Pope Francis of the Vatican & others that made the list of most important ,
most powerful leaders of the world…And unto Forbes and all of the 100 leader s
of the world of 2013 Anno Domini, we grant…….
Wisdom, knowledge,
understanding, peace, love and progress addressed to lead the world to the
greatest heights of Prosperity and rational eudemonia among Mankind of
subsequent substantiated creation…

We offer the following observations;
BI-POLAR WORLD: On the
behalf of all Africans and the entire Black Race of the universe we of the SDP Edo
state under the leadership of His Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga commend and congratulate all the recipient of the 100 most important most powerful
leaders of the world currently under the leadership of the President of the Russian
Federation His Excellency Vladimir Putin as most powerful, most important and
most influential leader, followed by the U.S President Barack Obama as no 2 and
in that order the world has finally evolved with the novae enlightenment theory
of His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga of the imperatives of a BIPOLAR world
with two dominant super powers of United States and The Russian Federation to lead
the world as imperatives of a New World Order as a uni polar world order would
lead to dictatorship, totalitarianism and unsafe for all of mankind of
subsequent creation. While an astute multi polar of various superpowers would
also be dangerous…let all put the hands on deck for a bipolar world of two
superpowers only for lasting peace, security progress and prosperity.
Reward for Enterprise
and philanthropy: Secondly we commend Forbes for his reward for enterprise as
most enterprising moguls got into the list of top 100 most influential and
powerful persons of the human RACE OF THE 21st century addressed to
promote among mankind of substantiated creation the spirit of enterprise,
research and development imperatives for
the progress of mankind of all times which if well articulated would create
more jobs, opportunities and strengthen social and economic dynamics of the human
race to forestall it from collapsing into recession, stagnation and death…this
is highly commendable and to those entrepreneurs that made that list we commend
their greatest dexterity to creation wealth for all of mankind…to Bill Gates , Aliko
Dangote and others we thank you on the behalf of the entire world for your tremendous
contributions to the development and advancement of the human race of all times…
To the rest of the world;
We commend all the other leaders of the world and all the citizens of the world
for tenacity and perseverance in follower-ship, You all are more important and
powerful in follower-ship for it is we all the followers that Made the leaders
so the entire world citizens as a constituency is the number one leader of the
world…we acknowledge all men and women of subsequent ,substantiated creation
for evolving one of the greatest civilization of all times on our plannet earth…for
