FRANK UKONGA PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANT OF NIGERIA -2015 POLLS, GREETS  H.E PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN HAPPY 55 BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY ,WISH HIM MANY HAPPY RETURNS
H.E President Goodluck Jonathan and Family.
I Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga SDMP  Presidential Aspirant of the Nigerian Federation in the 2015 Presidential battle of the Titans of the Nigerian Federation the third largest modern democracy in the world and the most populous Black Nation in the entire universe congratulate the president of the greatest Black/ African Nation in the entire globe H.E.President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan  happy birthday of 55 years and wish him many happy returns.
Though we are competing for the highest post of ruling the most important leading Black Nation of the entire world i believe in the politics of decency, maturity and brotherhood.
Honestly speaking your emergence as a new phenomenon in the Nigerian political landscape is redefining new rules of engagements in the multi ethnic nationalism of the Nigerian political economic landscape and we earnestly appreciate your desire to make a great difference in the schemes of things as addressed to reposition Nigeria as a post modern Nation in international arena de facto, de jure...Which has become evident in the Edo and Ondo governorships elections adjudged the bests in Nigeria and Africa and perhaps the entire globe as you insisted ,on one man one vote, one woman one vote, and one youth one vote culture addressed to pull Nigeria out of the mundane heretic culture order of yore ushering into being  new hopes, vision,,and greatness.
If you continue in this non bias, non partisan, nationalist statesmanship  your legacies will be unparallelled in the affairs of men of subsequent creation from this part of the world when accessed by peoples of goodwill presently from a portable distance of time yonder...
congratulations
LONG LIVE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.

THE  ITV INTERVIEW OF PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL 2015- PRINCE FRANK UKONGA OF 6TH SEPT 2012, IN BENIN @ 7.30-10.0 AM BY DUKE OKOSUN OF ITV

Preambles: Prince Frank Ukonga was invited to grace the occasion of the installations of the new satellite equipment of ITV that will broadcast the programs of ITV to the entire world in all countries of the world. Prince Frank Ukonga - The presidential Hopeful of the Nigerian Federation was honoured to be one of the first to be interviewed on the new equipment and broad casted to the entire world and all countries of the universe on the 6 Th of September 2012. And it was an epoch making event and we at SDMP  are very elated to be so honoured by the ace broadcasting station which is the best station in Nigeria and Africa.
THE INTERVIEW:
itv Okosun: Good Morning Prince Frank Ukonga , welcome to the epoch interview of  our new studio of satellite compliant addressed to broadcast and reach al countries of the world.
Princ Frank Ukonga: Good Morning Sir , I and my party SDMP and my chairman Chief Olu Falae are very elated to be part of your great success.I commend your giant stride in the telecommunication broadcasting by the acquisition of new satellite equipment to reach the entire world and we are very grateful that you have given us one of the greatest honour to be the first in Nigeria a few hours after the installation and commissioning of the equipment to use it to reach out to the entire countries of the world. We appreciate you.
TOPICS: POLITICS-PRESIDENTIAL / GENERAL ELECTION-2015:
ITV Duke Okosun:Many peoples particularly politicians have started to clamour for the 2015 Presidential / general elections in Nigeria where as 2015 is still far away- most people feel that politicians and statesmen should concentrate on service delivery of dividends of democracy and the mariands of problems plaguing Nigeria like redundancy, generation of electricity, insecurity etal . how do you evaluate the situation?
Prince Frank Ukonga: Yes you are rigth by observing that 2015 is pretty far away - 3 years away from now but yet politicians have stated politicking for the general pols. At SDMP we subscribe to the opinion that all the institutions of the Nigerian Federations including the nascent political institution are weak and they all need attention and development. That is why most political departments in Nigeria are starting out earlier in preparation for the great Battle of 2015 rather than the fire brigade approach we are used to. And in this context it will mature/nurture the transiting nascent democracy of the Nigerian nation state.
Of course we also agree with you that the pressing issues of youth restiveness, insecurity, redundancies, larceny of private and public treasuries, bad roads and poor infrastructural development as well as epileptic electricity generation, poor health delivery systems, poverty, etal also demand urgent attention.
ITV Duke Okosun:So what is the game plan for 2015?
Prince Frank Ukonga:The SDMP will file candidates for all the positions being contested as well as the presidential
ITV Duke Okosun:What is your interest specifically in 2015?
Prince Frank Ukonga:I contested the Senate position of Edo North in 2011, and the governorship of Edo state in 2012 and i hope to contest the presidency in 2015 mainly because of the pressure on me from my people who want to be represented in the federal and state schemes of things.Remember we and the people endorsing me are not talking of winning and becoming the president or governor overnight but we are interested in participating... if we win ...good...if we lost out we try again.
ITV Duke Okosun:From which primary constituency is your endorsement
Prince Frank Ukonga: I am from Edo state in Edo north Igarra who are an Ethnic tribe of the EBIRA nation of above 50 million peoples in Nigeria scattered in more than ten states of Nigeria. I have been endorsed for presidency by the OHIKU EBIRA  and Ebira Voyan DIASPORA International which are the two parent umbrella for the Ebira ethnic typology in sub Saharan Africa. I have also been endorsed by the Ossoso youth forum, Edo youth forum as well as all the groups that supported by governorship bid in Edo 2012 have endorsed me, student unions, market women, professionals artisans and using this units as platform i intend to give it a national, maximum interpretation.I also intend to articulate the relevance of the Midwest Region in to the schemes of things. and for this we have been talking with the NRP National Reformation party of chief Anthony Enahoro and other political parties to join together under one solid umbrella to produce a formidable credible platform that will be difficult to beat.
ITV Duke Okosun:what are your views on the issue of the N5000 notes project of the CBN
Prince Frank Ukonga:Our position is that it is unnecessary and ill timed. It is like operating on a healthy person. What should concentrate the mind of Malam Sanusi Lamido the governor of CBN should be how to join hands with president Goodluck Jonathan to tackle the questions of restive youth , insecurity of life and properties, creating jobs, generating electricity and resource mobilization of developmental capital for the state, local and federal government. Which are the primary duties of the CBN which he has left undone and rather he is chasing the shadows and making life a more difficult for all and sundry as this policy will cause inflation and destabilize the Nigerian Nation. It will also overheat the polity . what we need now are low key level headed policies that can continue the status quo anti bellun and not policies addressed to re invent the wheel.beside it will also create capital flight and Nigeria will become a net exporter of capital through looting and larceny of state and public treasuries.
ITV Duke Okosun: The question of the FG lifting ban on the DANA AIR , the operating airline that crashed killing many Nigerians a few month ago . many people feels it is too early for the ban to be lifted what is your opinion?
Prince Frank Ukonga:
Our opinion as progressive avantgardt of historical and dialectical materialism would not deviate from the opinion of the generality of peoples who articulate the views that the punitive measure should still be in place to teach other airlines a lesson and to make them more serious and more committed to safety and quality service delivery which will translate to adequate aircraft maintenance and checks as well as procurement of new aircraft. We are cognizance though that the Aviation industry is a capital intensive project and parhap we sagest the FG should continue to assist that industry with intervention funds at regular internal.
ITV Duke Okosun:On the issue of restive youth in the North under the name of BOKO HARAM destroying the mast of telecommunication company as well as killing people all over the country what exactly do you think is the problem and how can the FG resolve this crisis?
Prince Frank Ukonga: From my own point of view  which is also sheared by many in the polity and our near and far abroad see the problem as both political and economic.
An idle mind is a devil's workshop, if these youth have been trained and gainfully employed it will be difficult for any body to use them to perpetuate diabolical passions so the system has to do mote on youth empowerment , quality education as well as to creation to get every body busy. Otherwise another view is that it is political as some believe that the north have been short changed in the aspect of power transfer which has been retained in the south for the past 9 years and may still be retained in the next 7 years . The solution many see as political could be resolved through dialogue as violence against violence have never fully resolved such political problems in the affairs of men.
ITV Duke Okosun: On the issue of infrastructural development many feels that the FG has to do more in the aspects of road construction, airports, electricity generation etal...addressed to create an enabling environment for business to thrive , how do you access the situation?
Prince Frank Ukonga: There is the urgent need to create an enabling environment for business to thrive particularly in the provision of relevant infrastructure that will aid this mandatory factor garmain to the greatness of Nations.

FRANK UKONGA LECTURE 16: BEST ELECTIONS IN THE WORLD 2012: Focus on Polls of USA, Nigeria, Russia, China, Ukraine, Canada, France, Mexico, Belarus, Venezuela, Italy, Spain, Britain and the rest World.

FRANK UKONGA LECTURE 16: BEST ELECTIONS IN THE WORLD 2012:
Focus on Polls of USA, Nigeria, Russia, China, Ukraine, Canada, France, Mexico, Belarus, Venezuela, Italy, Spain, Britain and the rest World.
‘Nigeria Edo Governorship polls of July 2012, is currently holding the world record of Best election of 2012 by CNN R&D Standards’

The year 2012 was a major election year for the peoples of the entire globe. The Russian election took place in early 2012, followed by Cote De Ivore, Congo- Zaire, Followed by the Nigerian Governorship Elections of Bayelsa, Edo and Ondo states, followed by the French Elections, followed by Egypt, followed by the America Presidential election of held in November, by the Ukraine Presidential and general elections held also in November, follows by the Belarus and more elections ere coming before the end of 2012.
(Special note: before you read further i will remind you of the recent happening in English literature were most of those writing great prose are now from the British colonies and winning awards like Prof. Wole Shoyinka, Prof. Chinua Achebe, Salmon Rusdie etc the same thing is manifesting in democratic culture)
The CNN- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD PRACTICE OF R&D-: The CNN- The world acclaimed leading Multimedia news organization of the Time Warner Incorporated on November 11th/ 12 , 2012 ,Shortly after the United states Presidential election between President Barrack Obama and Mr. Romney of the Republican Party of the United States analyzed world elections with starling new revelations addressed to postulating  normative ethical standard practice for best elections on a global scale. Here the CNN posited some guidelines as well as criteria’s after a rigorous R and D to posit and analyzed elections based on the emerging global standards practice.
CNN SLAM USA POLLS APPROVES EDO POLLS OF JULY 2012:
H.E. ROMNEY, H.E. PRESIDENT OBAMA

The CNN and many other analysts observed that the United states elections which is the apostle of the current democratic dispensation of the presidential system being adapted on a global basis by Nigeria, Ghana, emerging democracies of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Venezuela and many other Nations of the world including South Africa is perhaps one of the best models in the world. But the assessments of the US election based on their own invention posited United States  polls in conducts and methodology as archaic and old fashion fraught with lots of irregularities ranging from the followings: Lack of modern voting and counting equipments, lack of voters post modern biometric  data registers, Partisan observers are allowed to monitor elections, International observers banned from 9 states in the Obama / Romney clash and the states are Alaska, Minnesota, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Alabama and other confederate states peopled by the Blacks and Hispanics and that saw President Obama coasting to victory with 96% of the votes of Blacks and Hispanics which gave him the winning ticket,  People without voters cards were allowed to vote and their thumbs not marked , which can give room to election rigging via multiple voting; when the CNN finished with the analysis of the election of Obama / Romney of 2012 it marched exactly the election in Nigeria of June 12 1993 of Basorun Mko Abiola and that of Bashir Tofa of NRC which is 20 years old and Nigeria had dumped that system and modified it in contemporary times to post modern electronic system. Nigerian election system of July 2012, Edo polls is 20 years ahead of the United States, Russia, China India, Britain, France, and many other emerging democracies.
Nigerian Edo Governorship Polls 2012 :
H.E. PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN

Best election in the World: In the case of the Nigerian Governorship polls according to the standard set by CNN in the international standard practice it was only the Nigerian governorship election of Edo 2012 between Adams Oshiomhole of ACN, Prince FRANK Ukonga of SDMP, General Charles Airhaibere of PDP, Chief Solomon Edebiri of ANPP and other gladiators that satisfied all the criteria of CNN as best election in the world as at today as in modern equipments, security, date of election which was conducted on Saturday, the United states presidential polls was conducted on Tuesday which the CNN chided as archaic , chaotic as it was a working day, Nigerian Edo polls had  a modern Bio Metric Data systems that does not allow for multiple voting, up to date voters register, thumb printing voting system and your thumb will be marked contrary to the United state system which the CNN criticized as not based on bio metric data system but rather based on archaic, old filing and documentation system. The counting of all the votes in Edo Election were done instantly in presence of all voters and the election results tallied and all parties got same final results despite collated differently and independently..But the CNN said it was not so with the United State polls of 2012. So in fact it was only the Edo governorship polls conducted by President Goodluck Jonathan and Professor Atahiru Jega that satisfied all the conditions of international standard practice as recommended by CNN in all the elections of 2012 world wide.
CNN Slam Russian, Ukraine, Belarus, Pakistan, Argentina, Mexico Models:
H.E. VLADIMIR PUTIN

CNN made  review of other elections as in the Russian election and found out that it was smeared with a lot of irregularities and cries of rigging which made the opposition  parties to demonstrate publicly rejecting the Russian Presidential polls that brought in President Vladimir Putin until when former President Dmitri Medvedev intervened to calm frail nerves through horse trading among the Russian parties. Similarly the Ukraine Elections in November the Parties of the boxing champion Kriskov and all other opposition parties took to the streets publicly crying election rigging and manipulation by the ruling party, same with the election of Belarus where the opposition took to the streets demonstrating in November. Same with the French presidential election held this year which was chaotic and old fashion, so as at 2012 the best election conducted in the world by the standards of CNN is the Edo governorship election. Followed closely by the Ondo Governorship polls of October 2012.
CNN Slam China-As China begins to Copy Nigerian Model:
H.E. HO JINTAO

The CNN continued it analysis by focusing on Indian election, Japanese election, and the bulk of Asia and Latin America as well as European Nations including China the emerging world power of the world. As in the case of China the CNN noticed that the Chinese Ruling Party the CPC monopolized all the election process and complain of lack of internal democracy and corruptions as to MP bribing their ways into power. So the next day the Chinese authorities in the 18th Congress of the ruling party of China the CPC had called on how to reduce corruption in the entire process of elections and country and are planning asset declaration by members of the party and had borrowed from the Nigerian Model which Professor Jega, INEC Chairman has succeeded in bringing intellectuals , academics, into the Nigerian system.. China are now out looking for intellectuals, academics to come and join the ruling party addressed to copy and adapt the Nigerian Model into the Chinese setting. There are a lot of other irregularities in the Chinese system which has become archaic and are now out to reinvent the model in the 18 congress with a theme of generational shift which Nigeria has successfully implemented as in the last general election which brought in president Goodluck Jonathan who is a symbol of generational shift of power to the younger , intellectual thorough breed as in President Jonathan and Vice President Namadi Sambo and most other Governors and MP’S are intellectuals, well read with PHD, Masters and Bachelors degrees but this is not the case with China and they have began to borrow and adapt the Nigerian model of debate intellectual oriented campaigns based on manifestos, programs and not based on corruption of bribing the electorate and your way into power. That is quite impossible in Nigeria today. You must be sound academically, composed, and intellectually qualified before the electorate can vote for you. Nobody can just come up again as before with some big cash and expect to win elections in Nigeria, that era is gone.
My advice to the Chinese and other emerging democracies of Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Brazil and South Africa, Ukraine etc instead of watching Nigeria and stealing / borrowing the Nigerian model it would be appropriate for them to come through the front door to appeal to His Excellency President Goodluck Jonathan to help them in selling the Nigerian blue print to them and asking Professor Atahiru Jega or Prince Frank Ukonga to go and help these democracies to conduct credible elections based on our Nigerian Model, trying to steal the Nigeria Model unofficially and adapting it in to their native setting may also be fraught with problems because there are a lot of nitty grity involved..It is the Nigeria contribution to election democracy that has scaled the yardstick and international standard of the CNN, all others elections in 2012, have been adjudged as poor and archaic by CNN except that of Edo Polls of 2012. Nigeria is ready to help the United States of America in helping to bring the United States, China, Russia, Britain , France out of the old mundane archaic election systems into the post modern system which Professor Atahiru Jega-INEC Chairman, , President Goodluck Jonathan, Prince Frank Ukonga and Comrade Adams Oshiomhole have helped to evolve as in Edo 2012 best election in Nigeria, Africa and recently the best in the entire world according to the CNN report on best elections in the world
CNN SLAM INDIA-As India begin to  Copy Nigerian Model:
H.E. SONIA GHANDI

Again the Indians have started to copy from Nigeria as CNN said they have just few months ago started the Bio metric data gathering of voters so that they can have a Bio Metric  Data base of Voters Register in the forth coming election of India. Aside Indian election the CNN said is archaic also prone to corruption, rigging, ballot boxes stuffing and what have you. It is only Nigeria as in the Edo 2012 Model that has the best election system in the world as at 2012 by CNN International standard practice.
Election Material- Nigeria vs USA: In the Nigerian Model of Edo Election of 2012 the material used were so advanced that each Local Government Area of the 18 Local Government Areas of the state had separate different material produced and tailored to the voters standards . So you can not bring materials from one local government to come and use in another as in rigging. And there is no room for hooliganism as the security is tight. Fake voters cards, under age voting, voting without voters card, multiple voting, ballot boxes stuffing etc that were irregularities alleged in the United states polls and that of Russia, China, India , Britain and France cannot manifest in Nigeria as the Bio metric Database has an inbuilt system that it automatically discover multiple voting by any body and will nullify the vote automatically. etc . Before the election we saw the video of how the Bio metric data system works, Professor Atahiru Jega, INEC chairman, said the film should be showed to all of us contesting the governorship polls, and we have copies of the computerized Bio metric  data base given to each party with the demography of voters by age, by profession , by gender all spelt out , so when you are campaigning you know exactly how many people you are targeting in each ward, in each street, in each local government, in each senatorial district, and in the state, you know exactly how many youth, how many civil servants, how many male youth, how many female youth, how many carpenters, how many, traders, artisans, how many adults, how many students etc. so it makes it easier to go home and plan by each contenders and we all have the data base  with us to use in our private planning. Again all the agents were trained by international and local observers both party agents, INEC agents, even the campaign managers, the candidates and party stalwarts were trained by Professor Jega. It was like a big school. We conducted mock elections from one local government to another. Indeed it was not a tea party.
Professor Jega’s Bio Metric Data base vs the United States Big Data:
HON. ATAHIRU JEGA- INEC CHAIRMAN

The CNN research and development team analyzed the American Big data base system which is used by the incumbent president and governors to their advantages. The Big Data of the United states is a data  base on virtually all the voters, what food they like, how many children they have, which school your child is going, what makes each voters happy, what type of club and credit ratings of each individual it is a compilation of all the secrete data of all individual voters by the political parties and this is now used to influence the voters and cajole them to vote for you as such you would be amazed at the level of data parties have on the voters. This is an instrument of dictatorship and espionage and voters could be called up by a friend or party and instructed to go vote in his own interest for a political party which may not even be of his choice. The Big Data is useful to the incumbent governors and presidents  of the United States as the CNN said that President Obama had access to this Big Data 2 years before the elections while his rival Romney only began to collect Big Data or have access to it a few months to the election.. In the case of Nigeria the Bio Metric Data Base is given to all contestants by Professor Jega at the same time and you will sign for it. I signed for my own- Prince Frank Ukonga Governorship  candidate of SDMP Edo Polls, So this provided an even level playing field for all contestants and this was justified as international standard practice by the research team of CNN.
Big Money Politics: USA VS NIGERIA: One interesting aspect CNN spoke about was that the United States polls of Barack Obama/ Romney battle was the most expensive in the entire world history of elections. The election gulped above 20 billion dollars. This is abnormal and abysmal. This was what Prince Frank Ukonga governorship candidate in the Edo Polls complained to Professor Jega  the INEC Chairman, about  in the stakeholders meeting held in Abuja before the Edo  polls  and Professor  Jega evolved a new system that deemphasized and reduced to the lowest level money spending in Nigerian politics and a few days to the Edo polls in the presence of all the security Top brass of the Army, Customs, Immigration, Navy, Air force, Civil Defense Corp., SSS, Police under the amenable, tough Inspector General of Police of the Nigerian Federation Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar, all parties and governorship candidates signed and agreed not to hold more than N5000 to the voting centers on that day. I must say it was a very thorough job done by Professor Jega and it took him time to plan, plot and execute. So the making of the best election in the world as in the Edo Polls of 2012, is not a tea party. So it will be impossible for other Nations  to copy or steal the formula .All democracies of the world has to come to Nigeria to learn about how to conduct credible elections.
Presidential/ Governorship Debates -United States vs Nigeria: the united states field only two political parties for debates year in , year out which makes it discriminatory to other political parties in the polls as saying they are not good enough to rule. If it were in Nigeria that tradition would be taken to the law court for it to be stopped because it is really abysmal. In the Nigerian polls Professor Jega  the INEC Chairman, made sure that all candidates are presented for all the debates which were very numerous ;there was no discrimination and this gave an even level playing field to all political parties involved and a true test and statement of genuine democratic experience. Even for all candidates the NTA which is the government own media was mandated to interview all candidates presenting their manifestos and aired every hour so that the public can have a broad based non biased assessments of all the contestant two days to the election. So you cannot say because I have a portable war chest that was why I lost out.
CONCLUSION: By the international standard practice of the research and development team of the most influential News organization in the world, Nigeria’s  Edo governorship election of 2012 is the only election in the entire world that performed to the high standard recommended by CNN as best standard practice followed closely by the Ondo state election of 2012. All other elections save for the Venezuela polls fell short of the CNN standard.
Whence this is a big achievement to all Nigerians, to Professor Jega’s INEC, and to president Goodluck Jonathan for conducting the best election in the world. I t is also a great credit to the Edo peoples, to all the contenders in the polls namely Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, Prince Frank ukonga, Major General Charles Airhiabvere, Andrew Igwemoh, and other gladiators who locked Horns in the battlefield of Edo state governorship polls of July 14 ,2012.
To the entire world, this is great news as Nigeria has been able to re invent democracy and elections on a global basis as our input into the global cultural and economic pluralism and that credit has to be given to Nigeria. Rather than steal it or copy it into another Nation at a later date and that Nation will steal the credit from Nigeria. So this document of Lecture/ Editorial of National peoples News confirms the de facto, de jure premises of Nigeria’s claim to the best election in the world as at 2012 as accessed based on the international standard practice of best polls, of the Research and Development Team of the greatest News media on earth the CNN. Of course records are made to be broken but currently Nigeria is holding the world record of best election in the world. Thanks. May God bless the Human Race.
Long live federal Republic of Nigeria
