates jumps up, The developing world
including Africa ,he said would suffer most. Prince Frank Ukonga appeal to the
Speaker of the United States Congress John Boehner to assist the entire world
by passing the Obama bill to raise US spending capacity to bail out the entire
world as in the good old days of Breton Wood Heritage when the US bailed out
the world, This will immortalize the current Assembly of the United States as
one of the greatest ever in the affairs of men of substantiated creation.

has warned the entire world to brace up for a deep long recession if the United
states does not raise its spending ceiling and inject fresh capital in to the world
economy, President Obama wants to encourage US government spending to bail out
the United states and the entire world from this looming catastrophe of
economic doomsday dread and apocalypse but he needs the backing of the
congress of the United states to do this as the Speaker Hon John Bochner for
the past 9 days have blocked all voting and bill that can encourage this giant
stride to save the world economy from collapse, The developing world would suffer
most according to the world bank chief as there would be less demand for the
primary products of the developing countries and they would also enter an excruciating
debt trap of the 80’s where some countries including Nigeria were using up to
70% of their GNP to service external debts,

John Bochner to reconsider his stand in the interest of the United states
citizens and the entire world in particular the children, the old age peoples

women, And on this appeal His Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga offer the
following observations for consideration by the United states congress.
1 ] World economy need 7-10 trillion
dollar bailout fund: in the research and development of the world economy for
sustainable growth in the 21st century conducted by the National Peoples News
crew of editors including the Publisher of the World acclaimed Newspaper His
Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga we arrived at startling revelations that
the world economy would collapse soon if something drastic is not done to bail
out the entire world from this economic doomsday dread. We arrived at the
conclusion that the world needs about 7-10 trillion dollars to maintain
sustainable growth and development.
2] The G 8 M G 20 and UN general
Summit: Two months ago we published the news of the world needing 7-10 trillion
dollars in this National Peoples News blog if you would scroll down and read,
and again we pushed the concept to the G 8 Meeting of the leaders of the world
held recently for them to do something about it please scroll down this blog
and you would read it. Also in the G20 meeting of economic giants of the world
we also aggressively marketed the concept of the economic bailout of the world
by an infusion of more money to the tune of 8 trillion dollars minimum for
their consideration. We are still waiting for their answer,

Italy, Greece and Spain] but nobody listened to us until it happened and the
entire world began to run helter scepter to save them, The reaction was almost
a masses revolution with many casualties. And they are still in that crisis
till today.
4] When President Obama visited the
United Kingdom in April 2011 just after the Nigerian general polls we advised
that he should rekindle and rejig the Breton Wood heritage of bailing out the
West from looming economic collapse by injecting about 2 trillion dollars to
the western economic hemisphere just as the US did after the second world war
economic depression, but rather he went to address the joint session of the
British parliament empty handed with lots of rhetoric perhaps he wanted to help
but the US Congress are stalling him and making him vulnerable and appearing
incompetent to handle the affairs of the world because the rival party -
Republican dominate the US congress. And this is a passionate appeal to them to
reconsider their stand for the sake of the survival of all human beings of
subsequent creation.
5]The Malthusian theory of doomsday
dread!!- it is scientific that after every circle of successful exploitation of
soil or capital that a replenishment of fresh manuring be done either to farmland
or business by the injection of fresh capital otherwise a diminishing returns begin
to manifest. This simplistic but highly natural and scientific theories seems
to elude most policy makers and statesmen especially during the boom period and
they are fooled to belief that it would last forever,,, the truth is the world
need the infusion and injection of fresh capital so as to keep it alive.
6]The case of Africa and the
developing world; The Shrindel Ramphel and Willy Brandt Theory: In the peak of
the debt burden of the third world countries of the previous century Shrindel
Ramphel the commonwealth secretary general and his counterpart Willy Brandt the
UN Secretary general came out with the startling fact the Northern hemisphere
and the southern hemisphere need each other more than ever to sustain a healthy
North and a surviving South, The truism of this theories has just been revealed
by the current boss of world bank that if the northern Hemisphere economic
shrinks then Africa would die. There would be hunger, homelessness,
malnutrition, AIDS pandemic , malaria scourge, unemployment, ,militancy, arms
robberies increase, prostitution, famine, frustration and economic collapse of
many African countries, Latin American countries, counties of Asia , Oceania,
Baltic, and Asian minor,,, the situation would be despicable...it would result
to a harvest of death in Africa that is almost an endangered species of less
than 500 million inhabitants, where some countries have a record of up to 40 % of their citizen HIV
positive ,So this is a clarion call to the entire world by His Excellency
Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga that we should come together to do something drastic
to avert this immanent doomsday apocalypse. The US can help if they can
muster the will.
7]China, BRICS, Sino World
Relations; We published at National Peoples News -a few months ago a deep research
ob the Sino world and BRICS WORLD Relations with a view for the world
particularly developing and Africa countries to court their friendship as the
economic entropy of world prosperity of the 21 century seen unduly in favor of
China and her BRICS partners and with the renewed policy thrust of the BRICS to
double their GNP by 2020 then the rest of the world would shrink to poverty, penury
and ruins as they have for the past 20 year accumulated tremendous wealth at
the expenses of the rest of the world. There is the urgent need for another emergency
meeting of the G8, AND G 20 to address this unfair trade imbalance on a global
scale addressed to free up sizable capital from the BRICS as in them coming to
bail out the world from economic collapse. And we thought that that was what
Has Excellency Barack Obama and David Cameron would harp on during the G
8 and G 20 Summit recently but we heard nothing like that,
8] The significance of the US and
the US Economy to the rest of the world: The United States of America is the
unquestionable leader and Policeman of the universe, The United states Economy
is the largest and biggest and richest economy in the entire human race of all
times. And all countries of the world are dependent somehow directly or
indirectly on the United states Economy either through patronage, market,
intellectual exchange, patency, research , development, and innovation, developmental finance etc as
at today the United States controls over 60% of the funds and SDR -special
drawing rights of the World Bank and has in excess of over 5 trillion dollars
in other continents and countries of the world as developmental finance being
used by these countries to roll their economies... if the US Should shrink in
or cave in and decide to recall all these developmental finance many stock
exchanges and economies of many countries of the world would collapse. Or
perhaps if the United states decides to put restrictions to supplies of most
countries of the world as in looking inwards them trouble would happen to many
nations of the world including China, India , Nigeria etc. So this is a clarion
call to all the leaders of developing world to quickly wake up from slumber and
help to put off the fire on a neighbor's roof so that the conflagration
would not consume all of us.
9] The United States at the cross
road of Heroic leadership and making great History: Today again the United
states are at the threshold, the crossroad of making another great history to manifest
among all man and women of subsequent creation, that, if well handled would
establish the United states as the greatest Nation of all times and establish
their unquestionable leadership in economic , culture, democracy and in all
things in the 21 century and yonder only if they case see the opportunity, only
if they can seize this opportunity and bury the hatchet of intra party bickering
and put the interest of the avantgard greatness of the United states to focus
and heroically raise the spending capacity of the US government and
boldly bail out the world from this looming economic collapse, they would begin
again to lead the entire world and many crisis like US redundancies, unemployment,
homelessness and growing restiveness would be ameliorated, But if the United states
miss the great opportunity then they would begin to play a second or third or
even forth fiddle in the 21 century to the BRICS and well into the 22
century.
