As the 2015 presidential polls gets nearer Obj is alleged to have given a nod to the Ticket of Alhaji Sule Lamido the governor of Jigawa state and Rotimi Ameachi the governor of River state in one of the recent horse trading in the PDP and it will be a good team as Obj wants power to go back to the North since he was the person that endorsed President Jonathan for the presidency in 2011 polls. Meanwhile the SDMP is strategizing to collages into other parties and become SDP of the erstwhile MKO Abiola and with a formidable thrust present the candidature of Frank UKonga/ Dr Sadiq Abubakar Tiket addressed to wrestle power from the PDP Party in 2015 polls.
We do not know for sure weather president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan will contest in 2015 but what ever be the case SDMP and all other progressives will unite under the leadership of Chief Olu Falae to channel a new path for the historical and dialectical development of the Nigeria Federation as the antics of the PDP obviously represents the cold ,rigid contradictory course of historical development in particular, as the premises that bring the PDP to being has imploded and has gone moribund . According the the Marxist laws of quantitative transformation to the qualitative... it is most likely that the progressives forces of historical development will be able to hijack the presidency from PDP . While the ACN are alleged to be coming to a merger with the CPC addressed to produce a TINUBU/ Buhari or Tinubu/ El Rufai Ticket.
But all these logistics are no match for us in SDMP as chief Olu Falae the former Finance Minster of the Nigerian Federation as well as the leader of the AFENIFERE a pan Yoruba association of over 100 million members if well articulated can spin around the fortunes of the SDMP party and that of Nigeria as it is most likely that the ticket of FRANK UKONGA/ SADIQ Abubakar is a dam good team that will deliver the dividends of democracy to the tables of the majority of Nigerians.
