Whence This-Day we call on the United Nations General Assembly to re examine the 500 years dehumanization and looting of the African Continent by the imperialist with a view of evolving a Marshal Plan to Rehabilitate Africa back to acceptable standard of decent civilizations among other contemporaries ; addressed to pull Africa from underdevelopment , hunger, poverty, illiteracy, redundancies,terrorism, ethnicity, tribalism,scavenging, infant mortality, no water, no hospitals, bad roads, epileptic electricity generation and distribution, comatose real sector economy, technological and scientific backwardness, shame,death and grief....the average life span of an average African is today about 40 years...bedeviled by malaria fevers, typhoid fever,worms, pip borne water diseases,deadly mosquito,famine,HIV, AIDS,,deforestation,net exporter of capital of over 600 billion dollars annually,. mundane, de ontological aspects of superstitions and meta ethical resolves of the heathen....couples with organized corruption and wanton larceny of public and private treasuries by the leaders of these aspects of the world......the case of Africa is despicable and deserves pity and urgent support to pull her out of immanent collapse as a failed Continent...Gratitude
