Senate President- General David Mark |
SENATE REJECTS FUEL SUBSIDY REMOVAL: SENATOR DAVID MARK, HON. TAMBUWAL, SENATOR DOMINGO OBENDE & CO WILL COLLAPSE NIGERIA-PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN ADVISED TO VETO THE BILL & REMOVE THE OIL SUBSIDY.
The most obvious thing in any economy will at time not seen as obvious to some leaders because of vested interest in the said issue which may bias their streams of consciousness and subsequently corrupt the rational inferences deduced from their own faulty reducio de absordum... otherwise even to the [glupil- Russian ]- meaning mundane, the issue of petroleum subsidy removal is a glaring one... but then the Senators and Reps have rejected this move and we advise President Goodluck Jonathan to veto the bill and go ahead and remove the oil subsidy... The Senate and National Assembly are mere consultants to the President... that was why Chief Gani Ifawhehinmi cried out to tone down the powers of the Nigeria President as one of the most powerful in the world...but now that the powers had not been toned down the President is strongly advised to veto the bill for obvious reasons, and we have proof at National Peoples News that most of the current Senators have Petroleum companies and are linked with the oil cabals that are using the subsidy question to loot Nigeria dry..So you cannot expect much help from the National Assembly in this regard as they are also having vested interest in oil companies as stakeholders...
VIEWS FROM THE NIGERIAN ELDERS:
H.E. GENERAL MOHHAMMADU BUHARI:
The former great military President of the Nigerian Federation has cried out that their was indeed no subsidy in the oil industry as he was also a former Minister for Petroleum , so he knows every thing in that industry... he opined that it was a gimmick used by some cabals to loot Nigeria dry through the back door after selling the crude through the front door and earn money for Nigeria they go back and loot this money through fictitious petroleum subsidy of the internal economy.... so the poor masses of Nigeria are short changed as the subsidy is about 50% of the total annual budget of the Nigerian federation...this is wickedness..General Buhari was very diplomatic with his elderly approach to the issue so that people will not miss quote him out of context that he was the one that asked the president to remove the oil subsidy ..but then his streams of consciousness point to the rational inferences that it should be removed immediately as their had really never existed a subsidy in the oil sector..
PROF. SENATOR JUBRIL AMINU:
Senator Jubril Aminu has cried out as well that the subsidy be remove immediately... The great Senator was a former Petroleum Minster and a great statesman , he has told the President to remove the subsidy...
PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA:
Incidentally, I Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga want to use this opportunity to thank Senator Jubril Aminu for his assistance in recommending me to the Bureau for Foreign Scholarship in 1978 and through his assistance the bureau gave me scholarship to go and study Highway , Transportation,& Strategic Engineering in the Former Soviet union where i studied the construction of Bridges, City Roads, Highways, Tunnels, Asphalt, Petroleum, Bitumen Extraction from Petroleum and Natural Bitumen Extraction,Refinery, Structures, Airports, etc.. so I Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga knows every thing about petroleum as i studied it in Russia and i tell you the truth and nothing but the truth... it is stupid and uneconomical to allow petroleum subsidy...Norway for example has Petroleum but they sell petroleum products same prices with other Scandinavian and European Countries..Russia is the world largest producer of oil and gas and it operate an internal market driven economy of demand and supply... and not until our economy become market driven then Nigeria is heading for a collapse economically..
Note that there is a world economic crisis right now and this is the only opportunity to avert it from hitting Nigeria hard at a later date... lets do the surgical operation that will sustain Nigeria permanently ...its time...I have spoken...
LONG LIVE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA
PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA- SENATORIAL CANDIDATE OF THE 7 TH REPUBLIC OF THE NIGERIAN FEDERATION.
