Anambra Supplementary Polls: SDP Governorship candidate in
the Anambra Polls Barrister Basil Onuorah Onyeachonam commend the Nigerian Police
under the leadership of the I.G.P-Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar, the SSS, and INEC
for the success of the Anambra supplementary polls. While Prince Frank Onaivi
Ukonga the Edo state counterpart offered
the following observations saying “ The Police, SSS, INEC, Anambra citizens and
all the stakeholders in the Anambra supplementary polls have done very well to
put up a remarkable election that is presentable
in the context of Regional and international
standard practice and this is highly commendable.. Appealing to all candidates
to accept the final result of INEC as it is imperative that one person must win
in an election. And admonished whoever wins to form an all inclusive union
government to carry all parties and stakeholders along…”

The SDP candidate in the Anambra state Governorship election
of 2013 Barrister Basil Onuorah Onyeachonam has lauded the contributions of the
Nigerian Police under the Inspector General of police of the Nigerian federation
Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar , the Director of SSS Mr. Ekeyonng and Prof. Atahiru
Jega the INEC chairman for putting up a great election in the supplementary polls
of the Anambra guber polls’. He also commended and thanked the entire citizens of
Anambra state and all the members of Anambra state SDP for standing by him
during the election and call for future
cooperation from the peoples addressed to take the state to loftier heights…
His Edo state counterpart who was supportive in the Anambra
polls Prince Frank OnaivI Ukonga also lauded the overall performance of the
Anambra supplementary polls while lauding the Police and other security operatives
for their profound performance as well as impressed by the performance of INEC…
Prince Frank Ukonga called on all candidates in the polls to exhibit the spirit
of sportsmanship and accept whoever is the winner of the polls and to cooperate
with the winner in moving Anambra state to greater heights of social, economic
and industrial rectitude while he also called on whoever wins to carry all
other candidates and stakeholders along in forming an all inclusive union
government of win- win of no victor , no vanquished.. this he offered is the
true and rightly guided stratagem to move Anambra state forward…
