Olu Falae congratulate Frank Ukonga: His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga, elected and
sworn into office as the first Executive Chairman IPAC – Edo state of the
Nigerian federation: Chief Olu Falae, the leader of Afenifere of over 70
million peoples of the Yoruba Race & the former secretary of the Nigerian federation
and the former minister of Finance of the federal Republic of Nigeria congratulate
His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga, the newly elected chairman of IPAC [Inter
Party Advisory council} Council of all the chairmen and secretaries of Political
parties and stakeholders in the Edo state of Nigerian political turfs…ukonga commend
Dr Goodluck Jonathan, the president of Nigeria and Professor Atahiru Jega for
their dexterities in creating a vibrant democratic dispensation in Nigeria and
sub Saharan Africa.
Thisday, an epoch making chapter in the Annals of the Nigerians
democratic dispensation was opened in Edo state of Nigeria by the election of His
Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga as the first chairman of IPAC of the Edo state
of the federal Republic of Nigeria addressed to foster positive inter party
relations, positive government and party relations and finally positives party
cum governmental relation with the electorate.
The IPAC of the Nigerian federation is an Inter party and government
organization set up at the sponsorship of the federal Republic of Nigeria and
the various political parties of the Nigerian federation to create an even
level playing ground for all political parties in the Nigerian federation addressed
to entrench genuine democratic ethics, culture and dispensation in Nigeria and
Sub Saharan Africa. It is arguably the highest monitoring political organ of inter
governmental organization in Nigeria and sub Saharan Africa addressed to
further the quest of the entrenchment of genuine democratic culture and ethic
in inter party relations, government party relations as well as party security
relations, party electorate relations and what have you as the apex melting pot
of the Nigerian transition to genuine democratic ideals after a prolonged era
of rulership of military -feudal complex/…
