His Excellency President Vladimir Putin has immediately suspended the supply of the latest supersonic Russian S-300 Missile Defensive shield that could ward off all forms of Air and ground attack on a country of the 21 century compliant to Syria.- S300 Missile Defensive Shield is effective against the event of a cluster attack missile munition stratagem,This is a more sophisticated defensive shield more effective and more advance than the United States Patriot Missile defensive Shield of Star Wars, More advance than the Israeli Missile defensive Shield and perhaps the best and most effective defensive Shield in the world today is the S-300 missile defense technology of the Russian Federation. which is the most latest and ,most advanced war machine in the world today. They will also suspend all supplies of strategic weapons of mass destruction to Syria in the mean time until the UN prove that President Assad is either innocent or guilty in the accusation that he used chemical weapons of mass destruction on the opposition that killed lots of people.
Nevertheless His Excellency President Putin has warned that it would amount to an act of Aggression if the United States unilaterally with her allies attack Syria on their own without United Nations approval then Russia would protect its Ally of Syria appropriately. But President Putin also said if it is true that Assad of Syria used Chemical weapons on opposition that he Assad has crossed the benchmark and Russia may support any UN Resolution on Syria.

What His Excellency Vladimir Putin is saying is that they accept Syria as an ally and a friend and would consider an attack on a close allied as an act of aggression - this is a clear warning that the Russian Federation would back Syria if the US attack Syria without UN Resolution to do so. that is any attack on Syria should be a collective responsibility of all members of the UN.
since the days of the recapture of the Golan Heights from Israel by the Father of this present President of Syria Colonel General Assad of Syria that used to be the stabilizing factor in the middle East, but after the death of his father the young President Assad is having problems with the opposition who are jealous feeling that they served his father the Assad Snr and they are rejecting to serve the son .
Secondly the Russian President said that ," Russia would "be ready to act in the most
decisive and serious way" if there was clear proof of what weapons were
used and who used them.In this statement the Russian leader does not want to be drawn into a new cold war era nor war of confrontation but stoic enough to indicate that they are ready to back UN resolution if it is proved that President Assad used chemical weapons.
Meanwhile the British parliament has rejected any plan to attacking Syria while the French will decide next week. the US Draft bill to attack Syria is for consideration and result will soon be out.

IT IS ADVISED THAT THE G20 meeting of the powers of the world in Russia today to decide on Syria in the meeting,thought it is for economic prosperity of the world they are gathering to advance and resolve.
