H.E Prince frank ukonga commend Anik Singal on his functional approach to curbing world poverty...this is similar to the hypothesis i propounded in my award book - The seething world- Reparations for the black Race - A functional approach-published in 1992 [ 24 years ago] which was a mathematically induced formula of theory of functions using partial fractions of fragmentation,Laplace Transformation, complex numbers theory to get Africa and the Black race out of poverty to world power status... Professor Yunus was the first to use my theories where he came up with Micro Finance Bank concept- as a panacea to global poverty- but i also mentioned the Micro finance concept in the book- but Anik Singal's simplified edition using simple arithmetic is amazing and i recommend the world donors and institutions to invest in his dream to cure global poverty...keep the flag Flying
