Anambra, Ebonyi , Abia less than the allocation of the FCT of 1,200 PU; endorse the Frank Ukonga stratagems that INEC go back to status quo ante bellum…while the Boko Haram ravaged zones of North East is given 5,291 poling units, Northwest 7,906 poling units, North Central 6,318…and the South south zone of six states that has a new population explosion from peoples running away from Boko Haram and south West including the densely populated Lagos state and Oyo state and Porthatcort and Benin axis are given paltry additional 4,160 and 3087 P.U respectively

The Middle Belt Region , the South South Region, the Eastern Region, the South West Region of the Nigerian federation endorse the Frank Ukonga stratagems for credible elections in 2015, dissociate the Regions from INEC & Prof. Jega’s plans to institutionalized to eternity the Domination of Nigerian federation by the peoples of Northern Nigeria; through the allotments of excess polling units of 21 000 PU to the North and only 8000 PU to the southern Nigeria thereby edging out the South by at least 20 million votes in the context of technical advantage of the North over the southern Nigeria…this would inadvertently make the North to produce the President of Nigeria from generation to generation till the end of time…Prince Frank Ukonga is a presidential aspirant of the Nigerian federation in the 2015 polls….
