Press Release:Social Democratic Party: the chairman of SDP Edo State of Nigeria on behalf of all SDP members of the state condemn in strong terms the attack on Hon. Abubakar Momoh and chief Shagadi  by some hoodlums.

It has been brought to our notice that the attack was motivated by some persons who are bent on curtailing the popularity of SDP in Edo North in particular Edo state , so that they can continue to be in power to dictate to perpetuity.

We call on the Hon Commissioner of Police Compol Samuel Adegbuyi, IPAC { Inter Party Advisory Council] and the department of the state Security service and relevant security bodies concerned to immediately swing into action with a view to bringing the culprits to book..
