US Debt Conflict Resolution & ‘Marshal plan 2’ Proposal: His Excellency
Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga thank the US Senate, the Congress and the speaker of
congress Hon John Boehner, Senator Ted Cruz, the Congressional Black Caucus, President
Obama, the GOP and all American citizens on the peaceful conflict resolution of
the spending portfolio of the United states, re opening of the Congress, and we
offer the proposal of ‘Marshal Plan 2’ for the consideration and implementation
by the United States , which will
reposition them to the pinnacle of Human Civilization of all times among
mankind of subsequent substantiated realms of creation; The premises of the ‘Marshal Plan 2’ are the followings:
Preambles: For the past 25 years we had predicted the polit economic
becoming of the United states and many Nations of the world in my celebrated
book “the seething world- Reparations for the black race – a functional approach”-
written by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga-predicted the Rise of the BRICS in the
book when Russian federation, China and India were still grappling with the
task of truculence talk more of leading the world and many people
laughed at me when I told them then that the US and the Western Europe would be overtaken by countries of the East and far east.. And it had, manifested. I
also in the book proffer solutions to how the United states and the west could maneuver
out that position to begin to lead again through a MARSHAL PLAN 2 and all the ingredients,
premises and how to go about it also clearly stated in the book 25 years ago
while US was leading the world in virtually every aspect of life them… nobody
took me seriously but today it has come to pas as the BRICS have taken over the
polit economic leadership of the world,

Carta as one of the greatest legacies of the US to mankind of all races as greatest
enlightenment there be and could be among men of subsequent creation. We acknowledge
the greatest dexterity of His Excellency Gorge Washington and all the founders of
the US and the great constitution wrought out of heroism, determination and genius.
We appreciate the novae definitions given to governance, leadership and statesmanship
by your greatest leaders of Abraham Lincoln, D Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Benjamin
Di Israeli ,John F Kennedy,…Ronald
Reagan…..etc, etc….yours was and is richly blessed in human resource
development of all times..And in natural endowment your continental shelf is
one of the greatest in blessings of avalanche of minerals resources of all times…with
beautiful grotesque landscapes that awe all men of goodwill to appreciations of
the creative beauty of nature as in grand canyon, Niagara falls, etc…as the
best there be and could be….we appreciate
you all.

past US Leaders because they had genius, courage, determination and rightly
guided vision of peeping into the future with eagle eyes and furnace a strategy

it flew with the wind of the celebrated American classic of Gone with the wind

except something is done on a long term basis to re invent the American State and
the world. The solution is the MARSHAL PLAN 2.
6] Marshal Plan 2; after
the Second World War the entire world was in economic shambles; THE League of
Nation crumbled. The United states decided to begin MARSHAL PLAN 1 of the Breton wood heritage
that rejig the entire world economically and bringing out an order of the world
bank and IMF as the majority stakeholder, the rest of the world began to buy into
that American legacy but make no mistake it was an order of the Americans streams
of consciousness, the entire world to thisday are minority stakeholders in that
order, To redress that order in Africa we proposed in the book of “the seething
world reparations for the black race a functional approach” an Africa order of
African Monetary fund and the Bank of Africa as parallel alternatives for the
African continent if we must capitalize and stop net capital flight of excess
of sixty billion dollars from Africa annually…a shabby attempt was done by Prof
Soludo the former Governor of Nigerian CBN to implement this policy recommended
in the book by establishing finance corp., African monetary fund and African Investment
Bank but all done upside down attached to the periphery of the Breton wood
heritage which made a mess of the entire idea of Prince Frank Ukonga as
recommended in the book” the seething world”…
African Monetary Fund: what we recommended was that all
African countries should withdraw their special drawing rights each valued at
above 3 billion dollars and consolidate it in African monetary fund and Bank of
Africa to capitalize Africa and establish regional clearing houses as financial
hobs within the continent…the rest world would now have to subscribe to our definitions if they must relate with us..its
an ingenious concept of turning the carte around…Similarly the World case is a larger
stage of the example above and in the American concept that we all subscribes to
currently as in the Breton wood heritage only two choice is left to the entire
world which would become manifest very soon…It is either the United states rejigs
its own legacy for which the entire world is subscribing to, by providing the
needed capital to rejig its own legacy
otherwise the world would begin to think of evolving a new world economic order
not based on US Definition of GATT, WTO, IMF and the World Bank but would be
based on new institutions that would evolve from the joint session of the
United Nations Assembly… And that was why we were particular in acquainting the
US with the ideas of the imperatives of a Marshal Plan 2 to rejig the economy
of the world with the US taking the front seat otherwise in a little distance
of history yonder that opportunity would be spent out and they would take the
back role seat in the new economic order that would evolve…So the Marshal Plan
2 is more in the interest of the US than the rest of us all.
