REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE - A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH: BOOK WRITTEN BY PRINCE
FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA PUBLISHED IN 1992;FULL REPORT.
In 1990- invented the
VISION 2000 [ VISION 2020] Concept for the Nigerian State sponsored by the commercial banks through Dr Julian Morison Ahmed which later became institutionalized by the federal government as Vision 2000 by the IBB government, Vision 2010 by Chief Shonekan's government, Vision 2010 by Gen Abacha's government, Vision 2020 by OBJ, Vision 2020 by President Yar Adua and today as VISION 2020 BY JONATHAN'S GOVERNMENT..it all started in the IBB regime as Vision 2000.and all other governments kept upgrading it to suite their purpose and timing of the same underlying reality of giving to the Nigerian people a vision and a porpoise in life and pegged to a particular date in human history...,
Two years after in 1992 ,I wrote the book THE SEETHING WORLD; REPARATIONS FOR
BLACK RACE; A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH ,the book was a hot cake and a super hit in
the Nigerian Market and the entire world. The book was launched by the Chief of Naval Staff Raer Admiral Oduoye representing President Ibrahim Babangida who was the Special Guest of Honor and was graced by emminent personalites and the who is who in the great IBB days of the halcyon 90's.
It soon began to rake in awards from
all over the world as follows:
THE UNIVERSITY OF
IBADAN IN NIGERIA: The University of Ibadan was the
first to order many copies of the book after the Launching that was chaired by
the Chief Of Naval Staff in the IBB era Rear Admiral Oduoye, and Basorun MKO
Abiola was the Chief Launcher... And the book was highly controversial and
reviewed in all Magazines like TELL,
CONCORD ,TRIBUNE, NEWSWATCH and all papers in Nigeria and abroad...soon it
began to rake in awards..
NORTHWESTERN
UNIVERSITY: DEAN LIST AWARD: The book
of Frank Onaivi Ukonga made the Deans List award of Northwestern University of
the United State of America in the state of Illinois.. The Deans List was a
short list of less than 15 books and Prince frank onaivi ukonga made the
list... Other authors on the list ware Prof Wole Shoyinka, Basorun MKO Abiola
,Prof Ade Ajayi... Note that Northwestern University has the largest university
library in the world that stores books from all over the world ... And to be
able to make the dean list of the librarian of the largest and biggest library
in the world ..a list of just 15 authors you must comprehend that you must be a
genius to make that list along with great sages as Prof. Wole Shoyinka, Prof
Ade Ajayi... Great Nobel Laureates Winners and the best that we have in the
human race since the beginning of time and I am grateful that the Northwestern
university equally yoked me-Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga among the sages and the
bests of bests of the human race... And I pray God to continued to yoke the
university among the few best of best as well till the end of
time...Amen.
OPEN LIBRARY OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: The open
Library of the United states of America made a citation of the book and also
put the book of Prince frank Onaivi Ukonga in a very short list of most
valuable books of the world and equally yoked prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga along
the BOOKS of Dr Kwame Unkrumah former president of the Republic of Ghana,
President Leopold Sengor of the Republic of SENEGAL and President Secou Toure
of GUINEA, the list of most valuable books of all times of the open Library was
very short as well and i Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga is very grateful to the
Open Library which is one of the largest collector of books in the world to
have equally yoked me with such great sages and legends of the world . May God
continue to appreciate the Open Library institution among the best of best in
the world . Amen.
THE LIBRARY OF
CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:
The library of Congress has also done a citation of the book and gave it a
classification among the most valuable books in the library being used by the
legislators and Senators and top shakers and movers of the American great
Nation and inadvertently the entire world...And the America State has been
using the major points of the book as it concerns Reparation and Race
Relations , which I insisted that a Black man be assisted by what ever means
possible to become the President of the United States of America within 10
years of the publication of the book in 1992 as a mandatory necessary symbol of
apology and acknowledgment of the Black Race as an equal human being; and it
was made possible by the United States;
SECONDLY: ACKNOWLEDGMENT &
APOLOGY FOR SLAVERY AND IMPERIALISM:
I insisted that an official apology
be tendered to the Black Race by the United State of America and President
Obama apologized on behalf of the American state in the year 2009 and moves
were done to absolve Marcus Gavey the great leader of the Black Race from all
trumped up charges against him and a befitting burial finally given to him .
THIRDLY: PRESIDENT OBAMA SPENDS $
447 BILLION DOLLARS ON REPARATIONS OF THE AMERICAN BLACKS & WHITES AS
WELL :I recommended that the Black Race be rehabilitated and
empowered to become more useful to their various host countries in diaspora...
And this year based on my advice two weeks ago President Barack Obama has
approved a bill that will invest $ 447 Billion dollars to rehabilitate
the Black Race in America which as a rightly guided person he extended the generosity
to the poor white Americans as well...creating jobs, link roads to the rural
areas, building and helping the ghettos of USA of which the Black are the major
beneficiary of the package... I immediately thanked him for this great help
extended to the Black Race and i wrote to the Chairman of Black Congressional
Caucus H.E. CLEAVER JN to tell the American Blacks to make a good use of this
golden opportunity to emerge as those that will occupy the middle class of the
United States ..and if they succeeded in grabbing that class as majority they
will control the entire America and
inadvertently
the entire human Race.. Which is my desire and the desire of our leader,
Nigerian president elect Basorun MKO Abiola.
President Obama came to Equity with
clean hands and may God make his days the best for the entire world in human
history. Amen. I thank H.E. President Barack Obama and the entire America
citizenry for honoring me to that status quo of following the recommendations
of my book .May God also honor them to the greatest status of the Human
Race as pace setters and leader of the entire human Race..Amen.
THE UNIVERSITY OF INDIANA & THE
INDIANA STATE GOVERNMENT:The
University of Indiana also classified the book as one of the most valuable
books in the topics of Race RELATIONS, Black History, Intellectual Development
and Philosophy of the Black Race and most valuable in the study of African
History, sociology culture and in the study of world history and African
American History and recommended it to all their students. But n we at Kukuruku
Holdings publishers of the book printed only small limited copies , so the
Indiana University gave the copy of the book to the biggest e book
company in the world- GOOGLE E- BOOKS to assist them to digitize the book and make
it available to all students of the world as well as to all policy makers and
shakers and movers of the entire human Race.
THE GOOGLE ,E- BOOKS: Google Books made a spectacular E-BOOK out of the book of
PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA - as a special digitized rear books on earth, and a
bibliography and a dictionary of the e - book , so that what ever topic or
section you want to visit in the book you only need to write out a few worlds
and everything i said about that section will be available to you . You need
not read the entire book before you get what you are looking for.. And this
have assisted researchers and practitioners to access rear genius opinion and
analysis of RACE RELATIONS and the Government of the State of Indiana has also
identified with the book in some internet sites. All this were done behind my
back. I have never given any body outside Nigeria my book. It was later that
google got in torch with me offering to market the book to the whole world at a
very favorable terms if I agree to their proposal as the demand for the book is
really high...THAN YOU GOOGLE BOOKS.. I WILL BE FOREVER INDEBTED TO YOU FOR

AMAZON BOOKS: The Amazon books does not have many copies of te book, so
what they did was to place the book in their own AMAZON SITE in the internet
for prospective buyers and when you demand for that particular book of Prince
Frank Onaivi Ukonga they will tell you that it is not available but will
immediately offer you similar books from other authors as equally good... Their
by using the book and its name , cover and logo to attract buyers to their site
and then sell then alternative books that are equally good from other
authors..that is using the book to market their site.. Later they will ask you
,if you have used copies of the book for sale that they are ready to buy it
from you...I am grateful to them for promoting the book on their site despite

GET CITED: GEO CITY,
E-BAY, AND ALL INTERNET SEARCH ENGINES OF THE WORLD: GET CITED is a book marketing company in the internet and
many other book marketing companies are advertizing the book on their site
presumably to use it to market their site and when buyer come to ask for the
book they will offer the buyer another good book as well on the topic. That is
using it to market their sites and promoting the book and PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI
UKONGA.

UKONGA’S PICTURES: CELEBRITY SITES DEMANDS ON THE INTERNET: Most celebrity sites on the internet are busy asking the
prince to take many pictures so that they can put it on their site and being
that the amiable handsome prince is a shy person he has not been able to take
many pictures for fear of being over publicized all over the world, which will
begin to cause another problem on crowd recognition, autographs signing etc

the Singapore Government has openly identified with the book perhaps also to

SOUTH AFRICA: It was only in South Africa the book caused trouble as I
was told that some people got access to the book and began to print and
circulate it , so later some of the buyers began to read the book upside down,
reading wrong interpretations to what i wrote and began a riot in
Johannesburg and in other cities of South Africa in 2009. I was informed by
relevant authorities and i stated my own side of the said book and that i did
not write any book specifically for South Africa nor did i circulate my books
to that part of the world nor did i ever gave anybody outside Nigeria any copy,
nor did i even printed more than 500 copies of the book-
THE PURPOSE OF THE
BOOK :THE SEETHING WORLD: The book
was published for a specific purpose of bringing and ushering Basorun MKO
Abiola to power addressed for him to take Nigerian Nation to the SUPER POWER
CLASS THAT CAN FACE ANY OTHER NATION ON LAND , AIR AND SEA... So it was given
to only a select few people in Nigeria after the launching. How the book now
spread to the whole world is still the greatest surprise to me till today. The
book was supposed to be a reference book of policy formation for those in the
Basorun. Mko Abiola’s camp and a modus operand i spelt out one by one for a
particular purpose like a manifesto for individuals and institutions around the
Reparations movement to operate with... It was not for general public..

was the first book ever written on the surface of the earth that will apply
modern , ancient and medieval scientific and philosophical methods as well as
historical and dialectical methods to solving many problems of Race Relations,

cognition, and a host of many others to arrive at a functional framework
applicable to complex numbers in the context of solving the problems of complex
family structure of the African society and pattern of ethics and superlative
aesthetics as against the Euro / AMERICAN monotonic , linianovo -Russian [
linear] structures...It is with this theories i invented all the economic
principles that Prof. Sochukuma Soludo was implementing for in Nigeria and have
gained awards all over the world for implementing the solutions to the Problems
of Nigerian economy which has positioned Nigerian state from a debt Nation
with week structures into a formidable Nation that can stand its ground f
not for little tribal sentiments and perhaps religion... And this level of
problems will need another round of applications of the theories to resolve
them. Also all the aspect of Race Relations has also been applied by the
American Govt to evolve into a better society today as i have already
explained..And the theories is like an almighty formula that as soon as you can
parametize a social or economic or engineering or scientific problem all you do
is fix them into the variables of the formula and the result will automatically
come out...
THE UFO THEORY: This is the last MATHEMATICAL theory IN DIFFERENTIAL
EQUATIONS invented by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga and its framework was not
included in that book of the SEETHING WORLD... IT was in the Book 2 of
which i promised to Publish after the Black Race have become more
relevant to the world by being assisted by the world to participate in an
inclusive assimilated togetherness which has come to being...you can use this
formula to predict and also solve any problems of any situation and what
will happen to the world in any particular year that you are
interested... ..year 2200, year 2450...etc.......The Ufo theories can be used
to solve medical and health problems of AIDS, HIV, TURMOIL CANCERS,ETC. IT CAN
ALSO BE USED TO SOLVE COMPLEX ENGINEERING PROBLEM IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES,
AGRICULTURE , WEAPONRY, NUCLEAR BOMBS AND WARS….
HOW GOVERNOR FASHOLA
DESTROYED THE UNPUBLISHED VALUABLE BOOKS OF PRINCE FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA: And now that it has become somewhat of a reality that the
black Race are being assimilated and more accepted , i will endeavor to publish
the part 2 of the book; though GOVERNOR RAJI FASHOLA HAS DESTROYED ALL MY BOOKS
WHERE I HAD WRITTEN THEN and such valuable theories that will contribute
immensely to the development and advancement of the Human Race was destroyed by
the Governor of Lagos State because i criticized his Lilly livered policy
thrust in the governance of Lagos state...But i am happy that the theories are
inside me and that i can always reproduce them... But then the damages
where great as more than 10 new books i have been writing all my life were
destroyed by the bulldozers of Governor Fashola ,depriving the entire
world of such great legacies...It is equivalent to destroying the manuscript of
a future Nobel Laureate ...without compensation....it is really sad...if my
first book can be so acclaimed round the world ....what would my other books be
like...they would be really hot....but then GOV Raji Fashola has destroyed all
the manuscripts of more than 10 books that i have written for the development
and advancement of the Human Race and for the benefit of advancing the creation
of God.....For it is written that those who make mothers childless will be
barren among men & women.....
.May the almighty God, the God of
truth AND JUSTICE BLESS GOV RAJI FASHOLA IN THE SAME WAY THAT GOV RAJI FASHOLA
HAS BLESSED ME. AMEN.
