IPAC -Inter Party Advisory Council Edo state chapter under the chairmanship of H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga condemn the Arson on ITV station Benin, and the  violence in Edo state including over heating of the polity and the safety of life and properties; call on the police and task force to step into the security challenges of Edo state so that it would not degenerate into mayhem and anarchy.

The IPAC EXCO of Edo state under the chairmanship of His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga today held an emergency meeting on the space of violence in Edo state and in particular condemn in strong terms the fire that gutted the ITV television station and other politically motivated violence in the state. Also we noticed that bill boards , posters of candidates are being destroyed all over the polity and a cold war seems to be building up between the PDP and the APC.

We call on the federal government , the police and the task force to intervene urgently with a view to stop the imminent class that can snowball into mayhem and anarchy...
