Breaking News; Frank Ukonga Lecture 231: The New Global Reset, BRICS vs Imperialists Scramble for Africa and Pan African Imperatives: Thisday, December 24th 2024 His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga, the Ex Presidential Candidate of the Nigerian Federation present his End of year 2024 Lecture 231 , alerting Africans and the global village on the mew trend of concurrence's of the emerging global reset and re alignment's of powers and super powers with other Nations of the world and to ruminate with Nations of the Third World to pursue a paradigm shift in multilateral and bilateral relations based on sovereign interest, economic liberation, equality, diplomatic reciprocities and above all shared future prosperities. On these premises we Present His Excellency's Prince Frank Ukonga Lecture 231 @ 2024 anno Domini: Fellow compariots, the Berlin's Conference of the 15th of November 1884 to February 1885, held 140 years ago were the imperial powers partitioned Africa into trading and profits enclaves and plundered Africa, her peoples, minerals and soils for centuries; and as Africa had struggled some decades ago to shed the cloaks of apartheid, slavery, colonization ,imperialism and new colonization; the ever dangrously calculating imperialists are back today with a new concept of "Global Reset" to repeat the same partitioning of Africa that they did in Berlin 140 years ago with new concept of "Global Reset" but of same Master - Servants Relationships and the question is : Africa Whether thee? What Next ? Today the new Global Reset analysis can identify three major blocks competing for global dominance which are the BRICS Plus, the Western Imparialists under NATO and the Globalists of the fifth columnists. In 1884, by the 15 th of November to the February 1885 the European powers of "Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, and other European powers divided Africa without consideration for the people living there. Britain secured territories like Nigeria, Kenya, and Egypt, while Belgium claimed the Congo Free State, a colony that became notorious for its brutal exploitation under King Leopold II. Traditional governance systems were dismantled, ancient cultures were disrupted, and millions of Africans were forced into labour to support Europe’s industrial ambitions. The borders drawn by the Europeans would later fuel conflicts that still affect the continent today." This carnage of Africa underdeveloped Africa and made Africa Poorer and the Imparialist Richer and super Rich as they plundered Africa, looting away all our resources, peoples, wealth and riches and as they are coming back for another round of repartitioning under the newly repackaged girb of " Global Reset" the need to re examine the Augean stable becomes imperative. Today Africa has become a net exporter of Capital to the tune of over $100 Billion Dollars per annum due to various acts of commissions and ommisions in the lope sided economic inequality between the imperialists anf African Nations. Little wondee some Nations of Africs are beginning to embrace the overtures of the BRICS and the BRICS Plus to explore the opportunities their could be in advancing their economic, educational and technological advancement as decades and centuirs of association with the imperialist had not transleted into any meaningful socio economic growth nor development to these countries and as African Nations enter into the year 2025 where the Global Reset concurrences would become more abrasive it would be proper to admonish African leaders and policy makers to be more circumspect and pursue policy thrust of National interest, economic and industrial advancement, pro active security initiatives and partnership, technological transfer, harnessing the windows of Foreign Direct Investments, availability of developmental finances at sustainable interest rates that would guarantee economic growth and make easy terms for debt servicing, and solvency. Furthermore, it would be reintegrated that the world is moving into the global entropy of " global pluralism " in the contect of culture, economy, etc but that African leaders should be prepared to continue to poject and protect the African shared input into the evolving global cultural and economic pluralism and this can be done by focussing on the policy thrusts of shered prosperity with any would be suitors in the current concurrences of global reset. And by the adaptation of these lofty pan Africanist ideals many African countries would be able to emerged as African Tiger economically and otherwise if they play their cards well.Gratitude.
