MAGAZINE REVIEW:TIME MAGAZINE: DOWNFALL OF EUROPE& THE WEST VINDICATES FRANK ONAIVI UKONGA'S REMARKS ON LONDON RIOT

On the London Riot Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga  remarked that  " This is the Beginning of The Downfall of Western Civilization!! and i had warned the entire world about this in my book published in 1992 'THE SEETHING WORLD' -REPARATIONS FOR THE BLACK RACE- A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH- that the BRIC STATES of Brazil, Russia, India and China will neo colonize the West and this is now happening"
After this celebrated and candid remarks  of Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga on the recent London Riots that was sparked off by the killing of an African named Duncan by the British Police, the entire news media  of the world, Google News, Face Book, Yahoo News, London tabloids, British Police websites etc began to publish the hot remarks of Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga on the incidence,
The British Prime Minister Mr Cameroon cut short his holiday and replied immediately to Prince FrankOnaivi Ukonga's hot remarks that it is not a symtom of failure of the British  State but a question of misguided looters on ranpage!!
TIME MAGAZINE VINDICATES & AGREE WITH PRINCE FRANK UKONGA:
The August 22-2011 edition of the prestigious TIME MAGAZINE and the flag ship of the world taboids immediately made a cover issue of the words and idea and remarks and notations of Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga , and they agreed in full with his thesis and observation!
On being contacted that HIS REMARKS HAS MADE THE COVER of  the prestigious TIME MAGAZINE   in the current August edition 2011 the amiable intellectual Prince frank Onaivi Ukonga  made the following observations " I am grateful that the prestigious TIME Magazine has made a cover of my remarks on the London riots and that we shear same streams of consciousness !! But it would have been intellectually honest and ethical for the TIME MAGAZINE to contact me to write on the issue since i was the first that made that observations and since my remarks had made the headline all over the world it would have been proper of the Time Magazine writer to at least make a reference to my over hyped remarks on the issue. They just hijacked the idea and cashed in on it while the NEWS WEEK MAGAZINE decided to also cash into the same Idea by featuring the fact that the idea is universal and also happening in Russia a member of the BRIC STATES that i praised, AS COVER of same week of August Edition,!!
But then while the entire world is busy feasting and making money over the rational inferences of a particular African intelligentsia with disregard to the ethical standard practice of the profession of academia and journalism which respects the aspects of paying due respects to the originator of a new concept which hitherto has not been in public consciousness but thanks to him the public began to see that particular issue from his novae streams of consciousness[ more as an idea inventor] from where solutions can be achieved.... this blatant disregards for the ethics of the profession is part and parcel of the degenerating standards of WESTERN CIVILIZATION and a symptom of the Downfall of the western civilization... if professionals and leading flagships of Western Media can condescend so low as as to compromise standard practice among intelligentsia , then you don't need any proof of the declining standard and downfall of western civilization other than that" remarked the amiable soft spoken prince!!
One the quality of research published by TIME as reasons of the DOWNFALL OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION in the edition, the Prince of Kukuruku provinces offered the following observations:
" The Time Magazine made a very shabby work of the subject of the Downfall of western civilization!! It was intellectually and philosophically shallow and in the context of productions relations and   of social classification also the writers depicts her lack of knowledge of the Marxist school of thought !! While in the question of Race Relations and its possibilities and premises she displayed outright mediocrity of understanding of the fundamental theories...in the aspect of versatility and scope of discourse she focused only on the mundane economic premises as the reason de entree of the DOWNFALL OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION... and this is a faulty reducio de absurdum....she was not properly informed about the question of civilization as being an embodiment of the totality of the being essence, culture, production, art, inventions as well as cultura animie, sports .... and economy of a people.. and when you are writing on the rise or downfall of a society it is a very important issue and you have to take all these premises into consideration before making rational inferences on the subject least you unjustly run that society down for nothing sake and in all these aspects she did nothing which was really an unfair aspects of accessing such a great civilization of the western civilization that has given the world the best of everything there be... it is really unfair to draft quarks and mediocre by TIME MAGAZINE to write on such a global , sensitive and important issue ,.in Nigeria TELL ,THE NEWS, THISDAY, SUN, GUARDIAN, NATION , VANGUARD ETC will not be too aroused to publish such low level of R& D  as its cover story!! They would demand for a more all embracing and balanced journalism . And this aphorism  of declining standard in literature was noticed by Salmon Rushdie who  noted that the colonies are now feeding the centers of civilization with the best... and what has become of the high , egalitarian quality that used to be the pride of the center? what went wrong? why is the reversal of roles?.....These are some of the pussles that the writer need to bring to the fore to generate a vibrant public discourse on the topic that will bring into being lots of intellectual researchers and statesmen into interactive intellectualizing that will excite the minds of all and sundry , generate commerce and patronage on a global scale,as well as proffer solution and contributions to re inventing the world urgently to solve many daunting problems,  but her work on the pages of TIME MAGAZINE was not strong enough to capture public opinions in Nigeria to sway their attention from the feud between two Nigerians Generals at war over the Remarks of former president Ibrahim Babangida and General Olusegun Obasanjo to look on the TIME MAGAZINE, not that the topic is not as good nor even better but the entire work was messed up!!....
The historical perspective that was  Germaine to the discourse of civilizations and Nations was glaringly absent in the work and historically very shallow and a travesty to the great legacy of the great heroic exploits of the Elizabethan, of  the legacies of King Henry, of the legacy of the Victorian era, of the Legacy of Churchill  in particular and the entire world in generality.... My hot notations was a call to celebrate the human race through great public discourse of historical , cultural, economic and philosophical, an assessment  of the Human Race in a YIN- YANG, YAH- NEY  INTELLECTUAL VIBRANCY of the world which the Writer in TIME decided to waste away like one of the personage in the works of Turgenev....Ivan who was a highly gifted person who decides to jokes his life away,  as symbols of a wasted generation of one of the personage of the works of  Prof. Wole Shoyinka.... and perhaps that is what the writer has decided to do to this great moment and topic of the Human Race......
The dialectical aspects of the writer is also found wanting as it find it highly difficult to coordinate the few data she came across with the topic  and was unable to marshal her points convincingly to point to a downfall in one of the greatest civilizations of the human race..but at best present it as a slight meander in the affairs of western civilization as it jockeys along time and space!! oblivious that no civilization last for ever.!!.. And this could be marketable to a vulnerable leadership of the west!! And to help them to cover the" POWER OF DARKNESS" of the Tolstoy works of same tittle that exposed the  INHUMANITY AND HYPOCRISY of the ruling class and its contradictory course of historical developments.....
... And Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga likened why TIME MAGAZINE decided to ignore him but to steal and cash into his idea as the semblance of the Tolstoy celebrated book Xoltomir- which the celebrated Lev. Tolstoi worked on for 30 years... where Kholstomir the stallion horse was expelled from the master stables simply because it could trot better that the masters hundred of horses and because it belong to the slave servant...and this continue to justify the inhumanity of the ruling class and the white race... if i were white and in their schemes of things they would have asked me to do a story for them and to substantiate my claims in the topic which morality and professionalism demands ......but now they are celebrating the mediocrity of their own hundred of horses which has led them to this downfall in Western civilization of a global perspective...
While the war between TIME AND NEWSWEEK  and the vanity and vulnerability  is well captured by another Russian classic writer LESKOV who in his celebrated work AT Daggers Drawn as his personage rummages among peoples trying to find classifications and justifications and competitive relevance  in a vain world borne out of inner guilt and self pity....a semblance of the vulnerability and hopelessness of the myth of Sisyphus....... and bring backs the reminiscence of Puskin's... Miserly knight who facilitated the death of his poorer brother simply because he wanted to inherit his shoes....and this vain concurentia continued by Pushkin in his "Queen of Spades" as the main parsonage Harman and chakalensky war over the turn umbrella love of an old hag Lizaveta ivanovna to get her love and have the secret of everlasting riches....a great book by Pushkin, a satirical work that  very best describe the TIME- NEWSWEEK relations and the  contemporary world in generality!!!"
