NIGERIA 2015 -MID WEST REGION SHOULD PRODUCE THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF
NIGERIA –NO MID WESTERNER HAS EVER BEEN PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA SINCE INDEPENDENCE-
VOX POPULI/OPINION POLL.
PRINCE FRANK UKONGA A SON OF THE MID WEST REGION PLEDGES TO SERVE NIGERIA DILIGENTLY IF
ELECTED PRESIDENT IN 2015.
The Mid West Region has never
produced a president of the Nigerian Federation since the 52 years of the Independence
of Nigeria and in a vox populi / opinion polls conducted by National Peoples
News the entire peoples are routing in support of the Mid West to produced the
next president come 2015 presidential polls based on the fact that a number of
political parties has began to clamor to go back to the Regional structure
before the state creation era. There were four Regions in Nigeria as in Northern
Region, Western Region, Eastern Region and the Mid West Region but watching
closely the Northern Region has produced president of Nigeria as in –Alhaji Tafawa
Balewa, General Yakubu Gowon, General Murtala Mohammed, Alhaji Shehu Shagari,
General Mohammadu Buhari, General Ibrahim Babangida, General Sani Abacha,
General Abubakar Abdulsalami, Alhaji Umar Yar Adua, which is more than 9
Presidents ruling for upwards of 35 years. The west has Produced General
Olusegun Obasanjo who rule 3 terms and Chief Ernest Shonekan. The East has
produced Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Major General Aguyi Ironsi and H.E. President
Goodluck Jonathan. The mid west has not produced any president since its
creation and it is an oil producing region that has been marginalized in the
schemes of things,
So this is a passionate appeal to
all stakeholders in the polity to tamper justice with mercy and allow truth,
equity, justice and fair play to come in to our lives. We should fear and
respect God and do what is right for the peoples of MID WEST REGION come 2015
general elections..
And, I Prince Frank Ukonga, a son
of the Mid West Region, pledges to serve ad do my very best to take Nigeria to
the promise land flowing with milk and honey. So help me God. Amen.
