I Prince Frank Ukonga celebrate with the entire American citizenry and the entire peoples of the Human Race this special day of the proclamation and abolition of slavery on a universal basis by H.E. President Abraham Lincoln setting the entire black Race free for ever. And ending the inhuman universality of the degradation, dehumanization, looting and raping of the Black Race by the satanic peculiar and institutionalized anti bellum trade of Black slavery and denigration on a global scale...
