 I Prince Frank Ukonga Presidential Aspirant of the Nigerian Federation in the 2015 elections ,commends the immense contribution of members of the commonwealth of Independence State -CIS- to the advancement and development of the the Euro Asian Region, the EEC, and the entire world in generality and most especially for their ingenuity in the formation of the BRICS Union which is one of the most exclusive club of Nations and the richest polit economic axis of the 21 century mankind... 

I commend the great achievements of all the Presidents of the CIS and BRICS for their tremendous phenomenal achievements as the main issue in the history of the advancements of mankind in the first and perhaps second quartiles of the 21 century mankind and would inadvertently dominate the social, economic, political and cultural glories of mankind of the 21 century...
