The Reply of His Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga to
the assistance and advice solicited by His Excellency President Barack Obama on
how to reinvent the Economy of the United States and the entire world addressed
for avantgardt entropy in the 21st century…
Our Dearest President Barack Obama and all American citizens’
of Planet Earth,
On the behalf of all the ancestors, gods, principalities and
peoples of the African continent and the Black Race, we commend the United
States of America for voting into power of the highest office of the universe –
The Office of the President of the United States a Black man-Barack Obama- to
rule over the legacies of the entire Human Race of Plane earth. We are indeed grateful
and highly elated as this is the gesture of accepting the Black Race as equals
by the White Race and the imperialists..despite more than 500 years of the institutionalization
of Black slavery, colonization and imperialism that raped Africa and the Black
Race in such a debauchery that would awe Chiron the Centurion(Chiron the beast)…which
impoverished and underdeveloped Africa and enriched the white Race..
Secondly, we thank the United states for applying the
conflict resolution methodology as contained in the book of our son, His
Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga- “The Seething World- Reparations for the Black
Race- A functional Approach”- to resolving the conflicts of the Black/ White
Race Relations for the past 20 years since the book was poblished in 1992; the American
state has implemented the recommendations of our Prince. which mandated
assisting a Black man to rule the united states as a gesture of equality,which was made
manifest in the emergence of President Obama Presidency, appointing Blacks in
high ranking positions of the united states which saw the emergence of Mrs. Condoleezza
Rice as Secretary of state, Collins Powel as Chief of Staff of the American
Army, and the Black becoming the chairman of the Republican party etc..next the
book demanded an official apology to the Black Race…which President Obama apologized
to the black race in 2010 for the carnage of slavery, colonization and
imperialism...We also demanded through the book reparations payments through
investments in the African continent and we are highly gratified that a few
weeks ago an epoch making African/ American investment summit was held in the
United states attended by all the presidents and leaders of the African
continent and first of its kind in the entire history of the universe--- to
herald a new dawn in African /American Relations , as recommended by our son,
Prince Frank Ukonga in his book 22 years ago…and now the united states is
expectant of the promises of greatness that should manifest out of repentance
and restitutions and have now turned to our son, Prince Frank Ukonga to remind
him of the promises after fulfilling most of the prerequisites of atonements.. And
the answer is thus:
“We commend the united states for fulfilling all the theoretical
recommendations of our son, Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga as contained in his book
to the human race published in 1992-The Seething World- as panacea to world
peace and prosperity in the context of Black/ White Race Relations with
promises of greatness after the fulfillments of the recommendations..The last
of which was accomplished a few weeks ago in the summit of all African
presidents and the leaders of the United states to plot new avenues of progress
for the White and Black Races of the universe..This theoretical fulfillment of the
pre requisites accounts for 60%.. the next stage is the practical fulfillment of
pulling Africa and all citizens’ of the Black Race out of poverty…the destinies
of the United states and most of the imperialist powers are inextricably tied
in the spirit and physical realms to those of the Africans that they have raped
and destroyed on a global scale…and not until the practical aspects are fulfilled
both the Whites and the Blacks would continue in same platform of want, poverty, anger, strives,
shame, ruins and grieves…but if after the last investment summit of African
Presidents and the United states, a few weeks ago, which is the crest of the
reparations journey is followed by real investments, when African Nations begin
to have electricity 24/7 like the white Nations, when factories are all over
Africa, when the white Race assist to
develop Africa as they did to develop Asian Tigers and China ,until then the
promises of greatness from the gods shall continue to elude the White Race. The destiny of the White Race
in creation is inextricably tied to that of Africa which they destroyed through
slavery, colonization and imperialism. This is not a threat but the truth. please
accept our sincere nobility with all apologies and protocols observed.
And to His Excellency
President Barack Obama and the entirety of citizens’ of 21 century civilization
of Mankind and all other generations and consciousnesses there be and
possibilities…,- May it be known among all mankind of subsequent substantiated
creation that the golden rule is true and alive today and forever… whatever you
sew in creation so shall ye reap… you cannot sew cocoa and begin to reap coffee
from a cocoa farm…nor can you sew corn , grains and expect to reap apples…that
is the truth about creation… anybody that offers you a different perspective of
creation different from this golden rules of His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga,
the Prince of Kukuruku Provinces, Principalities and powers is only being
diplomatic and perhaps conservative with the truth…and should be held suspect.
Lastly, But that His Excellency Barack Obama found our son,
Prince Frank Ukonga, the Prince of Kukuruku Provinces, principalities’ and
powers worthy to seek his counsel, you shall not go empty handed to your people;
whence unto thee and your peoples of the United States, Thisday, we grant…
‘ That the mystery of American renewal and greatness , after every interregnum of
recession be made manifest in you and all your peoples as we temporarily
exceptionally open the bandage for a while, as it is written that we have
placed a bar before them and a bar behind them so that they see not ...the bar
in front, Thisday is temporarily hedged for your Nation and peoples… conditionally
