We of SDP Edo state on the behalf of our state chairman His Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga commend the visit of His Excellency Thabo Mbeki former President of South Africa to President Goodluck Jonathan to discuss the issue of capital flight from Africa to the tune of above 7o billion dollars annually in net worth which makes Africa a net exporter of capital and developmental finance as a dysfunctional world order foisted on Africans by the imperialist to enslave the African continent to eternity..and it is in this context Prince Frank Ukonga wrote the deans Best seller book Reparations..the Seething world  a functional approach to focus world attention on this modern slavery and post industrial imperialism.. we commend the two great leaders of Africa in their meeting today and earnestly hope that they find solution to this great problem of capital flight with is the Major reason why Africa states and peoples are poor...it is also responsible for the underdevelopment of Africa, hunger in Africa, joblessness and redundancies in Africa and all our social and economic ills are caused by this huge annual net capital exportation to the imperialist...Regards to all

the issue of Africa in the merciless hands of rich western imperialist nations can be contained implementing precedents set by history, china, soviets, France etc. the main challenge is to examine how raw democratic systems of government through elected agents of the same advance democracies becomes puppets to advance and spread the imperialist capitalist hegemony over African people and resources.
