The DA National Campaign team stormed Kogi state to flag off all the candidates contesting on the platform of DA for the 2019 polls. DA is contesting all the seats in Kogi state. Remember Kogi governorship polls is not being contested in the 2019 election. So DA is contesting the 3 senate seats, the 8 Federal Rep seats and the 25 State House of Assembly seats. DA is of equal strength on ground as the APC and the PDP in Kogi state in terms of sponsorship of quality credible candidates, spread, presence, marketability, acceptability, popularity and chances of winning. Remember that in the Kogi-Lokoja/Koto Federal Rep by election held a few months ago- the DA fielded a candidate in Hon Achmugu Menyaga we came 3rd in the election with remarkable votes only edged out by the APC in the first position and the PDP in the second. The DA was far ahead of the ADC, SDP, and all other political parties of the 91 registered parties. And the DA fielded a Youth candidate. So We thank the Kogi state peoples for voting for DA and we call on them to take the final chance of voting DA to power in Senate, Reps, Assembly and the presidency:

1.]Our Prerogatives for Kogi State is to transform Kogi state to be the Industrial Heartbeat of Nigeria and the African continent and to be the most prosperous and richest state of Nigeria and Africa if only Kogi citizens can give us the chance.Vote for DA.
2]Kogi state will be the Headquarter of the DA Marshal Plan of Industrial, Economic and Agricultural Revolution and the government of DA and H.E. Prince Frank konga if voted too power would relocate to Lugard House to coordinate the Industrial take off Marshal Plans to make Nigeria into a supper power country
3].We shall turn around the Ajaokuta Iron and Steel plant and produced liquids steel with 100 days of DA in power
4.] We shall turn around the fortunes of Itape Iron ingot mines to produce and export iron ore ingot and share a sizable percentage of the global iron in got sales[billet]
5] We target iron and steel output from Ajaokuta Iron and steel plant of 15% { $200 billion dollars} of global output of 1700 million tonnes{Research of Deliotte Metals] at average of $500 dollar per tonne in our 365 days in office. Annual global Iron and steel trade is put at about $1.5 Trillion USD. And on the first 3 years in office we target to surpass china {50% output of global steel] to become the world biggest global steel producer as we target 55% { over $900 billion dollars } of global output. The entire world would rush to Nigeria to share in our novae riches of Iron and steel Revolution.
4] The Iron and steel reserves in the extrusive igneous magma of the earth crust of the Kukuruku, Ajaokuta, Idanre, Afemai all undulating along and across the Niger /Benue trough can serve the world for upward of 2000 years. That axis is the richest part of the world and we plan to harness this colossal wealth to the benefits of all Kogi citizen , to the benefits of all Nigerians and to the glory of God.
5] Electricity: Kogi state would become the leading electricity generating state in Nigeria and Africa as we shall replicate the Beregu plant generating 400MW to over 20,000 MW.
6] All across the Niger Benue trough and all over Kogi state industries would be created in droves . Industries would be so many that you would begin to select which one to work for.
7] We target through this Iron and Steel Revolution to create over 30 million direct jobs and over 40 million jobs in the down stream sector economy.
8]We promise free qualitative education at all levels
9] We promise quality infrastructural development, We shall dredge the River Niger and Benue to take large ships like the Panama Canal, and kogi would have big sea ports and numerous jetty.
10] We promise food for all,houses for all,good healthcare for all. Empowerment of Youth , Women and the Vulnerable and much more.
