addressed to entrench genuine democracy in Africa and the world in
generality, we the founders and editorial board of National Peoples News
have always reeled out awards to great achievers of Nigeria, Africa and
the world at the end of every year for the past 20 years..... The Publisher of National Peoples News and the President of the News Group for the past 20 years is H.E.Prince Frank Ukonga- Governorship Candidate of Edo state polls in the 2012. adjudged by all and sundry as the best election in Nigeria and Africa.
Basorun MKO Abiola was the person supporting the printing and circulation of the National Peoples News as it was Printed by the concord press for Prince Frank Ukonga on credit and after sales we pay back but the newsprint, printing and all was done for us on credit by H.E. Basorun MKO Abiola the winner of the June 12 Election .
National peoples News is older than the Nation Newspaper of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, it is older than the Leadership Newspaper, It is older than ThisDay Newspaper of the great Prince Nduka Obiagbena, we are older than Daily Trust, National Mirror of Billionaire Jimoh Ibrahim, we are older than The Sun Newspaper of H.E. Orji Uzor Kalu, we are older than Pilot etc and many great journalists working with highly respectable media Organizations had worked before for National Peoples News. Like the Chairman of Editorial Board of The Nation Newspaper Mr Omosheye, was an Editor with National Peoples News, while the Editor of National Daily, The African Citizen Magazine, etc-Onayemi, Pat Iwebo, Tunde Osomoto and many others have worked and still partner with National Peoples News.
We are set to rejig National Peoples News in the year 2013 and to take journalism to greater hieghts in Nigeria , Africa and the world in generality.
