5] Other security challenges of economic meltdown,energy,hunger,ciber attacks,chemical weapons etc.
6] The rest of us seemingly edge out to the outskirts of civilization by acts of commissions and omission in particular the African continent that was underdeveloped by the tripartite anti bellum triangular trade of slavery, colonization and imperialism which has raped the continent into poverty and epileptic gregarious institutions needs urgent Marshal Plans to resuscitate the peoples and the continent to the benefits of the North and the Southern Hemispheres in the streams of consciousness of Willy Brandt and Shridath Ramphal.
