importantly on their candid reflections of the problems and prospects of the
commonwealth Nations , with a view to finding solutions to solving the problems
of the Declining fortunes of Western Civilization of which the commonwealth
Nations are strong allies; as in general
infrastructural decay, redundancy, looting and mismanagement of peoples
resources, economic recession, political and restive youth, etc. The
