Breaking News: Office of the Chairman SDP Edo State of
Nigeria , His Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi ukonga condemn the action of
Governor Aliyu Oshiomhole over the case of the widow that was credited to him telling her to ” go and
die” And called on comrade Oshiomhole to go back to status quo anti bellum of forming
a Union government with SDP and other political parties of the alliance that
brought him to power in the second term…just as the German Christian Democratic
Party of Angela Mikel honor her promise
to form a coalition government with SDP Germany and she did yesterday a few
weeks after her re election as German Chancellor..Nigerian Politicians should
strive to respect and honour their promises to rival political parties and to
the electorates…whence SDP calls on all Nigerians , the media, the presidency,
the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Edo House of Assembly the Oba of
Benin and all Royal fathers in Nigeria,, etc and other stakeholders in Edo and
Nigerian politics to impress it on governor Osho Baba to go back to agreed
status quo anti bellum of forming an all inclusive Union government of the alliance
stakeholders in Edo state
Haba governor comrade Adams Oshiomhole, how can you tell an
old widow struggling to survive by hawking that desire your assistance and goodwill to go
and die…when we first heard it we thought it was the usual negative propaganda prevalent
among rival political parties jostling for public attention and sympathy but
after watching the video and followed by today’s apology to the widow by the
comrade governor it certainly confirmed that governor Oshiomhole said it…commendable
though that he quickly accepted his fault and apologized but then more would
have been desired from a comrade who should constitutionally focus on the welfare
of all Edo peoples more so the disadvantaged widows, children, old age and the
handicapped…Governor kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state pays monthly stipends of
N5000 Naira to old peoples and widows perhaps governor Oshiomhole should copy
this populist strategy to bring smiles on the faces of Edo peoples…
Prince Frank Ukonga also called on the Edo state governor
Adams Oshiomhole to go back to status quo anti bellum as he promised to carry
SDP and other political parties that worked in cooperation with him to manifest
that great land slide victory of the 2012 polls adjudged the best election in Nigeria and
Africa of all times, but it was a big surprise that after the polls comrade
oshiomhole reneged all the promises to SDP and and began to govern alone with his cronies, this is a bad precedence in the affairs of Intra
Party relation and SDP calls on all Nigerians to impact positively on comrade Osho
Baba, the “New -Talk na- do” of Edo
state to go back to agreed status quo anti bellum of forming a union government
of inclusion…
