Breaking News:President Obama ask Congress to postpone the decision on Syrian bombing:.His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga lauds his change of stance to seek cooperation and solution to the crisis through UN Resolution and mutual cooperation with His Excellency Vladimir Putin of the Russian federation and other regional powers , commend Obama for listening to his advise .
Prince ukonga said ' I thank you for listening to my candid advice to you,His Excellency President Barack Obama to seeking a joint action on Syria in partnership with the Russian Federation and other Regional,. and Continental powers including the Nigerian Federation..this is the path of honor, dignity, respect which will endear you to the minds of all and sundry as one of the greatest President of the United State of America of all times if well rationally handled in redefining a new world order of novae definitions in international diplomacy, economic and diplomatic reciprocites, peace and detente...".
In an address to the nation Tuesday night, Mr. Obama said he still favors a missile strike against Syria
as punishment for a chemical weapons attack. But he said he wants to
wait to for the international community to work its will.
“Over the last few days we’ve seen some encouraging signs,” Mr. Obama said in a televised address from the white house. “This initiative has the potential to remove chemical weapons without the use of force.”
The president again laid out the facts of Syria's war atrocity and said the attack cannot go unpunished.
“The
facts cannot be denied,” Mr. Obama said. “The question now is what
the United States of America, and the international community, is
prepared to do about it.

So a new thinking is beginning to evolve that even a benevolent dictator is preferable to a failed state which inadvertently degenerates into the Thomas Hobbes State of man where life is brute short and nasty...virtually all over thoes state evince anarchy, disillusionment, and restiveness, poverty, vulnerability and proliferation of gurilla partisans, militants etal...
Lastly we are great full for listening to the advice of Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga that you should seek for mutual cooperation with your superpower counterpart the Russian Federation based on mutual respect of each others zones of interest,cooperation in other regions as Iran, North Korea, but know that it has to be a give and take discuss with President Vladimir Putin. You cannot have all the zones of the world . You have to seed some to Russian Federation, China, France, England, Brazil, Nigeria etal. these are the only stratagems to guarantee World peace ,security and economic prosperity of the 21 century otherwise we shall all perish as fools out of the indiscretions which would be the causality of a nuclear Holocaust on a global scale.
