The Russian federation basking from a truce made after the disputed parliamentary polls of last week have moved into the giant shoes of the foprmer Soviet Union with de facto de jure status as to begin to lead the world as the new world police man as the United State and the West are facing the worst financial crisis since the first world war of 1900 depressions . The recent deft move of the Russian Federation was made possible by H.E. Vladimir Putin and the Russian President H.E. Dmitri Medvedev in an ingenious stratagem which reinvented Russian economy by removing all subsidies like petroleum subsidies , food subsidies, education subsidies  giving room for the Russian Federation to become rich and capitalized .

 BRICS STATES AXIS- The new Trade and Economic cum military axis BRICS- Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa is the wealthiest economic axis and militarily the strongest union of Nations in the world and with this new dispensation it is quite possible to begin to see the United States and the west begin to take the back seat in the context of world leadership as the BRICS are stepping out majestically richer,more composed, reasonable and yet humble , respectful and ready to reinvent the world by pioneering a new world order of the 21 century mankind..

To achieve this great strides Russia has finally joined the World Trade Organization WTO as well as contributed 20 billion dollars to help solve the European economic and financial crisis. This is highly commendable.

RUSSIAN CURRENCY -RUBLE TO BECOME AN INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY; We citizens of the world will soon have a new international convertible currency THE RUSSIAN RUBLES which will soon become a convertible currency to help enrich the world in the context of stability of currency , reserves and glories as it is indeed necessary when you consider the enormous wealth of Russia as the world largest producer of Oil and gas, Metal , gold, timber, etc...
