GOVERNORS FORUM: SOVEREIGN FUND

:Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga lauded the recent meeting of  THE GOVERNORS  FORUM...saying .."the initiators and sponsors of the pressure group are in the rightly guided path to jockey the Nigerian federation to desirable, acceptable and presentable rectitude in the aspect of sustainable social and economic development of the geo- polity and should be encouraged to do more " but as regards their stands on the issue of sovereign funds and Trust for the Nigerian State Prince Frank Ukonga offered the following notations...."The sovereign fund is a great step in the right direction by President Jonathan...and this were part of the giant plans we planned to initiate in the REPARATIONS movement if Basorun MKO Abiola ..who is 74 today, had been allowed to form his govt....we had several other plans for the govt of Abiola.. which former president Obasanjo and Professor Soludo hijacked and began to implement the programs  shoddily...like the.  privatization programs, the banking consolidation, the insurance, aviation consolidation, harmonization of salaries and emoluments of the govt, adequate pricing of petroleum products, debt repayment via catelization, the African Monetary fund,the Regional bank of African Investment fund, The Finance Corp, GSM and Telecoms reforms, The micro finance Bank to assist the poor and help raise the Nigerian Savings to GDP ratio to above 30% which we hoped to use this savings as the bedrock for the take off of the Nigerian industrial and agricultural revolution etc... All these great programmed was published in 1992 in the BOOK of Prince frank Onaivi Ukonga...and read to the entire world in the launching at Nigerian Institute of Journalism ,Ogba, Lagos....,well attended launching chaired by the former Chief of Naval Staff Rear Admiral Oduoye, that aimed at mobilizing support  for the Basorun MKO Abiola's presidency...but then Prof. Charles Soludo came up as Governor of CBN to gain awards and international prominence as World Banker of the year for implementing the programs that was designed by Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga for our leader in the Reparations movement  Basorun MKO ABIOLA....And all these programs has been published since 1992 in the celebrated award  book of Prince Frank Ukonga...THE SEETHING WORLD-REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE- A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH..and it is being used by schools and universities in all the continents of the world for research in many fields  as well as the dean list of Northwestern university of USA as a most valuable book in the entire universe.So i will encourage the Governors of the Governor Forum to accept the issue of sovereign fund ..it is one of the best initiative ever conceived by mankind" concluded the gentle soft spoken Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga...
