The international Federation of Female Layers and advocates
of the entire universe will converge in one of the greatest conference of all
times in London from the 26th of September to the 28th of
September 2013 to ruminate on novae path of reinventing the Human Race to
loftier heights of social, cultural and economic prosperity of the 21 century mankind.
I this pursuit of these
noble objectives FIDA have invited Hs Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga the
Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Edo state to grace this greatest Gathering
of legal luminaries and the best of best of advocates of the entire universe in
London. We are cognizance that this privilege usually reserved for great Presidents
and leaders of the world.
His Excellency Prince frank Onaivi Ukonga – the chairman of
