IPAC-The Inter Party Advisory Council, the Plenary Assembly/Session of all Chairmen of Political Parties of the Nigerian Federation, dedicated to the entrenchment of sustainable Democratic dispensation in Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa had a Round Table Summit with International developmental Partners of NDI- National Democratic Institute  and IRI- International Republican Institute on Monday the 27th of May 2019 at IPAC National Secretariat in Abuja addressed to develop a functional synergy to achieve rapid entrenchment of democracy and polit economic development of the Nigeria Sovereignty which would impact positively on the fortunes of Sub Saharan Africa.
 IPAC was led into the all Important Summit by High Chief Peter Ameh the IPAC Distinguish National Chairman, IPAC Sec Mrs Georgina Dakpokpo, IPAC National Director of Strategy H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga, Rev Olusegun Peter[IPAC],Bar Emeka Igwe [IPAC],Dr Sam Eke [IPAC], Engineer Okey Chikwendu [IPAC],while the IRI team was led by the Country Director of Programs Mr Emeka Diru, and the NDI was led by the Senior Country Director of Programs Mr Frank Madugu along with Mrs Okoronkwo and others.
Discussions were held on various topics addressed to strengthen the contemporary nascent democratic dispensation of the Nigerian Federation that would impact positively on quality service delivery of dividends of democracy to all Nigerians.

INEC on Monday the 27th of May Presented New Certificates of Return to the governor elect of Zamfara State H.E. Bello Matawalle and his deputy Mahdi Aliyu Gusau and the National Assembly Elect candidates of Zamfara State following a supreme court judgment on the issue of Zamfara state Primaries.
The event held at the Electoral Institute,Abuja, had in Attendance the INEC National Chairman Professor Mahmud Yakubu and INEC Nat. Commissioners, IPAC National Exco led by High Chief Peter Ameh the distinguished IPAC National Chairman, H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga - IPAC Director of Strategy, Bar Georgina Dapkokpo -IPAC Nat. While Presenting the Certificates of Return to the governor elect, his Deputy and Members of the National Assembly Elect, the INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmud Yakubu emphasized the need for political Parties to conduct free, fair and credible primaries noting that 809 pre election cases are in various courts across the Country that relates to Party Primaries and this far out number the number of election cases in the Election Petition Tribunal across the Country.
He said so far 64 cases of court judgments upturning election results has been attended to in the 2019 election and that 9 other cases are been studied by INEC.
The IPAC Chairman High Chief Peter Ameh as guest of Honor lauded the apex Court for doing the needful and allowing truth and justice to prevail giving hopes that the Nigerian nascent democratic dispensation has high leverage of transforming into a vibrant democracy where your votes would be counted and would count. He also reiterated the need for Political Parties to conduct free, fair and credible Primaries.

The NEC of Democratic Alternative under the able leadership of H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga as National Chairman of DA hosted the Kogi State Chairman of DA Hon Atawodi Godwin to a one day working Luncheon held in the highbrow office complex of DA in Wuse 2. Abuja to brainstorm and plan on how to win the 2019 Kogi state governorship election slated for November 2019.
The Kogi State Chairman came fully prepared with advanced planing on events that would lead to the success of DA in the election.
DA fielded 3  candidates for the Senate of Kogi, 9 candidates for the 9 seats of the House of Representatives and 25 candidates for the 25 seats state Assembly elections in the 2019 general elections. We did well in the Ogori Mangogo constituency for the House of Assembly but was rigged out. Same Happened to DA in the House of Assembly Amkpa Constituency etc. But we have put all that behind us and determined to work out new stratagems to win the Kogi state governorship election. DA is fully on ground in Kogi state with lga chairmen and ward chairmen in all the constituencies of Kogi state.
The resolution is to retool by embarking on new membership drive all over the state, effective and marketable propaganda machinery and inter personal communication as in door to door campaign etc when the campaign flag off in August 2019.
We shall be presenting a formidable candidate as the governor of Kogi state who would implement the DA Marshal plans of Economic , Industrial and Agricultural Revolution addressed to create over 2 million Jobs, generate over 9000MW Electricity from Kogi state, develop the Ajaokuta Iron and Steel complex and the Itape iron ore industries, establish new steel plants and rolling mills, accelerated quality infrastructural development  of good roads,quality healthcare delivery policy trust, free education at all levels, support for youth, women and the vulnerable etc. This is a clarion call to all Kogi citizens to embrace DA as the consensus party and to join DA en mass as DA is determination to frog jump the great opportunities and fortunes of Kogi state to new height of prosperity and egalitarianism addressed to deliver the dividends of democracy to all and sundry. The great occasion was chaired by Hon. Mrs Temi Harriman a member of the governing board of NIPSS.

The Acting IGP said the election was fairly credible but for the actions of some political parties and politicians who armed their thugs with dangerous weapons to undermine the elections. He said some of those thugs were arrested and their arms seized.

H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga spoke on four issues among which includes issues of violence and rigging during the 2019 elections and how it adversely affected the bright chances of the DA and how DA mandate was high jacked in Ekiti Ikole House of Assembly election and in many other constituencies.
