NIGERIA 2015:JONATHAN, BUHARI, UKONGA, TINUBU, KALU, ATIKU AND OTHERS STRATEGIZE  IN PRESIDENTIAL BATTLE: CLASH OF THE TITANS.
:
The 2015 election  campaign in the Nigerian Federation have started in earnest as political parties, candidates and the apex electoral umpire INEC have started out early preparations to correct the anomaly of fire brigade approach to elections in Nigeria. Nevertheless the Apex body INEC has announced that they will soon begin upgrading the voters registers and perhaps introduces electronic voting in to the schemes of things in Nigeria.
The great success of the Edo gubernatorial polls of 2012 adjudged by historians and observers as the best election in Nigerian history was achieve by early preparation and carrying all the contenders, security operatives, observers, agents and the voters along in numerous lectures, campaigns, debates, awareness addressed to achieved the great success whose credit goes to the Edo peoples, INEC, the contenders, the political parties, the Ruling PDP and President Goodluck Jonathan. Congratulations.
This as an eye opener to INEC and major stakeholders in the Nigeria project who have set the Edo Guber polls of 2012 as the benchmark in terms of standards which translates to early preparations, planning, logistics and setting up of campaigns and war chest by the various political parties as well as by contenders.
Though a number of peoples including President Goodluck Jonathan sees 2015 as very far away .3 years from now and prefer to concentrate on the aspects of Nation building but nevertheless tacitly as usual eying 2015.
SULE LAMIDO- 4- PRESIDENT -2015: OBASANJO, BABANGIDA ENDORSE LAMIDO/ AMEACHI
It all started about 4 weeks ago when Former President Obasanjo endorse the candidacy of the Jigawa state Governor H.E. Sule Lamido and the River State Governor Rotimi Ameachi  the Chairman of Governors Forum to run for the 2015 Presidential elections. This drew lots of criticism from the polity but the sage insisted that power should shift to the North by 2015 as a repeat of political settlement reached in the June 12 debacle.
IBB on his 71 birthday last month announced his retirement from partisan politics, Later on his visit to Jigawa State shortly supported OBJ observing that the Governor of Jigawa is doing well in transforming Jigawa state comparing him to the miracles Governor Oshiomole is doing in Edo perhaps subtly announcing the candidature of the duo of Lamido/ Comrade Adams Oshiomhole in 2015 as Edo state has a penchant of producing great vice presidents as in Late Gen Aikhomu, Gen Okhai Akhigbe, etc

JONATHAN- 4 -PRESDENT-2015: APGA, PETER OBI, SOUTH EAST ENDORSE GOODLUCK JONATHAN
But a contrary view came shortly afterward when the President of the Nigerian Federation in his visit to Anambra state the following week were Governor Peter Obi announced to the whole world the endorsement of President Goodluck Jonathan for 2015 hinging his premise on the fact that each zone have a right to a second term and that nobody should harried the amiably intellectual president out of office in a hurry. He announce the endorsement of President Goodluck Jonathan by the entire peoples of South Eastern Zone whose dominant Ruling party APGA endorsed Jonathan in 2011 polls by not fielding a presidential candidate.
The Chairman of PDP Alhaji Bamanga Tukur immediately made a clarion call to all members of the party that 2015 general election will be based on performance and that their will be no automatic ticket to any candidate and this was warmly received in the polity which is addressed to encourage statesmen and Executives to work hard on service delivery as a receipt for a second term in 2015. Subsequently the PDP set up a working committee to begin in earnest and early to work toward the party success in 2015. President Jonathan kicked off this campaign on his visit to Osun state where he noted that his party will win the entire south west come 2015,
ACN, CPC, ANPP, DPP.. ALLIANCE TALK
The progressives under the banner of ACN of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Gen Mohammadu Buhari as well as Gen Paul Omu of ANPP have started subtly to campaign for 2015. Earlier there had been rumors of a merger between ACN and CPC were CPC was expected to collapse in to ACN but then the indication are becoming clearer that perhaps it may be  a working alliance that will be possible between the two or three political parties as there are likely to be differences on who mount the presidential platform.

BOLA TINUBU- 4 -PRESIDENT 2015-ASIWAJU BOLA TINUBU MAY RUN
It is not likely that ACN would accept to play a second fiddle in an alliance were they are bringing in the majority of over five states in Nigeria plus Senators, Representatives and virtually a giant structure into an alliance to play second fiddle to any other party. But time will tell. In this contest political analyst are watchful that perhaps we shall likely see the emergence of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu as a presidential candidate of the ACN,As Asiwaju Bola Tinubu launched an offensive in shoving up his political status both locally and abroad by launching his book in the United state and been invited to attend the Obama democratic Party convention in the United states...and becoming the Chancellor of Ladoke Akintola University... All these are pointers that he would not be doing all these strategic moves to settle for a vice presidential candidacy.
CPC-GENERAL MOHAMMADU BUHARI- 4- PRESIDENT 2015
Three weeks ago, General Mohammadu Buhari went to Kano to officially open and rejig his campaign office and nationally he has subtly began to appear as interested in the 2015 polls as he lashed out criticism on the ruling PDP which made many stalwarts of the PDP ill at ease thinking perhaps Gen Buhari was slowing down due to age. But that does not seem to be the case as the new friendship between Malam El Rufai and Gen Buhari blossomed many pundits began to read that perhaps the general was grooming a presidential protégé and replacement, but we shall soon see the whole picture with time .but just today there was rumors that the four political parties of CPC, ACN, DPP and ANPP have set up working committees to unite together under one solid party to wrestle power from PDP come year 2015 general elections.
SDMP/ NRP / ACCORD PARTY/PPP,ETAL
Under the leadership of Chief Olu Falae a surprise may be coming up if all goes well as the great sage who was the former finance Minster of the Nigeria Federation as well as a former Secretary of the Nigerian Federation, twice presidential candidate and currently the leader of AFENIFERE the Pan Yoruba umbrella union of more than 80 million Yoruba Nation and second largest in Africa, would certainly be a person to beat in the next general elections of 2015.
The great sage is out to leave a lasting legacy in the annals of Nigerian History by producing the next President of the Nigerian federation in alliance with other political parties. Among the great parties that would likely unite with the great sage include the National Reformation Party of Chief Antony Enahoro, and talks are going on at such a possibility of a working arrangement. Also the Accord party of Chief Rasheed Ladoja, the PPP of Chief Gbanga Daniels, as well as the Labour Party of Comrade Mimiko the Executive governor of Ondo state a great formidable party can be built on this structure that would be difficult to beat.
PRINCE FRANK UKONGA-4-PRESIDENT 2015-: PRINCE FRANK UKONGA IN THE RACE FOR 2015
Prince Frank Ukonga the governorship candidate of SDMP in the just concluded Edo elections of 2012 has been endorsed by many enthusiasts and admirers for the 2015 presidential elections. ukonga contested the senate of Edo North in 2011 general elections as well as the 2012 governorship election of Edo state where he went into the battle field with gladiators like Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, General Charles Airhiavbere, Chief Solomon Edbiri and oil and gas magnate, Chief Roland Izabuwa of CPC ,Mr Paul Orumwese of NCP and others in the election of Edo state governorship that is adjudged by historians and observers as the best election in the entire history of Nigeria and Africa in it decorum , maturity, intellectuality, behavior, peaceful, debate oriented, polished and every good thing you can imagine about a good perfect universal adult suffrage..Prince Frank Ukonga hopes to bring this experience to other contenders in the 2015 presidential polls so that history of best polls can repeat itself again in the 2015 general polls.
Among those who endorse Prince Frank Ukonga for President includes the OHIKU EBIRA and Ebira Voyan the major Umbrella union of the entire peoples of more than 50 million Ebira peoples scattered in more than 10 states of Nigeria and in Diaspora in our near and far abroad. This is a very significant number of peoples as the Race is the 4 th largest Nation in Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa and have never contested the Presidential Race in the entire history of the EBIRA peoples , so they have endorsed Prince Frank Ukonga to represent the Ebira Nation worldwide in the 2015 Presidential Race.
Also the Ossoso youth forum, the Edo youth forum , students and market women , artisans, professional and youth of other states are rooting to bet on the candidacy of Prince Frank Ukonga as a symbol of generational paradigm shift of power to the young breed.
The leadership of the National Reformation Party are likely to endorse  Prince Frank Ukonga as they offered Prince Ukonga the Presidential ticket in 2011 presidential polls but due to the demise of the founder of the party during the campaign period in 2011 and to honor the leader Prince Frank Ukonga was advised to wait until 2015 general elections, addressed to lead the Region of the Mid West in to the schemes of things as the Mid West have never produced a President of the Nigerian Federation since 1960 and yet the motion of independence was moved in 1959 by chief Anthony Enahoro from the mid West Region. So Prince Frank Ukonga is likely to lead a coalition of political parties perhaps with the endorsement of his SDMP in to the battle Arena come 2015.
ATIKU -4- PRESIDENT 2015- ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR IN THE RACE
Reports reaching National Peoples News indicates that the former Vice President of the Nigerian Federation Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is also in the Race of the 2015 general elections as just today the 17 th of September it was gathered that the campaign office of the great former vice president has started renovation and getting set for the long journey to 2015.
Earlier H,E, Atiku Abubakar speaking through his media assistance have indicated doubt about his candidacy perhaps hinged on the aspects that 2015 is still very far away but due perhaps to the early preparations of other political parties and gladiators it would be fool hardy to fold his hands and watch other contenders take over the whole polity and when you finally decides to run the electorate would tell you that you arrived too late as some other peoples have endorsed their support, This is were the patient dog syndrome eats not bone if you are left behind and it is obvious in politics where horse trading and early outing is interpreted as seriousness.
The PDM where Atiku used to be the leader of that pressure group of the great former vice president of Nigeria Gen, Musa Yar Adua held its convention recently in the Yar Adua centre and it is not obvious yet who se camp they are working with. But with time it will become more obvious.
Atiku is a member of the PDP party and contested the 2011 primaries under the PDP umbrella. It is not clear if he intend to do the same this time around but the zoning formula of the PDP were the chairman of PDP Alhaji Bamanga Tukur is from his zone may appear obfuscating as to weather he would be able to emerge as the preferred Presidential candidate of the party come 2015.But then politics entails a lot of horse trading and 2015 is still three years away from now, so a lot can happen

ORJI UZOR KALU IN THE RACE FOR 2015 PLANS TO RIJIG PPP
Says: It’s Igbo presidency in 2015 or nothing
On September 10, 2012 pasted in the face book site of H.E. Orji Uzor Kalu that in 2015 its Igbo Presidency or nothing. H.E Chief Orji uzor Kalu was the two times governor of Abia States and the leader and founder of the PPA party that has produced two governors in Anambra as well as in Imo but the flag bearers went back to the parent party PDP after winning elections with the PPA platform due mainly to horse trading and internal restiveness within the rank and file of PPA.
In his widely publicized interview recently Chief Orji Uzor Kalu spoke from his Maryland palatial mansion indicating interest in the 2015 general elections and political observers interprets some of his comments as coming back soon to rejig the PPA and use it as a platform to contest the 2015 general elections.
Though he romanced with the PDP his primary constituency which he dumped to establish the PPA , He later went back to PDP and was welcomed and warmly received back in to the fold of his former party mates, but soon he left again this time the leaders of PPA the party he formed and bankrolled became ill at ease with his methods ,saying that the PPA was not just any party one came leave and come back at his or her own whims and caprices. These feuds lingered on for a time until the 2011 general polls where Chief Orji Uzor Kalu contested the senate of Abia state and lost out to another candidate. He did not contest this loss in the tribunal nor in the law court. Now he is coming back playing the ethnic tribal joker which occasionally could be able to mobilize a sizable population of the peoples of Ndigbo extractions to his fold, otherwise H.E. Orji Uzor Kalu need to reinvent himself and his political machinery if he is to be relevant in 2015 presidential polls.
ALIYU BABANGIDA/ YUGUDA 4 -PRESIDENT 2015
A number of people are feeling that Dr Aliyu Babangida of PDP , the executive Governor of Niger State and perhaps H.E.Yuguda whose governorship terms expires at the end of 2015 should be given a chance to lead the PDP into the general elections as presidential flag bearers . These set of views holds it passionately that nobody should dictate to the North as in the endorsement of Lamido/Ameachi candidacy, but be allowed to evolve through democratic means if the North is to produce the next President of the Nigerian federation.

FRANK UKONGA LECTURE 10: THE MARGINALIZATION OF THE MIDWEST REGION IN THE NIGERIAN DEMOCRACIES.AN APPEAL TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW COMMITTEE TO CREATE 2 MORE STATES FOR THE MID WEST REGION AND MORE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS

FRANK UKONGA LECTURE 10: THE MARGINALIZATION OF THE MIDWEST REGION IN THE NIGERIAN DEMOCRACIES.AN APPEAL TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW COMMITTEE TO CREATE 2 MORE STATES FOR THE MID WEST REGION AND MORE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS.

THE NIGERIAN STATE: The Nigerian Federation is the largest Democracy in Sub Saharan Africa and the African continent with a population of above 250 million peoples emerging as the most populous nation of the Black Race of the world and the third largest Democracy. It is a great country of more than 230 tribe Nations and well endowed in both human and Natural resources. Nigeria was colonized by Britain after the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern trading protectorates of the British by H.E. Lord Luggard about 100 years ago and later Nigeria got its independence in 1960 and four Regions emerged from that era as in Northern Region, Western Region, Eastern Region and the Mid West Region. But ever since the creation of the Mid West Region in Nigeria there has been a systematic marginalization of the Region in the schemes of things of the Nigeria Federation. The only time our sons and daughters are remembered is when they are needed to be seen in the schemes of things but never to be heard and kept inactive capacity as yes men, rubber stamp men and used as instruments in most cases by other tribes of the colligating federalism.
THE INDEPENDENCE STRUGGLE: The Motion for the independence of Nigeria was moved by the Mid West Region by our great Representative MP Chief Anthony Enahoro and the British respected the great sage and erudite intelligentsia of the Mid West Region and agreed with Chief Antony Enahoro to give Nigeria Independence. And my uncle chief E.S. Ukonga who was a Minister in the then federal Government as well as my Father Chief Gabriel Ukonga who was the former Controller General of Accounts of the Nigeria Army and my grand father Chief Okomayin Ukonga, who was the of the Okomayin of Igarra Kingdom, and my great grand father HRH  Otaru Ogbodo Idanage Ukonga, who was the paramount Ruler of the Igarra Kingdom of the Mid West region were supportive to Chief Antony Enahoro , Chief Obafemi Awolowo and the Western Region; and they all fought assiduously to liberate Nigeria from the colonial British Rule. If not for Chief Enahoro’s motion of independence, Nigeria may still be under the British colonial Rule till today. Also involved in the great struggles for the independence of Nigeria, in the Mid West Region were Chief Alfred Rewanie, Chief Okohtie Eboh, HRH Oba Akenzua of Benin Kingdom, Chief Mariere, the Okumagas, HRH Olu of Warri, HRH Otaru of Auchi, etc all fought assiduously for the independence of Nigeria as well as for the creation of the Mid west Region. Our great leaders of the Mid West Region joined hands with the leaders of other Regions like Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Dr NNamdi Azikiwe, Alhaji Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sir Ibrahim Kasheem, Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, and others to liberate Nigeria from slavery, colonization and white imperialism. And we in the Mid West played our role very well as we were ahead of other Regions in Education, technology, civilization in the Mid West as we were the first to have contact with the White Race. It is the other Regions that were foot dragging when the clarion call for independence was on that is now milking the entire Nigeria leaving the Mid West Region  that spare headed the Nigerian independence to languish in poverty, backwardness, death, grief and shame.

THE ROLE OF UKONGA ROYAL FAMILY IN THE INDEPENDENCE STRUGGLES OF NIGERIA: I, Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga, Governorship Candidate of Edo state in 2012 polls, was brought up by my grand father HRH Okomayin Ukonga who was a traditional Head of the Eshinogu Ruling dynasty of Igarra kingdom and a very rich cocoa farmer and cocoa merchant and he told me all the events of that era, how he donated generously to all political parties particularly Action Group, How Akoko Edo Lga, then Kukuruku Province gave Western Region the sum of 200,000 pound sterling( which is a very big sum of money today) in the struggle for the independence of Nigeria and subsequently Mid West Region. But when you go to Igarra town today you will shed tears for all Igarra people. The entire place is in ruins, underdeveloped, with neither roads, nor water and the electricity is epileptic, no factories, no university nor polytechnic nor any State or Federal presence. It is really a sad case for Igarra and its great peoples. The poverty is so acute now on us that even it becomes a temptation to aspire above the position of councilor as an Igarra indigene/Akoko Edo Indigene. When I contested for Governorship in 2012, and asked the primaries to be hosted in Igarra the INEC officers from Abuja and Benin and all the security operative top brass of the Nigerian Federation, that came to monitor the event, were surprised that I could call governorship primaries in such a place looking like a big village. After I explained to then the great past glories of Igarra they now saw reasons with me and it was the first time such a great event as a governorship primaries being held in Igarra town and the entire peoples of Igarra were very appreciative to INEC and the Federal Government.  I am the first Igarra son and indigene to ever contest the governorship election in the entire 500 years history of the Igarra Kingdom / Akoko Edo local government and second in the entire Edo North history. You can really see that it is not normal, so I am calling on the Federal Government of President Goodluck Jonathan to do something for the Igarra peoples like locating a Federal University in Igarra. I am also calling on private investors to come and invest in Igarra. We have lime stones and lots of underground solid minerals. We also have cocoa, cashew nuts, and palm kernel, iron ore deposits. The Eshinogu Royal Ruling family where I belong is ready to donate land and take equity participation with any body who want to invest in Igarra or if you want to build a University in Igarra we shall provide the land free. Etc.
STATE CREATION: Nigeria had four Regions but when General Yakubu Gowon was creating 12 states the Mid West Region was left alone and marginalized and its name only changed to Bendel state. No state was created out of the Region were as other regions had a minimum of 3 states. That is why the Mid West region is the most underdeveloped Region of the Nigerian Federation. The Mid West Region today should have been shared into at least 4 states but today the region has only 2 states of Delta and Edo states. It should have been shared into four states with Igarra as state capital, Uromi as state capital, Asaba as state capital and Benin as state capital. This was how other Regions have underdeveloped us. This is a passionate appeal to the constitution review committee to give Mid West Region more states at least two more states.  Give us our due share in the schemes of things.
LOCAL GOVT CREATION: The same happened during the creation of Local government Areas where many local Government Areas of Bendel state where never shared, like the Akoko Edo local Govt has been like that since 100 years ago, and no development and it’s the largest local government in Nigeria and Africa today with large population and only one allotment from the federated account. Other local govts with the status of Akoko Edo has become States: its headquarters Igarra which remains as a local Govt status for more than 90 years, other towns which were provincial capitals like Oshogbo, Akure,Gombe, Katsina, etc have become state capitals. In the local Government set up, out of the 774 local governments in Nigeria Edo and Delta states has only 38 lga while Kano state alone has over 44 local governments Areas, and this means over 44 allocations from the federated account. The entire Northern Region has more than 400 lga of the 774 lga while the Western Region has above 120 lga and the Eastern Region of almost 9 states has above 200 lga. So the Mid West Region has been short changed and underdeveloped in the schemes of things by acts of commissions and omissions by other stakeholders in the Nigerian Project. Mid West is one of the biggest stakeholders in the Nigerian Project and my Royal Family of Ukonga is also a major stakeholder in the politics and governance of the Mid West and Nigeria for the past 500 years non stop from generation to generation.  The constitutional review committee should give us more local governments. Give us our due share.
FEDERAL ALOCATIONS: This translate to the fact that the Mid West has been marginalized since independence on what is given to us from the federal allocation which used to be one allotment when we were Bendel state for many years where other regions where getting 4 allotments that is from 1967 until when President Babangida decided to split Bendel state in to two in 1986  as in Edo and Delta states., and from then till now we continue to struggle under only two allotments when other regions gets above 6 allotments on monthly basis and in the LGA allotments we get less than 40 allotments as a region while other region gets above 200 allotments , then how do you expect development to come out of the Mid West Region.
NO FEDERAL PRESENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF INFRASTRUTURES AND INSTITUTIONS: Likewise as the regards of having federal presence there are very few federal institutions headquartered in the Mid West and the context of companies there is no  single Federal Government company sited in Edo state safe for the oil producing capacities of the Delta state and Edo states which necessitated oil exploration and extraction institutions and other  few companies there is little federal presence in the entire Mid West Region. And that is why the Region is poor, underdeveloped and only surviving with the help of God.
PETROLEUM PRODUCING REGION: The Mid West Region is a petroleum producing Region as the two states of Edo and Delta states are oil producing states. Despite our immense contributions to the wealth of Nigeria which is largely based on petroleum removed from our soils, the proceeds have not reflected in the development of the region at all. We travel to Lagos, Abuja and other towns of Nigeria and we see the standard of infrastructural developments in these areas. We see Federal Presence all over these places.
ORIGIN OWNERSHIP OF POLITICAL PARTIES: SYTEMIC MARGINALIZATION: Since independence there has not been a big political party that originated from the Mid West Region. As soon as political dispensation begins all other larger Regions forms their own political parties and intrude into the Mid West Region to recruit members as instruments to be use and dumped after they gain access to power. In the political dispensation of the pre independent and post independent era Chief Okotie Eboh of the Mid West camped with NCNC while Chief Antony Enahoro camped with Action Congress of Chief Obafemi Awolowo. Mid West Region has become the battle group for political parties from other Regions and the true political identity of the great Mid West Region has been wiped out of history of  the human race save for the regions to play a second fiddle or forth fiddle in the schemes of things all the time. In the times of NPN and Unity Party of Nigeria a similar thing happened when the Unity party of Nigeria a western originated political party ruled the state. And in this new dispensation same thing is happening as in the battle between PDP a mainly Northern Origin party took sway of the state for 9 years and just recently the ACN a western off short of Awolowo’s Action group took over the state as in the emergence of H.E. Adams Oshiomhole of the Labor congress.
H.E ADAMS OSHIOMHOLE AND THE LABOUR PARTY: We in the mid West Region were very optimistic when H.E. comrade Adams Oshiomhole came into the state with the Labour party and we understood that the political pedigree of the Labour party may be too fragile to win in general elections and he decided to go into partnership with a traditional partner the ACN a western originated party with which he was able to secure a wining. This is a great strategy, but then the entire peoples of the Mid West are getting tired of playing back seat role in ownerships of political parties at its origin and either we are running to Lagos to get orders and assistance or we are running to the North for assistance or even to the Eastern Region. It is time we grow up and carve out a unique identity for ourselves as a Region and determine our future by ourselves.

NATIONAL REFORMATION PARTY: It was only Chief Antony Enahoro who used to be in union with western originated parties that finally realized the necessity to form an Mid West originated party as in National Reformation party which was registered but the great sage could not nurture it to maturity to achieve the great aim of giving the mid west region a voice, a political identity before he left to join his ancestors last year.
SOCIAL DEMOCRATIC MEGA PARTY: The Social Democratic Mega Party is a coalition Party of several political parties in Nigeria and it is our desire to united with other political parties particularly the National Reformation Party of Chief Anthony Enahoro and consolidate it as a Mid West Origination Party and using this platform to raise a new avantgard of seasoned politicians , statesmen, professionals and leaders of the Mid west and field them for subsequent elections in the Mid West and on National Basis as our input into the colligating Regional arrangements.
CONCLUSION: Whence I am calling on all sons and daughters of the Mid Western Region to join hands with me in this noble venture to reinvent the Mid West Region and bring back the glories of our fathers and fore fathers who paid the supreme price to liberate Nigeria and the Mid West Region.

FRANK UKONGA LECTURE SERIES 9-: NIGERIAN/ AFRICAN ECONOMIC & FOREIGN POLICY THRUST: THE IMPERATIVES OF A PARADIGM SHIFT TO DIPLOMATIC & ECONOMIC RECIPROCITIES, TRUE EQUALITY AND DÉTENTE- FOCUS ON SWF, PRIVATIZATION, and SOLUDONOMICS , LAMIDONOMICS, & REPARATIONS ETAL
BY PRINCE FRANK UKONGA.
In political philosophy the two broad categories that assert sovereignty of Nation states are:
DE FACTO PREMISES: De Facto premises as in being able to win legitimate mandate of an electoral college to rule over sovereignty or through coup de Etat or by what ever means addressed to secure the mandate of a larger part of the populace. The second premise is the De Jure recognition which comes after the ruling Government have been able to prove adequately that they have secured the De facto. DE JURE PREMISES: The De Jure premise borders on the recognition of the Sovereignty and its government by other international organizations and countries like the United Nations, world powers, African Union, Ecowas, and other Nations of the world. In contemporary times other world bodies like the Transparency International, the European Economic Community, the Commonwealth of Nations, the G8, the BRICS, The commonwealth of Independent States. The Benelux, The Euro Asian Economic community, etc have become increasing relevant in gaining De Jure recognitions by emerging sovereignties.
THE AFRICAN CASE: PARTTION OF AFRICA: THE PECULIAR ANTI BELLUM TRADE: SLAVERY, COLONIZATION AND IMPERIALISM: The cases of Nigeria and Africa has always been described by philosophers/historians as a peculiar anti bellum phenomenology as in the truculence of our historical and dialectical materialism for the past 500 years where All African Nations were raped by the impudence of the white colonialists in the schemes of things of African superlative civilizations. The entire countries of Africa as well as kingdoms were bastardized, denigrated, looted by the colonial powers and in place they Partitioned Africa and formed colonial governments after the abolition of the rootless slavery of looting treasuries and able men and women; peace loving men and women who never offended them as acknowledged by H.E. Abraham  Lincoln, to slave in plantations in America, Europe and Asia, used and denigrated as the beast of burden to build great cities and civilizations of London, New York, Paris, Brussels, Bogota, Rio De Jeneiro , Bones Aries…
THE STOLEN LEGACIES: All the wealth of the African continent were stolen away by the white Race both natural and human resources. More than 500 million Black men and women were removed from Africa by the R& D conducted by Prince Frank Ukonga in 1982-1990 which took me traveling to Europe, America and Asian continents visiting special classified libraries all over the world. In some cases like the EEC most important Library in Brussels where many of these secrets are kept I had to secure an approval from highly placed Lawyers and Attorneys of Western Europe before I was allowed a few hours under heavy security, to read some of these frightening documents of bills of Laden of slaves, wealth, and gold shipments from African ports to Europeans and American imperialists and many other frightening carnality, bestiality inflicted on the Black Race. The case is really despicable and lowly. And because of this I wrote the book “The Seething world- Reparations for the Black Race- A Functional Approach” published in 1992 and the book has been classified by American library of congress, the Wikipedia, the National library of Singapore, the National University of Asia and Pacific research in Australia and many Universities of the world as one of the most valuable book category of the world. That means you need a letter from a recognized attorney at law before you can be allowed to read my books. The books have made the deans list of many Universities in the world including the Northwestern University of the United States of America which is the university with the largest library in the entire universe and an Ivy League university. And recently it appears that by the copy right laws of the United States, a book of over 20 years may not continue to retain an author monopoly so more than 10 universities are claiming rights to the book of ten chapters, making the book the most shared book in the entire history of the Human Race in today’s Guinness Book of Records. In the book I wrote all the things and all the stratagems for African countries to pursue in economic development, in foreign policy thrust, in Agricultural, industrial etc , and tabled it one after the order on how to become a great super power in Africa and much more.
THE THEORIES OF ECONOMIC RECIPROCITIES: SOLUDONOMICS & PRINCE FRANK UKONGA THEORIES: SOLUDONOMICS is the economic theories of Prof. Sochukwuma Soludo who was the CBN Governor in the OBJ years of 2003-2007 based on quasi market driven supply side economy; had most of its premises similar to the features and recommendation of PRINCE FRANK UKONGA THEORIES -contained in my book- “The Seething World- Reparations for the Black Race – A functional Approach” published in the year 1992 a decade before Prof. Soludo became the CBN governor and the book was already well known by then and had made the deans list as far back as in 1993 of the Most prestigious university of North Western in Illinois USA. Among the concepts and ideas in the book includes the followings:
1.       BANKING CONSOLIDATION: The book dueled much on the frail nature of our institutions including the Banks and recommended merger and acquisition for All African financial institutions including Banks, insurance, Finance houses etc which Prof. Soludo implemented in 2004/2005.by consolidating Nigerian banks to 24 in number and strengthening them which he earned the award of Best Banker of the year from many prestigious financial institutions including the Financial Times of London. The idea and concepts has been published since 1992 by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga in his book “The Seething World”. And internet- eBook versions of the book of Prince Frank Ukonga were made by Google, Amazon books, Get sited Geo city, Open University library of USA,ABE eBooks, University of Indiana etc has e versions of my book used to teach their students and many marketing them since  1992 on the internet.
2.       AFRICAN MONATARY FUND: My book explained extensively the need for an African Monetary Fund and spelt out in Black and white clearly how to go about it, that even the mundane will comprehend it: addressed to liberate the African continent from financial imperialism for ever But when Prof. Charles Soludo implemented the African Monetary Fund issue they merely attached Africa as an appendage to the world Bank and , WTO, and IMF which was not exactly what I recommended and that is why we will continue to be dependent on International Monetary Fund, World Bank  as slaves to eternity. My theory was to pull us into independence so that the western Financial metropolis of IMF and World Bank will related with us in mutual economic and diplomatic equality and reciprocities by pulling out our special Drawing Rights collectively as African Nations and starting a new Global Financial Block/ House entirely.. It is still possible.
3.       REGIONAL BANKING: AFRICAN FINANCE CORP: In the case of regional banking implemented by Prof, Soludo, I spelt out clearly in my book how to go about establishing a Regional Bank that will cater for the African Nation states and the source of funding for the proposed Regional Bank was well spelt out in the book. But then Prof. Soludo implemented the idea in his own way and that is why the autonomy of Regional banking is not in sight but still glued to the manipulations of Western capital metropolis. I warned against this in the book.
4.       BANKING & FINANCIAL HOB FOR AFRICA: The book spelt out clearly the need for a banking and financial hob for Africa like the financial and Banking Hobs of Europe as in London Hobs and Geneva and I did suggested Lagos to be the African Financial and Banking hob of Africa and perhaps the Atlantic realm. Prof Soludo implemented this and made Lagos the Banking and Financial Hob for Africa. This was well implemented.
5.       CONSOLIDATIONS OF OTHER INSTITUTIONS: INSURANCE, AVIATION, BUILDING / MORTGAGE INSTITUTIONS; This was also implemented as contained in the book but its only in the case of insurance that something is still missing as in insurance companies are very rich institutions in foreign countries and are a great source of developmental finance for these countries and we need to rijig that department to create more jobs, and mobilized developmental finance for Nigeria/African countries.
6.       MICRO FINANCE BANKS: I wrote extensively on the issue of Micro Finance Banks as a means to mobilize rural and semi urban markets in the aspect of mobilization of developmental finance for African counties that need rapid social and economic development. The book was published before Prof. Mahmud Yunus of Bangladesh who is now been called the father of Micro Finance Bank began his own thesis. So he must have borrowed my ideas, but intellectual courtesy and ethics demands that he credits the source of his own thesis. I went in to so much detail about the Micro Finance Bank concept that even a non Banker can implement it successfully. Prof. Soludo implemented the Micro Finance Bank concept in Nigeria and it was partially successful but later I wrote a thesis on the reason why it could not mobilize the Nigerian rural and urban areas because of the enabling regulations that brought it to being in Nigeria. Most Micro Finance Banks began to compete with Universal Banks in cities and they had feet of clay so they had to crumble.
7.       BLACK ON BLACK IMPERIALISM: PRIVATIZATION OF NIGERIAN COMPANIES AND ASSETS: THE PROBLEMS PRESIDENT JONATHAN AND THE 7TH REPUBLIC MET ON THE GROUND: The privatization exercise of Soludonomics was an outright ripe off of the peoples of Nigeria and it should be revisited by the 7th Republic. In my book what I wrote about the need for privatization is either to turn most of the Federal and state owned concerns to joint stock companies and holdings, and no Nigerian is legally allowed to own more than 10% of the stocks so that it can empower many Nigerian families or on the contrary to use the concept of participatory capitalism as in the case of Russia, Poland, etc And other countries that privatized same time with us. Shares were allotted to all citizens of the country as their share as the companies being privatized belongs to all citizens. And if a family wants to raise working capital they can sell their shares to any other share holder and raise seed money to begin something else. So it enriched the entire Nation of Russia which helped most Russian Families and Polish and Ukrainian families to begin to participate in the economy and today of the 100 richest peoples in the world in the forbe magazine, Russians are more than 30 and it produced a rich society. In our own case the rich and some serving government persons bought the companies with moneys looted from the Nigerian treasuries using some big boys as fronts. So the entire country got short changed two times. It is sad and pathetic and this widened the gap between the have and the have not, poverty, joblessness, and a general decay of every thing in the Nigeria polity set in till today. Many of this problems were not created by the 7th Republic nor by President Jonathan, but they inherited these problems including the colossal 16 billion dollars wasted by the OBJ era on illusive power sectors and sale of all government properties, utilities, refineries, seaports, insurance, reinsurance cooperation, big Oil concerns, gas companies ,telecommunication companies, oil blocks, oil wells, rigs, manufacturing companies, steel companies, sugar companies, salt companies, pulp and paper companies , rolling mills, etc  it is uncountable. The duty of the 7th Republic is to collect all these companies back from the peoples that bought them and plot out a new equitable privatization formula that will carry majority of Nigerians as beneficiaries to create more wealth spread, justice and equity.
8.       GNP/HEAD: HOW OUR GNP/HEAD ROSE FROM $200/HEAD TO $1200/HEAD IN 2004, :I wrote in the book how to upgrade our GNP/HEAD economic indicator from then 200 dollars which placed Nigeria, a rich oil producing country in the category of poor Nations which was not good at all for our Image and I invented a mathematical formula also in the book called UFO/FRANK UKONGA CONSTANT in the context of complex Integral Mathematics that can immediately remove us from 200 dollar GNP/ Head to above 1000 dollars GNP/HEAD category.. Prof. Soludo expertly implemented this Idea, but passing through another method which I know but will not expose to anybody in this lecture series nor will I ever expose the concept he used in any other lecture series, he is a genius as well, as he achieved pushing our GNP/HEAD to 1200 dollars. I leave it to him to expose his own method in his own book which we are expecting, but it was ingenious and had same underlying reality as my theories.
9.       NATIONAL SAVING CERTIFICATES: HOW TO IMPROVE OUR SAVINGS/GDP RATIO: My book wrote extensively on the Savings / GDP ratio of Nigeria and African countries which was very low as Nigeria has a Saving/GDP ratio of less than 3% and most African countries less than 12 % and my book proffer solutions as to how to improve this by National enlightenment, mobilization and through cashless society. Also Prof. Soludo brought in National Saving Certificates financial instrument which was a brilliant concept which I also wrote about in the book but as saving coupon/ vouchers whatever we call it either certificate or papers the idea remains the same but it was poorly patronized and poorly implemented. By now the National Saving Certificate of Prof. Soludo would have become a second National trading and saving instrument like the treasury Bills of the Federal Government if well packaged which would have been fantastic for the economy. But he got the credit of implementing it.

10.    MALAM SANUSI LAMIDO:  Malam Sanusi Lamido started this year the Cashless economy concept which I explained in details in my book as in cashless Lagos. This will improve the saving culture of Nigerians and jack up the Savings/ GDP Ratio.

11.   SOVERIGN WEALTH FUND: To adequately plan for the future of young Nation states including emerging countries of Africa and Nigeria I recommended in the book the need for a SOVERIGN WEALTH FUND. SWF. Which H.E President Goodluck Jonathan implemented for Nigeria a few months ago which was a giant stride in consolidating Nigeria in international arena as a player in the novae economic reciprocities. Other Nations have also been adapting my concepts of SWF like Norway etc, But then I did recommended that the Sovereign wealth fund is not just doling out some funds to international fund Managers to be turning it over for us but should be a more comprehensive holistic issue of the INTERNATIONALIZATION OF OUR ASSETS AND LIABILITIES and now I will move everybody into the proposed future of Nigeria as I theorized in the book .So welcome on board.

12.   INTERNATIONALIZATION OF OUR ASSETS AND LIABILITIES: NIGERIA PLC: As at the time my book was published in 1992 Nigeria and most African countries were indebted to the tune of 300 billion dollars and in my book I proffer several ways by which young Nation states can pay up the debt and swim into the world of economic and industrial prosperity. But then for some peculiar Oil rich Nations like the Nigeria case study whose debt burden was not a consequence of insolvency but illiquidity i.e.-a manifestation of lack of developmental finance to grow out of the debt crisis as Nigeria was owning then only $ 30 billion dollars, I proffer some ingenious ways to go about liquidating the debt and coasting to a new world of economic and industrial prosperity. The suggested stratagems then were:

13.   REPARATIONS:BASORUN MKO ABIOLA: As one of the pillars of diplomatic and economic reciprocities:  I recommended in my book Debt Repudiation by positing the trilogy of slavery, Colonization and imperialism as the remote causality of our indebtedness which was championed by MKO Abiola as we were then reasoning alike. And we were to demand for REPARATIONS on the floor of U.N General Assembly and a Marshal plan for the development of the African continent and a debt forgiveness plea based on the aforementioned premises which Basorun MKO Abiola had almost succeeded in achieving, save for the June 12 election debacle Nigeria would have arrived as a world supper Power by now if the leadership of Basorun MKO Abiola was acceptable to all and he would have implemented our REPARATION IDEAS which includes all the aforementioned to the letter in the proper ways recommended and not patronizing   subserviently to western imperialist metropolis as implemented by Soludonomics that quickly rushed to pay up the debt which was not even necessary as at that time he paid 20 billion dollars. What some Nations like the Russian and Paris clubs we owed substantial money of up to 12 billion dollars wanted was to convert the debt to equity swap,

14.   DEBT EQUITY SWAP:AS A STRONG PILLAR OF DIPLOMATIC AND ECONOMIC RECIPROCITIES: The Russian Federation had opted since the Abacha era for a debt equity swap which they wanted to use as an investment into the Nigeria Economy and it was not a secret. But why Soludonomics decided to pay back all these monies that even the World Bank and many stakeholders’ felts we were ripe for debt forgiveness/ Debt equity swap, as in Pakistan and many other Nations got Debt forgiveness after the Middle East crisis is still a big surprise. It generated lots of international controversies but later the case was rested.

15.   DEBT PAYMENT OF 20BILLION DOLLARS BY SOLUDONOMICS: my book never supported debt payments in the whole or partial nor do we support debt re schedulment and interest paid therein. But Soludonomics paid 20 billion dollars out, when the issue was not even necessary and if he had implemented the real aspect of my theories about the internationalization of our assets and liabilities the debt would have vanished into the scheme. The debt will simply collapse into the grand design as a non issue. Later Prof Soludo began to implement the internationalization of our assets and liabilities concepts in my book in fragments, which became of no important use. Like the raising of 500 billion Naira bond, the placement of Nigerian companies in foreign exchange markets, the opening up of Nigerian Bank Branches all over the world, the establishments of TRASCORP ETC as an international carrier company to begin the emergence of Nigerian TRANS- INTERNATIONAL/ MULTINATIONAL GLOBAL COMPANIES as in, the emergence of New player in the field of international capitalism which was messed up again. The issues of internationalization of our assets and liabilities in my book were bonded as a holistic abellian phenomenology and cannot be implemented with positive results when fragmented. But the theories are very sound, as they were based on empirical, well calculated calculus, of integral differential equations of complex phenomenology. But a little success has been achieved in this regards as in the internationalization of GLOBACOM, OANDO, and in the Banking sector. The Petroleum sector which would have prime led the internationalization as I recommended in the book is still in quagmires in Nigeria and that is why we are having problems now. The book recommends that Nigeria plc should have refineries all over the world. We should establish our Mega Petrol stations all over the world to generate jobs and conquer the entire world. What’s holding us back? But ourselves, our thinking and mind set which is myopic, dark, selfish, and self centered and cocoon. The world is ours, let’s take it and go big. The cocoa industry and other primary raw material were also mentioned in my book; what’s wrong if we have cocoa beverages companies like Cadbury all over the world, or cashew and palm oil plants all over the world or coffee plants all over the world, or cement plants all over the world. My R and D on our ferrous Iron ore deposits in Nigeria can feed the world mills for above 2000 years, what’s wrong if we had iron and steel mills all over the world..etc;. And these and much more are the concepts in my book encouraging young Nation states including Nigerian to brake down imperialist barriers, and  fear and march into a world of economic and diplomatic prosperity. These are only synopsis or little fragments from my book of ten chapters. The book is loaded with billions of ideas and that is why it has become one of the most valuable books of the Human Race that you will need a special permission from a recognized attorney at law, to read the whole book by those institutions that have copies of my book in the international communities of Europe, Asia and America. The book was written by me, Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga. My book is being used by special research institutes to groom leaders of the advance world in Europe, Asia and America. And in Nigeria if you watch closely all the activities from OBJ era to this very moment that are spectacular and important including the VISSION 2020, I had written about them in 1992 and it is only been implemented by various administrations some selfishly, some correctly etc.

16.   INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SYNDICATIONS: Another way out of the debt trap was through international financial syndications addressed to bail us out of the debt burden and provide sizable working developmental finance to be judiciously managed in profitable ventures addressed to grow out of the debt trap.

17.   DEBT CARTELIZATION: The issue of debt cartelization is fairly complex, but it became the inner core of the internationalization of our assets and liabilities theory as i blasted and criticized most economic schools of thoughts and analyzed all the various macro economics schools before arriving at this ingenious theory of Debt cartelization through the issuance of discountable coupon vouchers redeemable at a portable date in human history as Nigeria PLC to the tune of 10 trillion dollars , securitized by all our assets and liabilities on a global basis to be marketed aggressively by the same management of the SOVEREGN WEALTH FUND not separately but as Nigerian PLC in all stock exchange markets of the world , giving all citizens of the world  the opportunity to buy  into our assets and liabilities( like the American visa lottery) and would herald the emergence of Nigeria as a New African world super power in all calculation automatically….. in this content I slammed most economists who are suckled by the milk of diminishing returns and when it comes to scarcity and debt management they are found wanting… all they know how to do is to manage and mismanage  assets, not comprehending that even your so called liabilities as in debts is a great asset as well that can be productarized and marketed. This on a secondary stage will give birth to the GOLDEN NAIRA which will be a convertible international currency of the Nigerian federation and spend round the world as a holding currency like the American dollar. And now we have arrive at why CBN Governor Malam Sanusi Lamido wanted to produce N5000 NAIRA NOTES AS I RECOMMENDED IN THE BOOK./But it should be golden international Naira note, maybe equivalent to N5000, but, not to be  mixed with the general circulating local Naira. And before this could be done I recommended that some certain things must be in place.

18.   SANUSI LAMIDO SANUSI, N5000 NOTE VS THE GOLDEN NAIRA CURENCY OF PRINCE FRANK UKONGA THEORIES: In my book I recommended the production of the GOLDEN NAIRA which will be a higher denomination Naira Note that will have all the features of convertibility and will become the new diplomatic and economic policy thrust of the Nigerian Federation as a holding currency just like the American dollar,  as becoming a financial hob will be very impossible without having a convertible currency otherwise we shall end up as mere centre of financial speculation. But then I recommended that certain feature of the economy must be in place otherwise we shall end up with bankruptcy as we shall become a net exporter of capital if not well formulated. And those things needed to be in place before the emergence of N5000 idea of Sanusi Lamido as a super currency are not in place yet. And that was why I kick against the N5000 NOTE PROJECT of CBN. It is premature, ill timed and we have not gotten to that stage as recommended in my book and thesis. We need to guarantee a stable electricity supply 24/7, an enabling environment for business to thrive, our Sovereign Wealth Fund is too frail, our external reserves fragile, our economy monoculture, the real sector is dead, industries and manufacturing is comatosed, redundancies of skilled and unskilled labor, 8000 companies manufacturing companies closed shops and relocated to neighboring Ghana in recent times, we have big problems in virtually all sectors of the economy. So it will be economic suicide to print and circulate N5000 NOTE. It will lead Nigeria to ruins, death and grief.
19.   THE GREAT DESTINY OF PRESIDENT JONATHAN AND THE 7TH REPUBLIC OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA: History beckons at this administration of President Goodluck Jonathan, as there is a cause waiting for somebody to make a hero out of it. And that is bringing Nigeria back to its long for glories of industrial and economic prosperity, creating an enabling environment for business and life to thrive, generating and distributing electricity 24/7, Marshal nationwide infrastructural development, job creation, generating liquid steel and moving us into a manufacturing category and the most ever favored government that has a strong goodwill in the history of Nigeria is the government of President Jonathan Goodluck and the goodwill is still there for him. He is loved by the majority of Nigerians, the next thing he needs and lacks are good ,honest, intelligent ,lieutenants in the flanks and around him to be committed and dedicated, to do what exactly destiny has in stock for him. His destiny in subsequent creation is to be the Ata Turk (of the Ottoman Turks) of the Nigerian Nation. And if he can move in the right direction he would leave a great indelible mark in Nigerian History and in the affairs of men the world over that would be cherished and remembered from generation to generation till the end of time. I wish the 7th Republic and President Jonathan, Good luck.
20.   LONG LIVE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA
21.   BY PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA- GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE EDO 2012 -AUTHOR OF THE BOOK- “THE SEETHING WORLD- REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE – A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH”-PUBLISHED IN 1992 AND ON THE GOOGLE e-BOOKS-internet.
