Breaking News:Insecurity and Review of Constitution: H.E Prince Frank Ukonga- the Presidential Candidate of DA 2019 Polls Urge the Senate and Reps. of the 9th Republic To be More Pro Active.

H.E.Prince Frank Ukonga - the Presidential Candidate of DA- Democratic Alternative Party 2019 election of the Nigerian Federation  while talking to gentle Men of the Media recently in Abuja said: " We at DA -Democratic Alternative Party urge the newly inaugurated Senate of the 9th Republic to be more pro Active in their responsibilities to delivering quality services to the Nigerian Sovereignty"-
The Amiable Prince Frank Ukonga continued that:
"This inadvertently should translate to quality delivery of the dividends of Democracy to the majority of citizens in the polity by lifting more peoples out of poverty; by making laws to accelerate job creation,Security of Lives and Properties, Quality Infrastructural development, proactive Healthcare Policy thrust, Qualitative Education, Economic, Industrial and Agricultural Revolution... and carry along other stakeholders in our near and far abroad."
The Amiable Prince advised the Senate to do something urgent to stem insecurity in the polity while he opined that they should be bold to repeal any retrogressive law that can endanger the progress and prosperity of Nigeria; like the obnoxious Greek gift that INEC can De register Bonafide Registered political Parties is draconian and contradicts Fundamental Grand Norms of  freedom of Association of the ECOWAS Charter, African Charter , and UN Charter. This kind of laws should be expunged from the Constitution as there is no democratic country in the world that has ever de registered political parties since the advent of democracy. The current 91 Political Parties are not too much as Nigeria had 81 political parties as at 1960 that contested the then pre Independence general election and 61 years after if Nigeria had almost same, INEC should not cry foul but to roll up their sleeves and do the needful of free, fair and credible election.
Finally the Prince Lauded  the Senate for their determination to revisit the Local Govt Autonomy Bill and the giant strides of striping SIECs from conducting lga elections and transferring the powers to do so to INEC. This would bring accelerated development to the grass Root. He cautioned on the issue of Land Use Act bill and warned against playing the Ostrich.
