He Said " Our top agenda is to harness the coal of Enugu state to be used in the Ajaokuta , Itape HQ of the DA Iron and Steel Revolution.
1. Coal/ Iron and Steal Revolution/ Industrial Revolution: We target to produce harness the over 2 billion tons of Coal deposit of Enugu state and transform the Coal City[Coal State] into an industrial and economic giant.
Coal has over 400 by products that we intent to process for exports. We shall transform the high quality bituminous  coal of Enugu state into "Formed Coal" which is a similar derivative of Coking coal to be used in the Iron and steel industry. The current global prince of top grade coal as the Enugu coal is above $110 per ton. We target to produce over 100 M tons per year positioning Nigeria among the top ten leading coal producers of the world this would upscale the earning of Enugu state by $11000 M dollars that is above $1.1 billion dollars annually.
2.Electricity :Enugu coal is top grade ,environmentally friendly coal which DA would tap to generate more than 10,000MW Electricity to the National grid. we shall create new steel plants in the Enugu Industrial belt[Anambra Coal Basin] which would become the most industrialized Basin in the entire African continent[ Enugu, Abia, Anambra, Kogi, Benue and Plateau]. Lots of industries would line up this great industrial basin
3.Job Creation; We target to create over 10 million Jobs in this Enugu/Benue/Anambra/Abia and Imo ,Kogi ] industrial Basin.
